Wow!! The absolute BEST place with the BEST condo owners you could possibly ask for!!! Matt & Deidre made our stay so easy and were the most professional hosts!! My husband and I truly enjoyed our quick getaway!! We will be back!!! 10/10 recommend this unit and these hosts!!

My family and I had a great beach vacation staying in Tidewater 208. The room was just as described on the listing, and it had absolutely everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. The hosts were communicative and always responded in a timely fashion. The ease of being on the second floor (the same floor as the parking garage walkover bridge) can be overlooked as unimportant, but it truly did make a huge difference in how easy it is to get on and off the property, as sometimes the elevators can take a while to get to you. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo to celebrate my 60th birthday - the condo was as awesome as the pics showed and the location was perfect! Being on the 2nd floor made it a breeze for getting to the beach and the car - and the beach view was spectacular!!! We will definitely be back!!

Great condo, perfect for a small family/couple. Great location within condo premises and short drive to all local attractions. Easy parking and the parking garage always had availability, even during this busy summer season. This is our second time renting this particular condo and we appreciate timely communication with the owners. We had all the information we needed well in advance to ensure a smooth check in. We look forward to future rentals with these particular owners :)

This condo was truly a breath of fresh air! It was conveniently located on the second floor, which was the same floor as the skywalk to the parking garage. The living room was spacious and artfully decorated. Plus, it included a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking essentials. The bathroom was meticulously clean and included a variety of amenities for personal hygiene. Further, the rooms were quiet during the day as well as the night. We look forward to returning for another vacation.

I wanted a beachfront property where I could relax. The property was perfect! I had an issue with my code, I called the owner and it was immediately taken care of. I will book for more days next time

Beautiful condo, conveniently located on the 2nd floor. You have the best restaurants right down the road, the only complaint I have is there was no toilet paper, dish washing detergent or sponge to wash dishes, there was only 2 of us no need in loading the dish washer. Overall a wonderful experience

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The 2nd floor location was AMAZING!!! There were always very long lines for the elevator and we never had to wait. Very convenient location to restaurants, shopping, & entertainment. We loved eating meals on the balcony
at the high top table every day. You cannot beat the view! We will definitely be back to this condo! Owner was very pleasant and helpful .

The unit has been updated and the second floor view of the beach was spectacular. Vinyl wood flooring was a plus and made it more comfortable than cold ceramic tile.

We enjoyed our stay in Unit 208! The condo was clean, comfy, and decorated so cute! The view from the balcony is a great bonus! Tidewater was great too. The staff was helpful and friendly and the location was convenient.

The condo was amazing. From the decor to the views and finally the location. The location of this unit is as close to the check-in desk as could be. The elevator situation at the complex was horrible, but the beauty of this condo is you don’t need the elevator. Owners were great to deal with and we will definitely stay in this condo again. The room and location were perfect, 2nd floor, same as the cat walk to parking garage. Short ride on elevator to head to the beach. The only issue we had is there is no lock on sliding door going to deck. Wife was a little nervous about this issue so, placed the broom in track to avoid any issues. Other than that the room, and view were amazing.

Balcony overlooks the beach beautifully. Morning coffee is the best with that view. Quiet and well appointed. Great location with accessible parking. WiFi was out of order the entire time I was there. Which would have been a major problem had I not had connectivity with my carrier hotspot. Overall a 5 just get that WiFi working. :)

very nice. however, it would have been nice if SOMEWHERE someone would have noted that, outside pools are not heated, limited staff working at the restaurant, gift shop/beverage store were not open. I understand because of the time of year, but if one had never been to FL this time of year, you would not know these things. Advertised the property listing all the amenities but didn't mention they were not available. Got to check in and found we had to pay a registration fee, this was never mentioned. We were charged the rate for a 2-bedroom, still waiting for the refund since it was only a 1 bedroom.

Fantastic property if you want a little more room than a hotel and the capability of fixing your own meals. Very tasteful coastal décor and comfortable furniture.
Very convenient to be on the 2nd floor right next to the entry but also a negative due to the constant banging of the beach gate if you are wanting some reflective balcony time.
Walking distance to our favorite oyster bar, Dusty's. Would stay here again in the off season. Peak season would be too crowded for our taste.

Security at this property is wonderful. They were very friendly and made sure all felt welcome while at the same time safe. This condo is located on a lower floor and it was perfect to get to beach, ground floor/pool quickly. Thanks again. The washing machine didn't seem to be working very well. If the cleaning crew hasn't notified the owners, hopefully this note will! Overall great stay!

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It was in a great location & everything was nicely decorated. The second floor location was excellent since we rarely had to wait for an elevator. Owners were very responsive and nice. We definitely plan to stay at this property again.

Reservation was quick and easy, owner communicated well. Was a perfect location with amazing balcony view, all the appliances, and dishes you need to cook a meal. Beautiful beachy decor. My only issue was the bed in the bedroom was soo warn out and uncomfortable and seriously needs to be replaced! Also there was only 1 trash bag, 1 use laundry soap, 2 dish pods , no liquid dish soap. So plan ahead to buy all the things you need for everyday living... we had a great vacation and can't wait to come back to PCB!!

Fully equipped and beautifully decorated condo exactly as described. Breathtaking beach view from 2nd floor, close to skybridge connected to the parking and for our convenience, shopping trolleys and luggage trolleys were provided. We didn't have to wait for lift as it gets crazy during check in and check out time. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Matt and Deidre we're absolutely amazing and very prompt in responding, they made sure and provided every little detail from booking thru to checkout. I would like to give special thanks to host on providing tips on how to keep pigeons away from the balcony...This was our vacation away with kids prior to their birthday and girls absolutely loved this place. Perfect for family of 4. We will definitely be coming back.

We were very happy with are condo. Very nice and clean. Excellent location since room was on second floor and didn't have to worry about elevator. Would definitely recommend anyone to matt and deidra's condo. If my wife and i would go back by ourselves again i would definitely try to get this condo. But we are usually with others where we usually need 3 bedrooms.thanks again for a wonderful stay matt and deidra.

The owners were quick to answer any questions, the condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us and the location is excellent to avoid the traffic on Front Beach Rd.
Condo location was excellent bc it’s on the walkover so no waiting for elevators.
