No staff to greet you at all you had to access the room with codes.

Great value for money.

Really comfy bed and modern clean room. The bathroom was small but modern and clean.

The bathroom had no ventilation and was a bit noisy but didn’t affect our stay

Really good for the money and would stay again. Great barber / hairdresser and coffee seller just outside the front

Really good value for money and well situated for the old town. Clean and tidy for self service budget. Would stay again.

Tap didn’t really work in bathroom (trickle). Everything else fine.

Nos gustó la ubicación y el hecho de poder utilizar un código QR para gestionar todo el check-in en la habitación

Había una gotera en el techo del baño, informamos a los responsables y no nos dijeron nada. Tampoco había ventana al exterior, podía haberse indicado aml hacer la reserva.

Cheap and ideally located would use again.

Location was great, just a few minutes from the old town but far away enough that it was not noisy on the streets below, the windows appear to be soundproofed but cannot be opened, but it really makes a huge difference to the traffic noise, very much welcome. The shower was surprisingly good although there was no shower curtain and the shower head wall mount was broken so had to hold it the entire time but wasn’t a problem

Staff wasn’t overly friendly but not rude! Just impolitex no shower curtain and broken shower attachment, but for the price it was perfectly acceptable

Not too bad, but don’t go with high expectations.

Property is not too far from the old town.

It was not clean as much as I expected. Not allows to change the AC settings. The property is a bit mouldy.

Dissappointing

Proximity to Old Town was great.. Enough plug points.

Only one glass and one cup and kettle. No complementary tea or coffee. Towels were very threadbare. Shower tray was blocked, only one person could shower otherwise it would overflow. In the morning it had managed to drain.

Les chambres sont conformes aux photos.

Très mauvaise expérience! Dans un premier temps nous étions content de la chambre spacieuse et en bonne état. Puis nous avons déchanté quand nous nous sommes aperçus qu’il était impossible de verrouiller notre chambre depuis l’extérieur. Là chambre n’étant pas pourvu du système de QR code permettant d’accéder à la chambre. Alors, à notre arrivée, il y avait une clé sur la serrure mais qui ne permettait pas de fermer la porte. En résumé, n’importe qui a accès dans la chambre… donc impossible de quitter la chambre en y laissant nos affaires personnelles. C’est-à-dire impossible de partir en vadrouille la journée. Le numéro de l’hôtel référencé sur booking sonnait sur combox… le chat avec l’hôtel ne donnait rien dans un premier temps mais ensuite quelqu’un a répondu (houra…) par contre la réactivité 0.. ils nous proposent ensuite de changer de chambre (biensur après que j’ai menacé de les signaler sur booking s’il n’était pas capable de résoudre le problème). À oui, la nouvelle chambre en question avait les murs défraîchis, un évier avec de la moisissure et j’en passe. Pour le même prix, il y a des centaines d’hôtels bien meilleurs dans la même localisation et avec un vrai personnel sur place ! Hotel tout de même signalé à booking.

City area. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The aircon is not working well. A bit hot during the day. The toilet needs maintenance. A bit dirty. You get what you paid though.

Room was spacious and modern.There was a mini fridge and aircon worked well

The qr code system didn’t feel particularly safe.When leaving our room the door wouldn’t lock on the first night and after messaging the staff they just said to pull the door harder which didn’t help so anyone could have just walked into our room while we were gone(it did start working on the second day).

for short time and less money

close to phuket town. The bed was comfortable. Air con. the staff was friendly, speak a little English.

the staff cleaned the room every 2 days and then only if you put the sign on the door for cleaning. So the garbage accumulated over time. The sanitary facilities were very narrow if you wanted to go to the toilet. no balcony.

we like it, it’s good for work because of stable internet and AC. Great location near are buses to different beaches, ma

super good Wi-Fi. strong and stable for online work. pleasant staff. we had AC, towels, clean room. we’ve lived there for a month and once per 2 days staff cleaned our room, once per 3 days changed our linens ( pillow cases, sheets and so on) . pay attention that you’ll need QR code for some rooms and there are no staff inside, you can contact with them via booking app, usually they answer quickly

the door to the hotel doesn’t work properly and anyone could come in. last days the peace of sealing fell down on the first floor in the hall.

Good experience overall.

I loved the lady that cleaned the rooms. She was very kind, helpful and sweet. I had some issues and she helped me alot.

The room was a good value and location but shower water wasn't very warm/hot.

Exceptional

Minimal, bright room right in the heart of Phuket Town.

The cleaner shouted at us from arriving a few hours before check in, rather than offering to store our bags. She said our room wasn’t ready, however when I went to check, it quite obviously was. Towels folded on bed and all. Ended up leaving our bags in our room rather than the open lobby as it was much safer. Then at check in time, our key was ready for pick up. All in all, staff could be a bit more accommodating.

Cleaning lady very kind. Quiet and clean room. Nice hot shower. Good A/C. Hotel near bus terminal, near center of town, near blue buses to beaches on Ranong road.

The AC was good and the location was good

If someone before you has your QR code they can still get in to your room and if any one has been sent the wrong QR code they can get in to your room , it really isn't sure and anyone can just walk straight through the front door.
