Our pool area is closed at this time. We do have direct access to the beach next to Opus Condominium and beach items you are welcome to use. Sparky's Penthouse Condominium! Luxurious 3 bedroom 2 Bath Condo on the Top floor with Magnificent Ocean and Intracostal Views! Nearly 2000 square feet of luxury! Freshly painted, new appliances, and new luxurious carpet! Club room with pool table and kitchenette. Nicely equipped fitness center. Parking garage for 1 vehicle guaranteed, and open lot for 1 additional vehicle (first come). Large balcony with table and chairs for meals and sunset memories that will last forever! We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing condo! Everything was perfect. It's spacious, clean, and completely stocked with anything you should need. Beautifully decorated interior and amazing balcony views. We felt right at home. We could not have chosen a better place for a couple's getaway that included a bit of family visitation. So many thoughtful touches within the condo and from the host (Bill) made it extra special! We can't thank you enough for sharing your place with us. This property had everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coffeeā¦ā¦.. there was no need to go to the store for the little things. Just sit at the beach and watch the waves roll in. I would definitely stay again. The owner was easy to contact.

Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived.
The condo is very clean and homey. There is everything you need. There was plenty of beach stuff to use. The view is beautiful. The condo is in a great location thereās stores just minutes from it. And thereās a great selection of restaurants. We have stayed in many condos but this one was amazing. Itās great for a couple on a getaway or a big family vacation. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

This condo was the BEST condo we have ever stayed for our annual "Old Girls" trip. Everything is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The master room and bath is spacious and very secluded. The kitchen is perfect for a larger family. The other 2 bedrooms and laundry were perfect. Part of our group had to leave due to the Hurricane but a small party stayed and the owner was ALWAYS in constant communication with our party. The Hurricane hit hard and we moved furniture in and the condo held up nicely. The wind pushed rain into the door in the Master (of course it did! It was VERY strong winds and over 10 INCHES OF RAIN!!). Bill was so concerned and communicated with our party ALL WEEK long. We lost partial power and water for bit of time but we were so lucky to stay in this SAFE and BEAUTIFUL condo! The worst week was made all the better by the owner :) We are forever grateful and will be back next year !!

Our family travels a lot. Every summer we visit Florida beaches and 1102 Condo was the best one! The owner, Bill is awesome. We felt we were valued from day one of our stay - gift bags, complete toiletries, and beach essentials. The porch has a beautiful view of the beach and The Congo River. The best part, my children never complained anything about the place.

A Very Nice Condo with a Great Location and Awesome Views
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and offered great views of the ocean and coastal waterway. We spent a lot of time while in the condo on the patio enjoying the view. The beach items offered and access to garage parking were an added bonus. It was also across the street from Dollar General and the Congo River Minature Golf. We will definitely look at reserving this condo in the future when we vacation in Daytona.

Cleanest condo ever
Honestly, we have stayed in many condos over the years in many different locations. This was by far the cleanest, well taken care of condo we've stayed in. From the moment you walk in the door you can feel and see how clean. Bill & Shelly are wonderful hosts who welcome you. We had amazing surprise gift packages left for us. The condo has anything you could possibly need. The appliances are top-notch. The building and grounds are nice & taken care of. I liked it was a smaller building. ..not crowded. I am not a fan of the Daytona area but my husband is. We normally go further South on the Gulf Coast. However, this condo alone makes me want to come back. Thanks, Bill & Shelly!

We loved this condo. It was exceptionally clean and smelled good when we walked in. The condo is very spacious. There arenāt a ton of units in the building so it wasnāt crowded at the pool or beach. We will definitely book here again. The owners left us a gift basket.

This property was a Great Experience for my family and I. The penthouse was spotless. Everything clean. Communication was great from the owners. They supplied clear and precise instructions for an easy check in and flawless stay. The views off the Ocean and Intercoastal waterway were outstanding. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Grocery stores and anything that youāll need are also close by. We will definitely be back!
