We live in Florida, and my sister and her family lives in Oklahoma. We rented this house to be together the weekend my daughter was married at Black Fox Farms. With two teenagers, four adult children, and us parents, we had plenty of room to enjoy each other’s company all weekend. I loved everything about this house and this VRBO experience!

Perfect spot as we visited for a family wedding. Very comfortable, loved the front porch, and the kitchen is great. Fenced yard was wonderful for my grandchildren. Convenient to shopping also.

This very large house was clean and well designed for multiple families to be at without feeling like you are on top of each other. Best Place in Cleveland
As previous reviews have said--the pictures didn't do this house justice. It truly exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, amenities were up to date, and the location was very central to Cleveland. I highly recommend this place and will likely use it again when visiting family in Tennessee.

Very clean and comfortable
This very large house was clean and well designed for multiple families to be at without feeling like you are on top of each other. Property manager is very responsive, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and kitchen has everything utensil needed to cook. We will be saving this house for when we come back! Thank you!!

We booked this house (first time ever booking an Airbnb/Vrbo)because our daughter was getting married at a venue nearby. We knew we would have friends and family that would need a place to stay for the wedding (since we are all from Vegas). This home was absolutely beautiful! We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Close enough to Cleveland for any necessities you might need and far enough away to make your stay relaxing and quiet! This home accommodated all 11 of us just fine. The host is quick to respond to any questions you may have and the home is very secure. It was an absolutely amazing experience for us.

Amazing Home
The photos don't do this home justice, it was absolutely beautiful!! We will be staying again the next time we come to Cleveland. The fenced in yard was great for my young nephew to play outside without having to worry.

The good: Sleeps 12 with air bed, beautifully and fully furnished, carefully curated. Owner responds quickly and allowed us a flexible checkin and checkout. The large laundry room counter was helpful as bridesmaids built their bouquets for my daughter's wedding.
The bad: My normally agile husband fell off the bottom rung of the staircase in low light due to the optical illusion created by the oversized rug at the base. The last step blends with the floor (even in good light), and the placement of the rug makes it appear that you've arrived on the ground floor one step early. Others of our party noticed that optical illusion,
and it's scary if you're carrying a baby. My husband and I also tripped over the corner protrusion of the bottom staircase rung where it wrapped around the newel post. I started placing my handbag there as a visual reminder of that protrusion. Several members slipped on the dry but highly polished master bath hardwood floor, both in bare feet and sock feet. Upstairs attic closet has a step up, so don't forget about that surprise drop on the way out. I stayed in the twin bed room, but the antique reproduction tub was dangerous for me in my current physical condition, so I showered in another bath. Owner's concern for their pillow shams, counter tops, and hardwood floors contrasted with a toilet paper supply of one-ply paper. Even the two bidets couldn't make up for that. There is more parking than the owner claimed,
but she didn't want any extra people to come over and have a rehearsal dinner at the house, as that constitutes a
party. Security/manager will come over to make sure you're not having a party or exceeding 12 guests. The extravagant decor alone costs more than my 4br home, which I was so relieved to return to.

The good: The house sleeps 12 with air mattress, and it is fully equipped, perfectly curated and beautifully decorated. The large laundry room had a counter large enough for our bridesmaids to create their bouquets. Owner responds promptly and was flexible with our checkin and checkout.
The bad: My normally agile husband fell from the bottom step of the staircase because of the optical illusion created by the step blending with the floor. The large rug at the base was perfectly spaced to create that effect. Others in our group commented on the effect, and it was scary to descend the steps holding a baby. He and I also tripped over the protruding bottom step that wraps around the newel post. Several of our group found the master bath floor slippery, whether barefooted or sock footed. I stayed in the twin bed room, but found the antique reproduction shower dangerous for my current physical condition, so I showered in another bathroom. The upstairs attic closet has a step up, so don't forget to step down on the way out. The queen bed and foam topper has sunk in on the side facing the door in the railroad room.
Security/manager visited to be sure we didn't exceed our number of 12 guests and that no party would be taking place. I had previously asked if the wedding party could have the rehearsal dinner at the house, but the answer was an emphatic "no", the owner even incredulous that the giant kitchen might be used to cook for a group. I don't know how these other reviewers managed to have their reunions and gatherings onsite.
The owner's concerns over the pillow shams, hardwood floors, and countertops was coupled with a household supply of one-ply toilet paper. Even the two bidets could not make up for that. The expense of the fabulous decor alone was greater than my 4br home, which I was so relieved to return to. What does it profit a house to be decorated with the world and yet have no soul?

Spacious and beautiful! My only complaint was that we hadn’t planned to stay longer! Really spectacular finishes and met all our needs. There were two families with small children and was very easy to escape to certain areas of the house or explore outside.

Two families met in at this amazing property for a long weekend. The plans included white water rafting on the Ocoee river, zip lining in the forest, and touring Chattanooga. This was a perfect location for this plan.

It has a “hallmark channel movie house” feel. Everyone has space to spread out (we had 8 in our group) and have privacy without stepping on top of each other. Kitchen is huge and perfect for cooking, baking and prep with everything you need including a grill in the garage to use as needed. The only thing that was disappointing is the ice maker in the fridge not producing ice. Since we were not familiar with the fridge brand did not want to mess with it or bother the owner, so we easily bought a bag of ice to accommodate. When we had a minor issue the owner and contact person were all easy to contact and were very prompt in resolving the issue to accommodate our busy schedule. The bathrooms are spacious and showers have great water pressure with instant hot water which is the best! Beds are all super comfortable as well. Sitting out on the front porch was very relaxing with a nice breeze in the afternoon or early morning, a rocking chair or hammock would have been a nice touch. When we return to Cleveland, TN a few times per year, this house will be my first choice for my stay.

Chattanooga Get-away
The house was beautiful and very roomy. Everything was clean and in order. We absolutely loved our stay there. Our grandchildren were intrigued by the home and how large it was. It was a perfect long weekend get-away. Our hosts were very accommodating and we would recommend their home as a great place to stay.

Spacious, well appointed home...
My wife and I hosted our extended family for a long weekend and needed to be near Cleveland, Tenn. You won't find many if any properties of this size and this nice available in the area. Bedrooms and bathrooms border on luxurious. And everything we needed including linens, internet, cutlery, coffee makers, etc. was provided. We found our time spent here relaxing and comfortable. I can recommend this property with confidence.

Amazing stay!!
I rented this house while we were in town for a family wedding. It was perfect! The home is spotless and very well decorated. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house. The kitchen is a cook's dream with everything you need for a great time. In fact, during our stay in Cleveland, we did not go out to dinner once because the kitchen was so perfect for everyone and the home had plenty of room. The bathrooms are modern and luxurious. The bedrooms were all very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The front porch is perfect for coffee in the morning, after dinner drinks and just socializing with friends and family. We used the traditional charcoal grill every day and loved it! There was also plenty of parking in the driveway.
Since we had family in town for this wedding from all over the country and staying at several different places in the Cleveland area, the house become the "gathering place" for meals and socializing. It could not have been more perfect. Since returning home, I have received several "thank you" notes for selecting such an amazing home for our family to gather. This is definitely a 5 start rating and I would strongly recommend!
If you are going to be staying for several days and appreciate great meats for gilling, it is worth the drive to Hixon to go to Don's Meats! We went there the day we arrived and I was able to cook the most amazing breakfast sausage, steaks, chicken, and hamburgers. Between the gourmet kitchen and a world class butcher, there is no wonder why we did not go out to eat while we were there!
Next time we are in Cleveland we will definitely stay here again!

Just perfect!
This was our family home-away for a graduation event. Spacious, well appointed, and convenient accommodation. Very welcoming and well supplied for all needs. Wonderful porch and a fenced yard that we enjoyed. Our 3 yr old grandson experienced fireflies for the first time! We cooked in the high-end kitchen,, ordered pizza and enjoyed family time at the house where the little ones could nap and adults could visit and play games. Like I said, it was just perfect! Thank you for all the thoughtful touches to make this house such a lovely home.
ps. An additional note: the home does have a pack and play and a booster seat for children as well. When I asked the rental company they reported the house did not have these available. They are in the master bedroom, walk-in closet. And there were also two bikes in the garage and the home is in a lovely neighborhood for a ride.

Cleveland home
As always, this home was in excellent condition. We have stayed at this home before and again, we could’ve had a better experience. This home should be viewed on HGTV. State of the art kitchen, bedrooms, exercise/game room, 2 washer and dryers, and the list goes on. Also, enough room to park 4 boats and leave them hooked up to our trucks. Owners are always available for concerns and will get it done ASAP!

Happy Fishing Days
The same group of fishing buddies been doing this for 31 years. everyone commented on this Cleveland house as one of our best places. The house has great character and spacious rooms and closets.Room for parking boats is always a problem, but not here.I would recommend a stay here for any functions or family gatherings. Cleveland has anything you would need for fun and activites.
