Disappointing

Mattress comfortable

Too expensive for what we got.Staff not attentive.Locked out on arrival at 23.30 hours.Apartment not maintained.Could have been cleaner.Noisy outside, not in a nice safe area.

Great place.

Decor and interiors were great.

Summers in Europe are getting hotter. We could have used at lease a fan. Also polluter bedsheets are not comfortable. Might want to switch to something else.

The appartment was not clean. Kitchen equipment was very poor. The location is good, near UBahn.

Bed sheets were not cleaned, and cause allergy to one of our family member. They need to just make sure their accommodation is clean.

Location is close to a tube station

We had to wait for 30 minutes in the cold and rain for someone to come to access our room > we had told the owner of the flat that we were arriving and 5pm and no one showed up until after 5:30. No response to the telephone numbers either. The heating was defective radiators need bleeding. Left message for the host. Host was unresponsive. (Temperature was 2 degrees in Berlin) Tried to arrange a time for payment, Hosts completely unresponsive There is no ensuite! the shower closet is in the kitchen. as is a very small sofa. There is no living room. The doors to the house are mostly open leaving people to urinate in the courtyard and making this property very unsafe. There is a lot of drug use in the area. Host tried to charge an extra 5% over the final price advertised in booking.com. Be aware!

Definitely not worth the price.

The landrord did not respond to emails and phone calls. Checking in in late afternoon we had to wait freezing on the street to get in for almost an hour. Badly cleaned, broken bulbs and toalette, not equipped as it looks in the pictures (missing Nespresso machine etc). We expected different standard of quality in Germany.

Good for a short stay. But i wouldnt pay as much as i did.

The rooms are clean and have a really nice interior. The staf is friendly. The first room was really good. Even better than the second one i was given. Most of my negatives listed underneath are just small annoyances and little things to improve on.

The floors make a lot of noice, the windows where old, the staff i met on the first day didnt speak english but the contact person did. I had to wait outside the appartment for my keys for a good 10-20 mins and i was given a room i didnt book. The staff noticed themselves and changed it ASAP. The appartment has thin walls. You can hear the neighbors sometimes.

Disappointing

We stayed in the grey apartment, with the small bathroom in the kitchen. There was no heat in the apartment when we arrived at 11 PM, only in the morning, at 9 am, the heat was turned on. It was a smell in the entire apartment. Then bed was so old and not confortable.

Very good

Very nice apartment, with bed room and kitchen. Everything clean and nicely furnished. Good value for price. Near the Subway station. I just stayed for one night and was very happy with the apartment.

The lock box wouldn`t open. I had to try several times.
