Situated in Four Corners, this charming villa for $124 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our wonderful villa offers something for everyone. Situated on a gated-community in Davenport, Orlando, a luxurious 4 bedroomed (2 kings, 1 queen and 2 twins), 3 bathroom villa. Peace, activity, sun and fun. The villa itself has been furnished to a high standard by an interior designer. The main feel of the house is quite contemporary giving a very spacious feel to what is already a large 4 bedroom villa. Our villa is state registered and subject to regular inspection. It is managed by a professional management company, dedicated to ensuring that our villa is kept in the best condition with weekly pool, grounds and pest maintenance so that you have trouble free holiday experience in our home in the sun. Solana Resort is an exclusive and purpose built gated community of vacation rental homes that features a large clubhouse with all the facilities that you would expect from a top rated vacation resort. Situated only minutes from Disney and near all the other central Florida attractions it is the ideal location for your vacation. Drinks and snacks can be purchased from the front desk in the Clubhouse and there is a concierge service with helpful advice to help you plan your days out at Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios and the other theme parks. The friendly staff can also offer advice on nearby restaurants, shopping, golf courses or any other information that you may need to know. They are dedicated to helping guests with their vacation or conference needs. THE CLUBHOUSE Inside the air-conditioned clubhouse there is a lovely large lounge area with a widescreen television which is perfect for relaxing out of the heat. There is a cybercafe for checking you e-mails, keeping in touch with home or work, or making plans for a day out and about at the theme parks or other many other attractions that are nearby. The clubhouse also offers free wireless internet access if you wish to use your own laptop either inside or out by the pool. If you want to burn off some energy there is a fantastic fitness room with all the popular equipment free for the guests use - cycling machines, running machines and multi-gym amongst others. CLUBHOUSE POOL/SPA/TIKI BAR Surrounded by palm trees the pool area is a true oasis in the heart of Florida. The large colourful deck area has ample loungers and is perfect for unwinding in the Florida sunshine. If you have children and want to take a little break from the sun there are cabanas to give a little shade. You can take a dip in the inviting blue waters of the pool to cool off, or why not relax in the spa with a nice cold drink?

We travel frequently to Florida with a family of 4 w older teen daughters. This is a comfy, clean, roomy 4bd 3bath home in a section of Davenport. Solana is a gated, very nice community with clubhouse, pool, mini-golf, ping pong, exercise room, arcade. Publix close by. Cute British cafe across road.
Two living room areas in the house, fully equipped kitchen, 7 TV's, two master brm's with kings: large tub and walk-in closet in the main one. Plenty of hot water. Good Wifi, Nice pool area with hedges, no bbq. Jetted smaller side tub. For winter, recommend paying extra for pool heat. They offer 3 $ choices. Game room has pool table, foosball, washer/dryer.
Orlando area traffic has greatly increased. Check GPS. 40mins.- 1 hour to Universal or MCO; 30 mins. to Disney World. 1hr.15mins+ to Cocoa Beach or a bit more to Clearwater.
Hit parks early. We enjoy Mini-golf with gators, goofy gift shops on 192; visit Old Town Celebration, International Drive; Broadway Show at WD theater, Melbourne Zoo, Merritt Island Refuge, Cape Canaveral beach, Dixie Crossroads seafood icon in Titusville. We always find something new to do.

We stayed here for a week at Disney! The home was clean and much bigger than expected. We comfortably slept 3 adults and one child with plenty of room to spare. My niece loved the pool, we didn’t opt in for heating and even in November it was comfortable to swim in. Plenty of pool toys and towels were available, and having the washer and dryer available was very convenient. We had one day where we experienced some connectivity issues, and the hosts were quick to respond and have things reset for us. The commute to Disney was a little longer with traffic, but it was nice being away from the city bustle in the evenings. I’d definitely recommend this home if you’re traveling with a larger group!

The villa is in a great location which meant we could avoid using the I4 when travelling to Disney with plenty of shops in the near vicinity. The villa was as described and was well appointed, although bath sheets would have been nice instead of bath towels. It was disappointing though that the rental agreement was changed after my final payment, resulting in an additional $99 that was not previously advertised and we had no alternative to pay.

We had 7 in our party. 4 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 nine year olds... The place slept us great.. We didn't even use the formal dining or other living room. The kitchen is huge and enabled all adults to cook at the same time without being right on top of each other. I loved the large shower in the master bath as well.. It was about 40 minutes to all the parks and access to the highway was close.. Alot of places to shop and eat as well.. There was an aldi, publix, and walmart for groceries. The location was very quiet and relaxing.. The only thing.. I didn't realize that the pool heating also worked the jacuzzi.. It was June and I didn't pay for pool heating so therefore the jacuzzi wasn't heated.. There is a clubhouse not too far from the home.. we didn't get a chance to use that, but spent alot of time in the pool and they had some pool floats already available. Per the kids the pool was smaller but it worked for us. I very much liked that they had plastic storage containers which helped save food, and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes we needed. Thanks for allowing us to stay and we most def would stay again.

We had a fantastic time in this accommodation, we found it exactly as it was described in the listing. The only reason for giving 4 stars for the location and neighbourhood was that the immediate neighbours were very noisy and rowdy at night on a few occasions, but they were very sympathetic when we explained that we had a six year old child with us. Access to local amenities and parks was very good, but we did notice an increase in the volume of traffic, particularly on the I4, compared to when we stayed in this area in 2016. The facilities in the accommodation are excellent, our grandson loved the games room and he was amazed at the amount of space. We would recommend this to anybody.

The house was everything we needed. Comfy, spacious. A lot to offer. My family and children loved it. Close to all the major Orlando parks. Took us 15 mins to get back and forth to Disney, sea world etc. only an hour to clear water beach. Check in time could be a little earlier, as well as check out a little later. But other than that. No complaints. Will definitely be looking to book again in the future!

Staying at this property was relaxing and convenient. The owners had so many extras (play pen, strollers, high chair, blankets, pillows etc) that we were able to comfortably use the house. The location is great, so close to Disney and also close to Legoland. Shopping and groceries are nearby, but you're secluded enough that it's a relaxing environment. I forgot to order pool heating before we arrived and the owners were quick with communication to get that sorted for me. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely rent from them again 😀

Great place. This is the second time we stay in the solana resort. Hwy27 is getting developed with everything need right by. The house has plenty of room for a big family. Neighborhood is well kept.

This home is in a beautiful gated community. The home itself has amazing amenities to keep you busy for your whole stay; we never got bored! But I do recommend taking a stroll down to the clubhouse; the pool is beautiful and there are plenty of things to do there as well (esp if you have children and need a change of scenery). My daughter and I had a great time playing giant Jenga and we also had fun coloring with the toddler with the coloring books and crayons provided. I will definitely be booking again!!

We cannot say enough great things about this property; the check-in was easy, location was great, property was wonderful, property company and owners were responsive and fast with any question or issue that arose. I would book this property again and again. Awesome deal, great place to stay for all ages.

Air Conditioning problems
There is a big problem with the air conditioner. Property owner keeps AC very hot and no access to control. He should install more fans in different parts of the house and the garage area we’re games are installed.

If you want a bad back, it’s the place for you
Master bedroom Mattress was shot. Hair in tub, cd on floor, dirty carpet, baby poop on cushion of love seat, dead bugs and hair clips on pool deck. You literally would have to roll up over the Center HUMP in the mattress to kiss your spouse. Owner sent in property manager and they did NOTHING but left a sarcastic note.

The place was great and we love the pool, It was perfect for our stay. It was spacious enough for all of us: my husband, son, brother, his girlfriend, and their 5yr old son. Great place to stay
This property was just what we needed. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, large kitchen and living space. Great table for eating and playing board games as well as a nice little pool for cooling off. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great house in safe neighborhood!
House is very roomy and clean. All beds are comfortable except for back bedroom, but there were only two of us so my daughter opted for another room. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. The pool spa was very nice and the heater works great! We loved having Netflix and Disney to access. Thanks for a great stay!
