We brought my mom to the beach to celebrate a milestone birthday and this cottage was the perfect fit for our family of 6. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and still be together. Only 3 steps to get up to the cottage was helpful for my mom who had mobility issues. Being able to walk to the main downtown area of Carolina Beach, made it easy for us to take the kids out for a walk and not need to use the car or pick up takeout from one of the local restaurants.

Our stay was great. Would definitely stay again. Close to everything we needed, pictures don’t do the house justice it was plenty of room for the six of us. I rented a golf cart to get around and we had a very good time.

This was our third trip to Carolina Beach and we loved this property. It was a short walk to the beach and close to the state park. The house was clean and was as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved Carolina Beach! And what a great location, super easy to walk places and so many amenities closeby. House was comfortable, and big with lots of outdoor space too. Had to pay extra for linens, and kitchen wasn't stocked, but the location can't be beat!

This was a wonderful property! The location is perfect - as you pull into the driveway, you get a view of the Ferris Wheel at the boardwalk and it's a short walk to the beach. The house had plenty of indoor space (five of us total and we felt comfortable) and and a nice outdoor area for grilling and eating. The host is incredibly attentive and responsive, which overall made our stay fantastic!

This beach home was everything we could have wanted for a lovely family vacation. The location was excellent. A short walk to the beach and boardwalk with views of the Ferris wheel as you walk down. The house is large and comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are very clean and updated. Joree is attentive and accommodating. Overall a five star wonderful stay!

This home was perfect for my family. I traveled with my husband, 3 of our adult children and a 13 year old. The house was absolutely adorable. It’s fully stocked and within walking distance to the boardwalk, the beach and various shops and restaurants. The neighbors were quiet and everyone friendly. It was a wonderful vacation!

We've been lucky enough to get to Carolina Beach a few times, and this was absolutely the best! Location is AMAZING - easy walk to literally everything we needed. House is beautiful and clean, awesome to have so many beds for the kids without making everyone share (Family of 6). Enjoyed meals on the back porch, hanging out in the living room, all the good stuff. We had a little trouble with WiFi but were helped immediately with owner even stopping by to help and got us squared away ASAP. Truly loved this property and we'll be thrilled if we can come again!

I stayed at this house with my 3 teenage daughters and it was the perfect size for us. The location was amazing. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk and you could see the amusement park from the front yard. The kitchen was fully stocked and it had a large fridge and plenty of pots and pans. We barely moved our car the entire trip bc most places were in walking distance including a decent size supermarket about 2 blocks away.

We loved our time here. So perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space. A lot larger than it looks. So nice to be within walking distance to beach, food, bars, entertainment, etc.... We didn't need anything that his place didn't have. Been telling all our friends that we should book it again, with them!

We had a fine time at this house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Extra points for providing paper products (TP and paper towels) and hand soap. The house is a quick walk to the boardwalk and the beach. It has easy access to shops and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend.

The property was very nicely updated and convenient our group of 6. The back screened patio was large and private, great for playing games while enjoying the evening weather. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee. The Carolina Beach boardwalk and plenty of bars and restaurants were a short, 4 block walk away, and the state park was a 10 minute bike ride away, with great hiking trails. Thanks to Joree for the great communication before and during our stay. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

Booking was smooth and easy process. As the check in date came closer, joree was quick and responsive. Had some questions when we arrived and he answered back promptly. The cottage is way bigger that the pictures and everything we could ask for was included in the home. The outdoor private stall was great for washing off sand before entering the home. we all really enjoyed out stay here and had a lot of fun. We would definitely stay here again in the future! This cottage was newly renovated, open feel and spacious with a nice grill and screened porch which you loved the minute you walked in. The kitchen was amply stocked. The refrigerator was very new and spacious. It had a nice washer and dryer and dishwasher also with plenty of dine in space. I just wish it were a bit closer to the beach although it is doable to walk. It was a quiet area also and we felt safe.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. The house is so much larger than what it appears in the pictures. We had plenty of space for the four of us, including an extra bedroom. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only time we used the car was to hit the grocery store (a short 5-minute drive at most) and a coffee house we wanted to try in Kure Beach. The kitchen had everything we could need. The WiFi connection was good throughout the house. There were also several board games on hand. Joree was a great host - very quick to respond to any questions prior to our arrival. I'd definitely stay here again!
