Easy peasy stay for what we needed the accommodation for.

The location for what we wanted accommodation was amazing as usual.

The car parking situation having a larger car was a tricky situation driving down the car park. The underground carport is more made for smaller car that we can now see after the higher gutters have scraped the underside of our car.

It was a pleasant handicapped friendly stay.

I at the moment need a walker for assistance and had no trouble moving about the hotel and was pleased that there was a shower chair provided.

The hotel has a very unattractive entry but given that it is where it is they could not do much about that.

Great location, comfy beds, great city views, friendly helpful staff.

Great service from staff, warm and friendly. Great location and off street parking. Bed was extremely comfortable and city views were amazing.

Lift is a bit outdated and a little slow but apart Fromm that was very happy with everything else.

This is an excellent place to stay, close to everything.

Clean and tidy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also easy access to the hotel from the train station and plenty of places to eat and go shopping.

Just a little bit noisy with traffic as it’s situated on a main road but that is expected. Otherwise there was nothing wrong.

Terrible!

We were grunted and groaned at when I had to wheel my partner out of the lift in a wheelchair. I informed the receptionist who told me that this person was “on the spectrum”. My partner would rather not be in a wheelchair and to made to feel less than anyone else is dreadful! He would rather be ambulance bit to be treated in this was is totally not acceptable! Nor was the excuse given by the receptionist.

The Motel was clean and had everything that we required and a very convenient location.

For an overnight room the room and facilities were great. They were clean, the location for our needs were great. The added bonus of Westfield being close by was also great as we were able to pick up a few things for the night.

Seeing that we were only doing an overnight stay, I found nothing that I didn't like. If I was staying for a longer period of time, I always book accommodation that has a separate bedroom from the TV etc. as my husband goes to bed early and I stay up and watch the TV. But we booked this accommodation because of its location and value for money as I had a specialist appointment in the morning at Sutherland and it was much easier to stay overnight rather than battle the traffic from Newcastle on a Monday morning which would be very stressful.

The lift passes did not work initially, and there was no parking left for us.

The location was great. Great view over Miranda & closeness to the westfields

The room was outdated for the price point. The tv had no access to Netflix or any streaming services. The bathroom had an air vent that was constantly going & disturbed sleep. The rooms also aren’t very sound proofed.

I turned about a glass breakage and staff responded thanks for telling them and it’s fine got a charge on our account $1.10. would of liked to be informed of the charge at the time. would of paid there and then. got charges on our account which we could of avoided. from NZ so extra fees
