Seville Visit

Location was great. Facilties were good.

The apartment hadn't cleaned very well since previous guests when we arrived. It was reported to the management and they quickly rectified it and were apologetic. They responded very well and fixed our issues, but this did tarnish the overall experience.

ok for young people, ones wanting to rest should avoid it.

central location, comfortable bed, kitchen. Airconditioning.

the tiles in the shower were disgustingly dirty, pls check that too not only the glass. it was extremely noisy, some neighbors were pushing furniture very late at night, around midnight, then in the morning the church bells wake you up. Luckily I’m not using wheelchair but to present the apartment as suitable for wheelchair is not ok, pls remove it, it’s misleading information. Inside the flat there are stairs to reach the bedroom and the bathroom.

Estancia con pernocta de familia con niños

Ideal alojamiento en pleno centro de Sevilla. Fuimos una familia con niños y el estado del apartamento se califica de inmejorable. Aunque solo estuvimos el tiempo de dormir, nos gustó tanto que no dudaremos en volver y disfrutar del resto de instalaciones del apartamento.

Fab stay for one night before return home. Could have stayed

It was beautiful with all facilities excep a pool! There was even an exclusive rooftop sunning area with sun beds. The room had ac and lots of marble and glass right in the heart of old Sevilla

Lovely stay in a lovely apartment in an excellent location.

Loved the location and we were lucky enough to have the spacious ground floor apartment. Lovely layout and sufficient amenities.

The front door slamming closed each time it was opened.

Fantastic clean modern feel in an older building.

The location was central, the place was quiet, clean, and modern, and the air conditioning worked very well. The cleaning staff were conversational, friendly, and helpful. The courtyard view provided lots of light.

The coffee maker is noisy and could wake a person sleeping on the sofa bed.

Exceptional

Location is great! Centrally located in town and just several minutes to the Cathedral by walk. Room is spacious and clean. There is washing machine and dryer in the basement if you need laundry. Checkin was smooth and there are so many restaurants, bars, shops surrounding. Will stay here if I come to Seville next time!

Great location, would stay again.

Location was perfect. The apartment was clean, had an elevator, and it was super easy to check in.

Liked everything - only suggestion would be to add a small table in the bathroom. There is plenty of room and it would add more surface space for makeup, etc.

great location, fair price, small but comfortable bathroom, clean sheets, nice for solo travelers or maximum 2 people

no dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are in the basement, crockery and cutlery were greasy and kinda dirty, broken coffee machine

Great, central and comfortable place for our one night spree in Sevilla!

Very central location. Great communication from the host who is also the owner. He was extremely accommodating and let us check in early/or leave our bags until the room was ready. He also made recommendations for breakfast nearby and a storage locker the day we left. Lots of good outlets in convenient places. High functioning AC! Be prepared for two twins pushed together vs a single King. (This is typical in Europe). There is no bidet if that matters to you. You will have one flight of stairs to get to the unit. The building is beautiful and well maintained.

Awesome stay in the central location!

Central location in the city close to the Cathedral and Alcazar! East walk everywhere in the city. Access numbers to get into building and room made availability a breeze! Did not meet any staff but we had no issues. Plenty of restaurants within 50 yards. Parked the car in a main lot close by and left it there for the three days we were in town. Enjoyed the city and location of this property! Highly recommended!

Pleasant stay

Property was very well located to see most of the attractions in Seville. Good restaurants and stores in close proximity. I think the price was reasonable for the location.

There were no sponges or dishcloths to wash and dry cutlery with. The tags on the tea bags were mostly missing so you didn’t know what tea you were drinking.

Apartment was good but beware the lift does not service all apartments

location was very central but still quiet. Apartment facilities were very good

we specifically booked a property with a lift as we are in our late sixties and didn’t want to have to use stairs with our bags. However we were given an apartment on the top floor and the lift finished one floor down. No assistance offered by the host to help carry our bags up the stairs. also sent 4 messages before we arrived regarding check in arrangements only received a response as we were waiting outside the property.
