The staff were really helpful I arrived late and was rushing to an appointment the staff quickly took my bags and on my return they were in my room and my key card was ready all the staff at reception were very friendly
Room had a window with a view which was great
Found the property hard to find I have stayed in other Z hotels where the signage is better

Property was very clean, quiet and in a very good location. Room was small but we knew this and if you are booking to just be in your room for sleeping and changing then it is very good.
The bed was the worst part of the stay it was rock solid no give at all. I’m happy to pay the price we did for a small room but would expect a decent bed and comfortable bed.
