Nice quiet place, perfect for families or couples but beware of hidden fees and some cockroaches.

Important to know that this is not a hotel, it is a number of bungalows/villas that are owned individually by people who rent them independently, therefore you will only deal with the owner of the specific apartment you want to rent. More Important: There will be hidden fees even after fully paying for the room on booking.com, such as facility fees or to pay staff that doesn't have to do anything with your apartment, which is extremely odd and sketchy. Also, it is the first time I experience in Mexico that you have to pay for parking, it is not included either.

Hidden fees and a lot of cockroaches. It should say clearer that the beach is not swimmable.

Location, home like facilities and spacious rooms/ living

Lack of maintenance, extremely bad attitude of the reception staff because they don't own this property and is directed managed by Mr Daniel who is not available on site and very poor in responding. The reception staff tried to extract 35 USD per night in the name of resort fee (although it's not at all a resort), but when I showed them Booking.com reservation invoice showing full advance payment including everything then they kept quite. A cleaning fee of 60 USD was charged but room was not cleaned during our three nights stay. Property is not well maintained and cleaned, used towels were placed again for our use. Kids did not like the property at all. The brochure available in rooms says press 183 for room service but there is no such service available at all rather the receptionist on dialing 183 said you are not in a resort to get a room service so go to nearby restaurant yourself. Overall not a very good experience as reflected in their claims on Booking.com. I would advise rather to book cheaper though small in size family room but including all facilities in adjacent beautiful Playa garden or Somor resorts ( not all inclusive, room only) that would be much better than to stay in this haunted, non responsive, non-cooperative and uncleaned property

very relaxing stay

condo was very nice. property is very nicely maintained. poolside restaurant was great and very reasonable in price. pool area was also very nice. staff were very pleasant and worked hard to make our experience as nice as possible.

The condominium we stayed in, was newly remodeled and decorated very nicely.

The restaurant on site closed at five and there was no way to get food after 5 PM without leaving the room

Near perfection

Exceptional suite, clean, equipped with everything you need, very quiet, superb views of the ocean from the balcony, yes we noticed lots of whales. Lovely art work. 10 minutes walk from marina. Absolutely loved it.

The one irk that my wife and I had was the bed. Too soft and felt like it was sagging from one side to another. Outside of this, really, near perfection.

Great time

The grounds were beautiful and just a 5min walk to town. Great spot

Great place, only things wrong with our villa is the AC didn’t work in the living/ kitchen area. It just blow air. Also when it rained the master bathroom ceiling windows leaked bad and the rain came in from under all the sliding glasses window soaked the 2front rooms. The villa just needed maintenance, but other then that would enjoyed the place

Not satisfied with our stay

There was broken furniture in the condo; and we could never get the sofa bed to work properly even after property staff came by to check it out. There was not sufficient toilet paper in the condo for eight people. When we asked for more, it took a long time to finally get it. The fans and A/C were not working properly. We paid for our stay in advance and never were we advised that we needed to pay a resort fee upon arrival. We had a guest who drove her car to come visit, however, she was asked to park way far away from the property.
