This is a beautiful family friendly home that we wish to share with like-minded families or individuals. Sorry, functions, parties, school leavers, hens, bucks parties, pets or breach of occupancy numbers are strictly prohibited. The property may only be used by confirmed guests and any breach of this may result in eviction with no refund. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Primary booking contact must be of a minimum age of 30 years. You will be asked for photo ID and details about your group. Proof of identity will need to be provided from booking confirmation and the booking will be cancelled if not provided. A state of the art, luxurious beach front / golf course home located within 350 metres to The Cut beach and easy walking distance to The Cut Golf Course. Sleeps maximum 8 adults in comfort. 5 bedrooms, massive living areas, Foxtel, NBN Internet, separate games room, 2 bathrooms with heated floors, powder room, outdoor heated plunge pool / spa, outdoor BBQ, steam room and outdoor shower. The ground floor opens onto the spa deck with sensational views facilitated by the wall to wall bi-fold doors. It consists of a fully equipped games room with pool / snooker table, table tennis and 60-inch LCD television with blue ray DVD player ensuring many hours of entertainment and fun. Additional bedrooms and living facilities are located on the ground floor. All of the ground floor bedrooms have ceiling fans. The first floor hosts a large main living area with state of the art surround sound system, 60 inch LCD television screen with blue ray player. Additional facilities include a gourmet kitchen, powder room, hotel style main bedroom including a luxurious en-suite offering a rain shower, spa, and wall mounted LCD television. Separate Single bedroom located off the kitchen area. The first floor has reverse cycle A/C for cooling and heating. The living area opens onto a stunning undercover outdoor deck with a table and seating for 8 guests with 180-degree views over the golf course and the Indian Ocean. Perfect for morning breakfasts or afternoon drinks watching the sunset. Further security is offered with a working alarm system and external CCTV. This house is perfect for a getaway. Great location, nice views and all the house is fitted out with a few luxury items. The entertainment area on the ground floor kept us occupied for hours and then we relaxed in the plunge pool and steam room. The kitchen is fitted out with everything you need to cook a great meal. All the rooms are spacious. Could not have been more impressed with the home. The host was very friendly and the stay could not have gone any smoother. Thanks for having us.

This beautiful property was perfect for our kid free getaway! The view is spectacular, amenities are amazing and everything is well appointed and has been thought of. Everything is top quality. A group of 8 keen golfers stayed at what we nicknamed “ The Mansion”. Everything you need is supplied, very spacious , extremely clean. The spa was fantastic. The owner Greg was an absolute pleasure to deal with, answering all the queries I had in the months and days leading up to our stay. The sunset over the Indian Ocean from balcony has created lasting memories.. Will be back. Steve, Tom, Chris, Darren, Sean, Michael, Pete and Brian.

What a wonderful place for rest and recreation, the property is beautiful and very well set up with everything you need. The view is phenomenal and you can't beat that gorgeous seabreeze from the upstairs balcony and living. The beds were super comfortable and I only wished I'd booked for a longer stay! Greg is thoughtful and communicatve and the caretaker Maddi was also lovely and very organised. I really appreciate the opportunity we had to stay in this magnificent home and would love to book again next year. Thank you 😊

A great house for our girls weekend away. House was fully equipped and we enjoyed the outdoor heated spa. Short easy walk to the beach. Long brekkie on the balcony overlooking the the golf course with kangaroos visiting. Excellent communication with Owner and Caretaker. Highly recommend.

Lovely house. Set up with everything you could need for comfortable stay, and very short walk to Indian Ocean beach with lovely surf. Great facilities at house, only thing which could have made it any better would have been a couple of bodyboards to borrow. Host very accommodating and easy to deal with. 5 stars
