Muy bueno

Apartamento bien ubicado, cómodo y en especial la cama. Nos encantó tomar los desayunos, completos y variados. El primer día se nos quedó la llave en el cerrojo y el conserje nos ayudó rápidamente.

El apartamento es más pequeño que como sale en la foto de la oferta. Por otra parte,. tenia muy pocos utensilios para cocinar: tan solo una cacerola y una sartén. Así que abandoné la idea de preparar comida allí. La bañera estaba sucia cuando lo recibimos. Tuve que limpiarla antes de ducharnos. Pagamos 10 euros por la limpieza y nunca limpiaron el apartamento durante la estancia, tan solo renovaron el papel de baño.

Upside down en un court instant. Donc flop.

Proximité des commerces alentours. Propreté, Clim, balcon, facilité de parking pendant notre séjour.

Pas d’eau dès le 2eme jours :(. Parce que la réception était fermé hier soir et aujourd’hui, ma famille et moi avons dû acheté des galons d’eau pour nous doucher le dernier soir et ce matin avant de partir. Le standard d’appel ont fait de leur mieux pour nous aider mais avec la réception fermé, ils n’ont pû nous aidé. Merci au standard d’avoir été patient et écouter ma plainte malgré l’heure (9.30pm-9.50pm).

Loads of fun!

Perfect location. We are an easy going fam, used to travel - so for us it was perfect. Not state of the art features, but we are simply not the type to hang around in the Appartment that often.

Salou family stay

The location was ideal. Easy to commute to Barcelona, Tarragona, and walking distance to Portaventura.

The apartment needs updating. Fidge is rusted, and the toaster didn't work. Had to plug the kettle in the bathroom.

Very nice apartment with hotel functions!

The room was very good and spacious, plenty of storage! Being able to use the hotels facilities was great the breakfast, pool, iron to the room and cleaning services was great. The pool is beautiful great area and good bar.

The cleaning could be a bit more regular, as the room gathers dust quite quick.

It was clean and modern.

They doors was hard to open to our apartment and the hotel food was disgusting for the price they charge.. Pool bar did not sell snacks for children. Also I would say this hotel is suitable for children older than 7years.

The location, the views from the apartment we could see the pool and the sea. The apartment was spacious perfect for a family with 2 children. Salou at night very spectacular, we liked to go for a walk at night to see the source of lights. The pool and kids activities were good. I imagine that the animation is affected by the covid but even so our children enjoyed the activities. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

When we went to check out the person at the reception charged us for having eaten every day at the hotel buffet, it was false, we only went 2 times and it was paid and she got angry when I explained to her that it was already paid. She was uncooperative ordered me to speak to the restaurant. Luckily we found the receipts and she didn't even apologize. Very unpleasant to be about to end the experience.

Overally great place and facilities with good potential

Great location and facilities. Best part of the city - everything nearby but was mostly pretty quiet. Stuff always tried to help when we approached them. Amazing pools area. Great view from the top floors. Everything was clean and fresh.

Initially the request for a top floor and quiet room was ignored and we got first floor apartment overlooking the car park. So we had to go specifically to ask for another room. Staff did everything they could to help and we loved our new corner room. The only concern there was the gap between balcony panels in one corner part, which our son tried to play with. And as he could easily fell down from there iit was not safe and we had to look after him every second. Also I felt it could be nice to have a shampoo and a conditioner as it mentioned toiletries. However it was one general liquid soap bottle which said "gel and shampoo" on it, Internet was so slow so we can say it was not available most of the times. Satellite channels did not work. We could see there are Russian, English channels, but it said "not valid" or smth. Although it was daily maid service it would be nice to have some brush and mop in a case you spill something on a floor which happens with children.
