We stayed two adults and two teenagekids, perfectly suites for us, clean, good location and easy and friendly communication with host. Recommend!

Our stay was picture perfect. The views from the apartment are breathtaking and the location is honestly better than I imagined. The subway stop was just a short walk; lots of fun and delicious restaurants within walking distance. Owner was superb with communication and expectations. It is nice sized & was perfect for my husband, teenager and I to spend a week in very comfortably. Everything you could want in a vacation place & feel like home. Would DEFINITELY recommend & stay again if we go back to Paris!

Overall great stay in a great location. Easy to find and easy to access. Very safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and groceries. Nice space with plenty of areas to spread out. Loved the rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. This is not your typical VRBO as the owners live in the apartment when not rented so all of their personal items are there. This did not bother us but wanted others to understand this. Would definitely rent again.

My family just returned from a 2+ week trip, where we spent 12 of the nights at Valerie's apartment in Paris. We travel a lot, but generally only stay a few nights in every place we go. This time we wanted to feel like we were living in Paris (as much as that is possible on a vacation), and this was the PERFECT apartment for that. The apartment is in a great neighborhood, easily accessible by buses and the metro. One of the main highlights for us was becoming regulars at the bread, fruit, meat and wine shops nearby. We found some incredible cheese shops not too far away either. The apartment itself is colorful and charming. Pictures of smiling kids can be found all over, making us feel more like we were staying with friends, than in a stranger's home. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. But for me, the very best part was the terrace. WOW! My husband and I sat out on it every evening, with the most incredible views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. We could even see the Arc de Triomphe lit up at night. The picture on this website can't do it justice. We couldn't capture it well, either, but it is just gorgeous up there. Thank you to Valerie and her family for offering this lovely apartment. We hope to have the opportunity to return one day!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, more beautiful in person though. The view from the terrace was spectacular. Everything was ready for us upon our arrival, towels, beds...etc. We had an amazing time living in the 17eme arrondissement!!! The building is right in the middle of 2 metro stations, so you can chose one or the other for your commute. there is a Monoprix supermarket right around the corner for the big shopping and lots of little shops like a "patisserie, boucherie, fromagerie" so all your needs for your stay will be met. The apartment is a 5 minutes walk to "place de clichy", an intersection where four "arrondissements" meet, a wonderful place to walk up and down the streets where cafes, restaurants, and shops line the streets. The owner is an amazing lady, such the professional dealing with inquiries and such. We feel very privileged that she shared her little piece of Paris with us. "Very comfortable to metro, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Very quiet street next to animated Place de Clichy. Very nice and original apartment under the ceiling. UNIQUE 360°-view of Paris from the terrace: Invalides, Tour Eiffel, Arc de Triomphe, la Defense, Sacré Coeur!!!
