Enjoy this amazing city by staying right downtown in this beautiful luxury condo! You will love the fresh, clean feel of this newer condo with a full kitchen. Walk out the door and you're in downtown Saugatuck -- right at the park and the Saugatuck Center for the Arts. You can walk anywhere downtown in less than 5 minutes. - Pets are welcome - Minimum age for renting is 25 years of age. Only minutes away, there are many restaurants, abundant public parking next to the condo, a spot designated for parking in front, along with an elevator to make it even more accessible. Enjoy coffee in the morning on the 3rd story deck overlooking the Art Center, with a side view of the water. The main floor has another small, shaded deck with a table and two chairs -- a perfect spot for breakfast. The upper deck is great for laying out in the sun (it faces east for the morning, rising sun), or relaxing at night. The coffee maker is a Keurig that has a single cup option and a full pot option. We stock ground coffee for our guests but feel free to bring your own and you will need to bring your own K-cups. The interior accommodations are brand new as well. For the sleeping arrangements, it has three bedrooms with queen size mattresses, closet and drawer space, and air conditioning in each room. There's also a pull out couch with a queen mattress in the main floor. You can also enjoy using the free cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and even a free original Nintendo. Additionally, we have yard games for use at the beach or parks close by and board games. Included in your stay: - Coffee, filters, cups, glasses, bowls, plates, saucers, wine glasses, coffee cups - Pots and pans and baking dishes - Silverware and cooking utensils along with steak knives - Bath towels, hand towels - Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer - Sheets, pillows and blankets - Paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher When booking with us, you get a list of recommended restaurants, bars and entertainment. There's another condo directly next door, and we can potentially accommodate more guests and larger parties by booking the neighboring properties -- also on VRBO. We stayed for a couple of nights to celebrate my birthday. Location is perfect and Brenden is very kind and accommodating, which I appreciated. Property is large enough for the whole family and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We loved this property! Perfect location, walking distance to anything and everything! Also ample/close parking. The unit had everything we needed for a fun girls weekend. The beds were all super comfy- slept great! We had a blast playing the Nintendo. Thanks again! We will be back! :)

This was the second (or third) time we have stayed at this property. It is exactly as advertised and Brenden could not be more accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring downtown Saugatuck and outfitted with everything one might need for a quick - or extended - trip! Will be back again!

What a great place to stay during a winter storm! Our family stayed at the condo for a birthday celebration in January. A major winter storm came through during our stay. The condo had a great selection of board games and Nintendo which kept us busy at night. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment which made breakfast prep easy.
The location was great. The town of Saugatuck cleared the sidewalks and roads early in the morning and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
Brenden is a great communicator and shared plenty of information on places to eat and things to do.

Our family was in Saugatuck for a wedding which took place right next to this rental. It could not have been closer! The rental was clean and in a great location for shopping and going to restaurants. We didn't need to use our car as we were able to walk everywhere. Brenden was super helpful and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for a wedding at Coghlin Park and the reception at Saugatuck Center for the Arts! We had the bridal party in for Hair & Makeup & Brunch, and there was plenty of room and seating for 17 of us, and the light and breezes pouring in from the big patio windows was perfect! Beds were super comfy, nice touch to have a Keurig/drip coffee maker combo! Brendan was communicative and helpful in answering all my crazy questions about flower delivery and ceremony arch storage. I could not have been happier! Thanks so much Brendan!

Great location. Everything in the town was easily walkable. Plenty to do for parents and adult kids. Would definitely recommend. Owner was very thorough and handled the only issue we had very quickly and beyond our expectations.

We had a great time at this property staying with family (ages ranging from 1.5 to 65). The location is perfect for downtown. Everything is walkable nearby for restaurants, shops and parks. Brenden was very responsive and a great host.

Excellent location - restaurants, shops and waterfront all very accessible; yet a private and quiet feel to the condo. I appreciate the convenient, reserved parking space. From walking in town and at the dunes with our dog, to just sitting back in the condo, a very relaxing visit.

This is our second year of staying here for our girlfriends weekend! The location is incredible, park the car for the weekend and walk everywhere, shops-bars & restaurants. The condo is well appointed with everything you need, it's clean and well maintained. We will be back!

We were confident in a most satisfying experience before we even checked in based on the excellent communication with the property manager. Brendon was quick to respond, provided us with a lengthy list of restaurants and other attractions, and allowed us an early check in. The condo was clean, well laid out, and most importantly, made the town totally walkable and intimate. It’s most appealing to enjoy a bottle of wine at a dining establishment literally steps from home! It’s for sure a great place to stay!

Brenden is a great host and his place downtown is SUPER nice ! It looks just like the pictures. The bathrooms are really nice and up to date and the kitchen is too. It is private and cozy and quiet. But just one block from downtown shops, restaurants and the river. It's a great base camp CONDO for exploring the area. We loved it and you will too.

Condo was just what we were looking for. Great location to local golf courses and right downtown for eating and shopping. Plenty of room for 4 adults to spread out and play cards at the table or have drinks on one of two balconies. Will rent again.

The property was incredibly clean and I’m an excellent location. Brenden was incredibly informative of the surroundings: activities, restaurants, places to shop, etc. He frequently checked in on us, which was great! We would definitely stay with him again.

Our experience was exceptional. We were in town for a family destination wedding at Ivy House, which was only minutes away. The rental process was easy; Brent was awesome with communication via email and text; the location was ideal for our downtown stay in Saugatuck.

What a great place! The condo is in a perfect location and the communication from the host was outstanding. About a week before we arrived, he sent us listings of restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and pontoon rentals. He was so helpful and responsive. I would stay here again and again!

Wonderful visit to Saugatuck!
Brenden was most likely the best host we’ve ever had for a vacation rental. He sent great info ahead of time to help us plan our trip and checked on us (via text) a couple times. Not only wouldn’t hesitate to rebook the adorable Saugatuck condo, but would look into booking any other rentals he owns just because I know we would be assured of a great experience and top notch host. Just sorry we didn’t make plans ahead of time to go out on his boat as well!

The house Darren is what made this day the very best. Yes the condo is right down town Saugatuck you can walk to anything and everything. It is on the second floor and has an elevator but it was not functioning right over there. Our house made it right virus cutting the price of our boat ride and half. The condo is nicely furnished beds were good and very clean. We would stay there again. Check out a Pontoon boat ride with Darren and Cooper as house. We had a great time the boat was just right for the four of us and Darren made us feel so comfortable and safe!

Girls Getaway
Brandon is a wonderful host that is very accommodating and helpful. We had a bit of trouble with the door lock upon arrival. He was immediately available to assist, and helped us out over the phone.
The condo is in a great location within steps to many wonderful shops and reataurants.
It is very clean, and the kitchen is stocked with whatever you may need.
We are hoping to make another trip back to Saugatuck and stay at this beautiful place.
