This home has all the luxurious upgrades which include stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and top-down, bottom-up blinds. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking and meal preparation. Gorgeous red sandstone rock can be seen from every window. Enjoy the close proximity to Main Street Downtown where the best shops, restaurants, cafes and night life can be found. This convenient location is just a few minutes away from the entrance to Arches National Park. Highly rated and popular Purple mattresses in the Master Suite and the Queen bedroom. Recently added a full body massage chair in the Master Suite. Soft and cozy pillow top/spring mattresses in the Junior Master and Bunk bed rooms. In addition, there are two twin foldout beds as well as a trundle bed under the bunk beds. There are enough beds for 13 people. Additional people may stay for free; however, bedding and towels will only accommodate up to 13 people. Pack-n-play with bedding. 2 car garage with additional 2 parking spots on driveway. It was the perfect place for our 3 families to stay! It felt like we were at our own home away from home. Any questions or concerns were immediately answered. It was a fabulous trip to Moab!

This four bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 10+. Great location for anyone planning a mountain bike trip. Has everything you need for a multiple day stay. My only recommendation is to replace the couch and loveseat, they are worn out and not very comfortable.

You can't get much closer to all the things to do in Moab than this. The town home is big enough for a bigger group. It was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was great, could be a little tight at times with all the visitors to the other homes in the neighborhood, but we didn't have any other issues.

This house was PERFECT for our needs in every way! We had several couples and a lot of singles in our group, and the flexibility of the sleeping arrangements and bathrooms was exactly what we needed. We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen was set up with almost everything to cook for a large group. We didn’t use the pool facilities, so I cannot speak to that, but we did float the river, and there was plenty of room to blow up our watercraft. The neighborhood is very quiet, although there were lots of other travelers around for the holiday weekend. We hope to come back next year!

We brought our adult kids and their significant others plus two grandsons ages 3 and 5. We had rooms and beds for everyone, plenty of towels, nice kitchen and dining with room for us all to eat together. The grandsons loved the little play area with play kitchen under the stairs; we loved the door to the play area we could close when they were being too loud. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the warm afternoons. Sarah was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. It was really nice to park two cars in the garage out of the heat. We were close to Arches National Park and dining and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Sarah’s property is a perfect set up for Moab. We were a group of 8 adults so the 4 bedrooms were great. The kitchen was well stocked and has everything you need to cook at the house. Beds and linens are comfy and there is pool towels supplied, too. Sarah was so easy to work with and offered great local suggestions. We will definitely be back!

During our stay we were focused on the parks, so the location of this condo was great. Just 10 minutes to Arches and about 40 minutes to Canyonlands. And convenient to downtown too. Sarah was our contact and she was very responsive. We had a couple of small issues and she responded quickly and helped us resolve. She was eager to help and provided recommendations when requested. The condo is spacious with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. It's also fairly new, which is always nice. We cooked some simple meals and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. Some of the pots and pans were a little beat up, but we found what we needed. The massage chair in the master bedroom was sooooo awesome! It really works and is wonderful after a long day of hiking. Overall, this location worked well for us, as we used it as a home base after busy days in Moab and nearby parks. It was great to have use of the garage too. Sarah was a great host!

We rented this unit for our annual Corporate Pow Wow. It was perfect. Everyone that traveled had their own room, we were able to utilize the large kitchen table as our work space/meeting area. It is a beautiful unit! Would recommend for families too! The owner was amazing to work with. We will definitely stay here again. :-)

This condo was perfect for our group of 11. It sleeps 10 in actual beds- the last one of our party was on a pull out trundle. The other two accommodations in the listing are thick sleeping mats to put on the floor. We loved the decor. We felt at home right away. You can’t get a better location rental right in Moab. It is convenient to Arches National Park and the shopping and dining in town. I would love to stay there again.

The house was perfect and beautiful. We were able to stay as an entire family together (12 people) very comfortably. We would recommend this to anyone as a perfect place for a family to stay as they vacation in the Moab area.
