This remodeled condo is located in a very family-friendly atmosphere right on the beach with a 180 degree gorgeous view of the beach and pier on your own private patio. This very tastefully furnished, 1,900 square foot, oceanfront vacation condo has views of the beach, ocean, pier and Intercoastal river. The condo is located in a 75 unit building with private secure parking for one car and unrestricted, ground level surface parking. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom features two queen beds and attached bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds and attached bathroom. The new kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, dishware, utensils and cookware. The pantry includes a wine chiller. The large living room has a large comfortable sofa and provides a TV area or a place to just sit back and watch the waves. The Shores Club offers a wide variety of activities. A heated swimming pool with large deck is located ocean side. There are BBQ grills for your use located near the pool. The Shores Club has a full tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, fitness center with ocean views and indoor sauna. The main thing that distinguishes the Shores Club from other beach condominiums is the no drive beach in front of the condominium and the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The condo is direct oceanfront on the second floor, northern corner unit in an eleven story building. The condo comes furnished with everything you could need. In addition, there are sand toys, beach towels, BBQ grills, beach chairs, board games, books to read and DVDs. We also provide brochures with information on restaurants, shopping areas, local attractions, fishing, boat rentals, golf courses, etc. Come enjoy the beach at Shores Club #201! Not sure where to start. Property was spotless tons of towels, beach towels, beach gear etc. also had all paper and cleaning products plus coffee, foil, dish soap laundry soap etc. Had spices sugar flour etc. son in law said its was the best give a penny take a penny rental ever and he was right. Would rent from Brian tomorrow anywhere he owns. Also if you go hit up Kennedy Space Center an hour away but worth the trip!

We were on our first trip at the holidays with 2 children that had never been on a vacation before. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. It had everything we needed. The kids played on the beach and in the ocean and swam multiple times during the week. Local restaurants we abundant and too many to go to this time. We love the Daytona Beach Shores/Port Orange area and will visit again soon.

Brian has a beautiful set up right on the beach. Everything was clean, and it was stocked with essentials for our stay- just just brought our luggage and got groceries. Brian was always quick to respond to any questions. We all felt safe and comfortable. Even outside the room, everything was well maintained. The pool was clean and warm as well. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone!

Beautifully updated and had everything we needed. Very well stocked. Location on the beach was almost private. So much room inside the condo and out on the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony and sunrises were gorgeous. We are already looking to stay again.

This is a very nice and clean condo. We had plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 infants. We all enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool and enjoyed grilling out on the grills. This is a great place for families and we are planning to come back next year.

We had the best week at this gorgeous, well-appointed condo. Furnishings and bedding were really elegant & trendy. Very peaceful, updated corner 2nd floor unit. We chose to take the one set of stairs (right outside our door) down to main level a lot because it was so easy & super quick. If we had taken our beach cart we would have used the elevator more (it was just a short walk from our unit). We stayed at this complex (Shores Club) last summer (different unit) as well & loved the family friendly atmosphere & it was the same this year as last…ppl very tolerant of kids playing in pool & many families with young kids. Love this complex culture! Thank you, Brian & family for offering this pretty unit for us to enjoy!

This place was awesome. Just perfect for our group to enjoy while we attended Welcome to Rockville. 20 minutes away from the speedway. The condo had many beds, enough for everyone to sleep comfortably. And the view of the beach was beautiful! With very easy access to the water. Will stay here again!

The online listing does not really do the condo justice. Pictures can only say so much. So, let me give it a go! 4 of us rented Brian's place for a sewing vacation. The open concept of the common area is perfectly suited to our needs. It allows all of us to have our personal space and have a large common area for shared time. The condo is quite roomy, so noone got cramped. We ran into a couple of hiccups along the way. We had to call Brian for assistance. He was very responsive and quite pleasant to deal with. We love this part of the beach. Its just far enough away from the action that its peaceful. If you want some action, its just a short drive. We will be booking this place again!

This condo is beautiful and the view is amazing!! This is definitely the nicest and cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. If you are flying, it is very close to Daytona Beach airport. Brian was very easy to work with and he supplies the condo with everything you could possibly need to have a relaxing vacation. How can a condo feel so big? 5 stars!

This condo spans the whole front to back of the building. We felt like we had sooooo much space to work with. We did not feel cramped at all! We even had pack and plays, kids toys, etc…. There is even a walk-in pantry for all the food! There is plenty of furniture and drawers to keep the place tidy. The multiple huge windows make you feel like you can see the ocean for miles. Noon this place and you will not regret your decision. Hands down, best condo we have EVER been to. Book it now…..go on, do it!

Enjoy the area, unit was excellent, updated and well equipped with necessities. We spend vacation in this area every year plenty of restaurants in the that have become our favorites and go to each time we visit. The venue was great pool was heated but could been warmer since temperatures were lower; we could made better use of it on a non beach day.

We were very happy with the entire experience from the moment we found the listing. The condo was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. There were very thoughtful supplies left for us when we arrived. The furnituire was clean and all very comfortable. The heated pool was a bonus and also perfectly maintained. The owner contacted us twice to be sure we were enjoying our stay. If/when we return to Daytona Beach we will certainly be reserving this condo again.
