ottimo soggiorno e location intelligente

la location, la disponibilità a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, davano poi tutto il necessario per il bagno (incluso shampoo, bagno doccia, più rotoli di carta igienica, sapone e due asciugamani grossi)

la struttura è super attrezzata, l’unico consiglio che do a chi pensa di alloggiare qua è di portarsi dietro uno spray per zanzare perché nonostante la zanzariera in balcone queste riuscivano sempre ad entrare. però per il resto tutto perfetto!

Really nice place! From the photos I thought it would be much smaller but the flat is very spacious with big beds. The location is perfect and safe. Bus stop is 2 mins away which is perfect for exploring the island. There are plates, cups etc. if you want to eat at the place but there are quite a few restaurants very close to the place. There are also adapters so you don’t have to worry about bringing them with you. Once again very lovely stay, I would definitely come again :)

The only little con is that there were no hangers in the wardrobe

Excellent place for a family stay in Malta

The location was excellent and the host was very kind. There is a nice beach within walking distance and many restaurants and cafes nearby. An important personal item was left behind and she had gone out of her way to inform us and assure that it is shipped and returned to our home residence. Malta was such a beautiful place! Many thanks for the wonderful stay!

Superb

This is going to be a strange review, as I've never stayed at Ascot Flats. When we got into the flat we discovered together with the host that it was out of service due to water leakage from the upper floor he'd not noticed before. We really appreciated the way the problem was sorted out, and in less than one hour we were already in a different accommodation provided by them. The original accommodation looked very cool, and the one we were redirected to was fitting our needs too. The way the issue was managed and the kindess of the hosts deserves high rating.

disapointing - booked based on the pictures of the property and those were misleading.

Good location -on a quiet side street. smooth check-in process - the host even kept us a parking spot for our arrival.

deceiving pictures. They are two apartments under the same listing. the nicer one is emphasized in the pictures. Bad luck for us, we got the not-so-nice one. Bathroom was 1.5sqm, so very squeezed. We chose to leave after the first night and move to a hotel nearby. Host mentioned it is our fault we picked up the wrong apartment - so no reimbursement.

Maltese apartment

Location 100 meters from the main street and the beach. Bus stop with connections around the island and sandy beach within 5 minutes. A strategic place for trips around Malta as well as for relaxation by the water. We were in October, so there were fewer people on the beach. For me, the apartment has a beautiful atmosphere. Plenty of space, working wifi, we did not need air conditioning. Very comfortable beds! The owner was very nice.

Small bathroom space, but that can't be changed.

Great location! Quiet street, just 250m to the closest beach, mini market, restaurants and bus stop even closer. Very hospitable and helpful host. Small kitchen, but there is everything you need to prepare fast vacation meal.

Amazing! If I would return to malta I would make sure to rent to Ascot!

The owner of the flat was really really nice, showed on time, helped us on every request! Really made a comfortable experience in staying in the flat.

The toilet curtain didn’t cover much, so it was a little see through if someone was in the living room

Very good

Location was excellent, near the sea, restaurants, transport, yet very quiet. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all requests. The accommodation was comfortable, with old Maltese character.

The location is amazing, just near the beachfront in Sliema. The host was super friendly and helpful with everything. I had an enjoyable stay and the apartment would be ideal for a family trip.

If you have planned to cook, maybe consider heating the oven in advance. The flat is overall practical, maybe consider eating out often as the kitchen is not its' strongest point.

Excellent, fabolous and exciting time well spent

The host picked us up from the airport with such a warm and friendly welcome, all went very well we couldn't have asked for anything more. We were so grateful as she explained everything in details to which actually contribute to our exceptionally stay in Malta.
