Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral mitten in Gumpoldskirchen. Wir hatten ein Dinner in einem benachbarten Lokal und nur im Hotel übernachtet. Es war alles in Allem OK. Einfach eingerichtet und ausgestattet, aber wie gesagt - OK!
Das Frühstück war ebenso einfach, aber es war für jeden etwas dabei.
Die Zimmer sind eher hellhörig. Die Dame Empfang hatte den bekannten niederösterreichischen "Grundgrant" - unfreundlich wäre übertrieben, aber richtig willkommen geheißen fühlten wir uns nicht.

Excellent Breakfast! Had a bit if an issue upon arrival - but was sorted quite fast - created by a small communication problem - but as said the personnel stepped up and solved it in no time - we had the Suite - and the view above the village was magnificent.
No issues really - we liked the place and the hotel - the communication before arrival should be just just be slightly improved. We were informed that parking might be an issue as it's an a first come first served basis - we didn't have an issue though as we found a parking in front of the hotel on the street - so that was good - but we had a miscommunication regarding a children bed or how the children would sleep - but was clarified upon arrival as from the messaging back and forth there was a slight language related misunderstanding.

Breakfast was fantastic - smoked trout, wonderful local cheese, unbelievable bread variety! Very nice staff!
There is a covered walkway to some of the rooms. At night a neighborhood cat got on the walkway and left a pile of poop. I told the manager and I was disappointed that by 11 AM when we left, the poop was still there. It is understandable that cats get on the walkway, but it is not understandable that 3 hours after being notified, the poop is still there!

Everything! From the moment I came in tired at 8PM to the interior parking and the cosy room with the all amenities I could ever need to the absolute best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Nowdays in 4-5 star Hotel I thought it is common to put a bottle of mineral water in the guest's room free. I only missed this little thing.

The airconditioning on the first floor is very antik and therefore very loud

Check-in was quick and easy and we were greeted with a warm welcome.
Wonderful breakfast
The room we stayed in was bright, clean and very comfortable.
The real cherry on the cake is the excellent wellness area.
We only stayed one night as it was close to Vienna airport, but really enjoyed our stay.
