This apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. I could not have asked for anything more, and I would love to stay there again.

My sisters and I stayed 8 nights at this property. There is lots of room and the location is great. Easy access to everything. The restaurant, Accademia, is fabulous. We ate there a couple of times. There is a coffee shop on the corner that was quite good. There is construction going on right now that makes it a little noisy at times and can affect the internet connection but nothing that should keep you from staying here. We really enjoyed our time here.

This wonderful little apartment is centrally located, close to all important cultural sites. Plenty of space for two couples to explore this great city.

This was my first VRBO in Florence. We've traditionally stayed at hotels. I could not be more pleased with the property. It is a great neighborhood, and it is easy to access other areas of the city by walking. The restaurant right next door is one of our favorites in the city. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

This was a spacious and clean place for my daughter and I to stay while visiting Florence. It was located on a great street with a coffee shop and restaurants close to the statue of David museum. We loved the patio too!

My sisters and I loved our stay in Firenze and the spot was perfect for us. Close to the Duomo yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Great accommodations and was perfect for us.

We loved the location and the large apartment. Beautifully decorated and so clean and fresh. Enjoyed the patio right off the full kitchen area. Apartment included everything we needed. Directly in front of apartment is the San Marco Square and Museum. Just around the corner is Academia Museum. Elisabetta is so nice, friendly and helpful. Was so easy dealing with her. Elisabetta recommended a wonderful restaurant right next door, Academia Ristorante. The food was wonderful and the waitstaff so friendly. One of the best meals we have had in all of Italy. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Florence. Grazzi Elizabetta for sharing your apartment with us.

Love everything about the apartment! Only problem we had is that the air conditioning did not work well. Other than that we loved everything about our stay, the location, the bathrooms and rooms.

If ever we would go back to Florence for sure I would rent that apartment again. Elisabetta the host was wonderful always ready to answer my questions. The apartment is spacious and very clean. We were 4 adults and we each had our room and washroom. The outdoor space was also great!

We (2 adults) had a great week-long stay this month.
Apartment was clean and communications with property manager (before and during our first time visit in Italy) easy and responsive. We recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

This apartment was a better-than-expected surprise! It was wonderfully furnished and everything that we needed was at our fingertips. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the Duomo, the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio with easy 20-minute walk from the train station. San Marco Square boasts several restaurants, (we loved Accademia) gelato and bakery options, and a festive atmosphere. Elsabetta was attentive and quick to answer any questions. The entrance and information needed were all easily accessed. This was the third stop on our tour in Europe and by far our favorite accommodation.

The apartment was perfect for the three of us. Great location and beautiful surroundings.
Thank you for sharing your piece of sunshine.
Some of the other reviews had me concerned. I shouldn’t have been. The AC was great! Everything was wonderful. There was some construction about the place but only during normal daylight hours. We found everyone to be friendly and very accommodating.

We loved this set up. But, there was construction in front of the building causing my 4 star rating. There is also a long narrow staircase leading to the apartment which would have been extremely difficult for my husband and I because we have physical limitations. Great location, clean, and lovely decor with a perfect patio.

Very comfortable, cozy, property situated on large square with fantastic restaurant right outside the front door. Other cafes and grocery stores nearby. Five minute walk to the Duomo. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice sitting and eating room. Bathrooms small but functional. Two sets of stairs to apartment on first floor. Excellent commuication and assistance from Elizabette, the property owner. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

What a great place to stay! 2 minutes from the statue of David, 5 minutes to the Duomo, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores - all within 5 minutes walk. Well furnished and enough room for a family. A few hints: In Europe, first floor DOESN'T mean on the ground floor - that's floor 0. You are up 18 steps to the unit. Washers are common but dryers are not. Prepare to hang your clothes on the provided line for air drying if you need to do laundry. You'll have a great stay here. Also, if you walk out the front door, turn right and walk 5 steps, there is an excellent restaurant right there.

The apartment was perfect for the four of us. Had everything we needed, including laundry facilities. It was a quick cab ride from the train station and within walking distance of the things we wanted to see. Thank you Elizabetta for sharing your apartment with us.

The location is great! Walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean, well appointed and easy to access on check-in day. The primary bedroom is located on the street side, and you do hear a little noice from the area of the buses. The large couch is also able to be used as an additional bed. The outside area is great to dining. Wonderful place and can't wait to come back!

We loved this Florence apartment. It was perfect for two couples, with lots of room, both bedrooms are roomy and it has two large bathrooms. The location was great, close to museums, restaurants, gelato shops and coffee. One small suggestion, bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as it’s near a big bus stop. I highly recommend this apartment!

We were fortunate to be able to stay here for 1 month. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. This location is perfect for getting around Florence, going to restaurants and walking to the train station. My husband and I highly recommend this apartment for short or long visits to Florence!

Very close to everything in Florence, it’s only a few minutes walk from the duomo and several other museums and attractions.

Photos are actual representation of apartment. Started to panic when we first got there. It is in busy circle in front of crowded bus stop and when you first enter hallway it looked quite run down. However once inside the apartment it was exceptional. Very clean and couldn't find anything wrong with it. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, shops. Host was ever so gracious and kept in contact. If we ever get back to Florence would definitely stay here again.

Although we had communication challenges due to my cell phone not working properly on Italy, everything in the apartment was great. Lots of space. Easily enough room for 5 or 6 people, if using the hide-a-bed sofa as well as both bedrooms. We love Florence and I hope I can return someday.

Nice apartment. Great location. Apartment wasn’t ready at 2:00 check in time but was available about a half hour later.

We rented two apartments, had absolutely no issue with the other house, really wish I had chosen to stay there. This is in a really great area to catch a bus, also great location to walk everywhere! We did not see the instructions for the A/C unit ( framed on a wall in hallway), there was a thermostat on the wall, so we tried using it (figured it was the same as what we had in the states). Must be for the heater?? Who knows!
EVERY VRBO we have ever rented has a binder iwith all the information you need. Who concerns themselves with framed art on a hallway wall. Ridiculous. When we were informed by the owner of the ‘sign’, we quickly turned the three units on. Did not change a thing! House is so hot and humid, A/C was not cooling at all, even on full-blast. We had to strip the bed in the mornings, and hang the duvet cover, and sheet to dry from our excessive sweating. (took out the comforter part on night one)
Two of our party said they couldn’t take a second night, and paid for a hotel. Said they finally cooled off and slept well!
Biggest issue— Elsibetta was very angry that I did no respond to her 5 emails. But, I did not receive them ( she clearly doesn’t believe me—which is sad,. When I looked for them, after she left a nasty letter on the door, I had not received ANY e-mails at all. They showed up on my email from VRBO on the morning we left. She was reminding me to pay a tourist tax. ( leave cash on the table) Odd, we wondered why the other house did not ask for 4 Euros/per night/per person. Felt like a shake -down for cash. Her math for what we owed her didn’t add up corrrctly either.
We were completely blown away by her mean/angry emails. They got uglier with each one. Guess she never has troubles receiving emails when traveling abroad, but we did. Notice how the tourist tax is not mention on her listing.?
Front bedroom is large and bed was comfortable, but as it faces the plaza where busses load and unload until after midnight, you get to enjoy conversations coming and going, bus noises, and a room that doesn’t completely get dark. Thankfully I had an eye mask, to make everything dark, just didn’t have the ability to shut out the street noise. The other bedroom is interior, and didn’t hear the noise. But was so hot and muggy (even with the air on) that it didn’t matter.
So, bottom line - if your emails work wherever you travel, and you enjoy being sweaty - this is the place for you!

Great welcome from Elisabetta, our hostess. Property was spacious and convenient. Just as portrayed.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is a modest property located close to central Florence walking district. Home is spacious and well appointed with all you need for a short stay. We chose here as a way of saving on costs as well as a place to do our laundry in the middle of a two week holiday. While not the most luxurious of accommodations we found it was just what we needed for a few days. Elisabetta was thoughtful and kind and she made herself available to answer any questions we had. Thank you 🙂

Perfectly situated for those intent on enjoying Florence. Everything is nearby. A nice restaurant next door is a bonus.
Some drawer space for the second bedroom would be good.

Clean, Great Location, Nice Hostess
This apartment is in a great walkable location, close to everything. There's a taxi stand right in the piazza, which is very handy as well.
The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for the 3 of us, as well as only one flight of stairs, which was nice.
The front bedroom facing the piazza was a little loud until 11:00 PM or so, but if that doesn't bother you, you'll love the place. The patio area was great for a morning cup of coffee and listening to the bells.
Elisabetta was very flexible with our arrival, which was great, since our original flight was delayed, causing us to miss our connection, and we got to Florence about 5 hours later than planned. Overall, a very good experience, and I recommend the apartment for up to 4 people, plenty of room.

Elisabetta was a wonderful host and the apartment had everything we needed or desired. We highly recommend this very sweet apartment.
