To make your vacation experience complete our housekeeping staff make the beds for you before your arrival using soft linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Pack light because you can wash and dry clothes with a stacked washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was beautiful with a great location. The weather was also great which enabled us to use the large oceanfront balcony alot. There's everything you need in the kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, it was a great fit for us. Communications with owner was always prompt. We would definitely visit again.

A great stay. The condo exceeded expectations. It was clean and every convenience was provided. We appreciated the high-quality fixtures and linens. The view was incredible - truly oceanfront. A quick getaway with a couple of my teenaged kids. We appreciated the ease of getting to the beach, and the ability to return to the cozy and quiet luxury of our accommodations. Rick (the owner) and I shared a few conversations and he was quickly available and accommodating. Could not recommend more for anyone looking for high-end digs with incredible ocean views and convenience.

This was our second stay at this lovely condo. You cannot beat the views and love that the main bedroom overlooked the water. The beds are comfortable and great decor. Unit is stocked with everything you need. Great location as well! We will be back for sure!

This is an awesome condo but you should be in decent shape as this is top floor with no elevator and lots of stairs! It was worth it when we made it to the top! Very nice view and great getaway for an adults only vacation!

Beautiful condo on Carolina Beach, perfect for a little weekend getaway. Excellent views from the deck, right next to a beach access, and a 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk. Couldn't have asked for anything better! Would definitely come back again.

A wonderful mini Carolina Beach escape!! I’m a tough judge of “cleanliness” but this place was what I call OCD ICU clean!! I’m incredibly picky when it comes to sanitation which includes clean sock bottoms when I walk across the floor. The condo was spacious and offered plenty of room for a couples retreat! Every modern convince, like I was literally staying in our own home. It’s a rarity when the vacation bed feels better than the one at your own home. Even the linens including towels and bedding were of the best quality. If you’re considering a place within walking distance to downtown while remaining oceanfront, this is the best option. In addition to the well maintained property, items like beach chairs are provided (these were not the cheap ones either; same quality as the ones we drag with us every time). The refrigerator was cold the moment we walked in which is a huge plus. Many times this is not the case. The attention to detail in the decor, level of comfort and appliances was outstanding. We will be back! The responsiveness of the owner was greatly appreciated. 5 stars ⭐️; hands down! Thank you so much for a relaxing vacation

Beautiful ocean view, stunning sunrises and terrific art on the walls inside. The unit was clean and well maintained. Long climb from street level to front door but good exercise and well worth the effort. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at Rick's condos now twice and can tell you he has excellent taste. The renovations within the condos are first class and the view of the beach from this condo is awesome. Highly recommend this location.

Beautiful decorated and very clean condo. Beds are very comfortable. Large deck which is so nice for adults to spread out comfortably. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to a question we had.

This property was exactly as pictured and incredibly clean. View was amazing and balcony had plenty comfortable chairs so all 4 of us could all enjoy it! Many restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and ceiling fans in every room was a plus, too! Carolina Beach has become a new favorite for us!

Had a really relaxing time with my daughter who was on break from college. Perfect views from the deck. Everything looks brand new and is. Super clean, comfy beds and stocked kitchen. Great communication with the owner. The only thing that could be problematic would be the stairs. There is no elevator so if you or someone staying with you is older or has knee problems, I would probably not recommend. Otherwise, we didn't mind getting some extra steps in for the day!

We went for a quick trip away. This property is basically in the middle of everything. It was less than 5 minutes to the boardwalk area. The property itself was like new with a spectacular view.

We had a great time! The property is in pristine condition and very comfortable. It was so nice to arrive to the beds made and coffee in the cupboard :) The location is amazing! Waking up every morning to the sun rise and hearing the waves was a real treat...we will definitely be coming back!

Great property with wonderful oceanfront views and access to the beach is connected to the building. Being right in the center of town, it is walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk. The lake with a great walking track around it was right across the main street.
