excelente hotel en ubicación, personal y limpieza, No vale la pena el desayuno

la ubicación es muy buena, atrás de bryan park... el desayuno es regular solo fruta y croissant, un día no alcanzamos desayuno porque estaba AGOTADO lo cual no teníamos contemplado.

Ottimo hotel in centro a Manhattan

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi da times square. Nonostante sia in una zona molto trafficata, non si sente rumore di traffico dalle camere. La struttura è piccola ma ben curata. Camere di buone dimensioni per gli standard di NY. Staff molto cordiale.

Servirebbe un soundproofing migliore per porte e finestre. La colazione è buona ma la scelta è limitata. La zona colazione è piuttosto piccola e si affolla facilmente. La pulizia delle camere non è perfetta, basterebbe un po' di attenzione in più.

Brilliant location, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff.

Great central locations.

The grab and go breakfast was convenient for an orange juice or coffee but didn’t really suit us due to diet requirements.

I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great location. Friendly staff. Stylish room. The breakfast was light but sufficient. The breakfast room was small but intimate with a nice ambient atmosphere.

There was no real food option in the evening.

Great stay

Staff were excellent. We were there for wine night which was awesome. Met some fellow travellers from other countries and had some nice wine and snacks. Room was very clean and comfortable.

"Facility fee" should just be quoted in the room price. Seems a bit misleading when doing hotel comparisons.

Bellissima prima esperienza Newyorkese

Struttura pulita e accogliente in ottima posizione, la stanza un po’ piccola ma comunque dotata di tutti i confort, letti comodi. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo, scelta limitata ma comunque accettabile per gli standard newyorkesi. Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente Dovessi tornare a New York ci tornerei con molto piacere.

Iroquois was welcoming, warm with fabulous location for any trip to NYC

The Iroquois is a fantastic hotel in a superb location for all the areas. Very comfortable bed, great staff and eager to help. In short there is very little not to like about this hotel for NYC

Unfortunately our room had no view at all which is the only downside to a fantastic stay

Excellent location, nice staff but left out some major details. Comfortable rooms but too small for family ending in us

Amazing location, comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Quoted rate incorrectly on second room, fridge was an expensive bar fridge and we would have preferred an empty fridge. Street was closed upon arrival which turned into a headache with cab resulting in us leaving a bag in the cab due to the mass confusion of where to get out of the cab. Had to go to front desk for water and ice.

Perfect location for all we wanted to see and do. Staff were so lovely and friendly.

Breakfast was good. Simple and easy. Quick so we could get going on our day. Cameron the doorman was so sweet, smiley and so helpful.

Bathroom didn't have cups for rinsing mouth after first day. Desk staff accommodated us quickly and friendly.

Hermoso edificio, refaccionado, baños nuevos. Cama super cómoda. Excelente ubicación. Tiene desayuno e invitan a tomar un vinito por la tarde en una bonita sala. Muy bien la limpieza y la realizan a diario. El personal completo es muy amable.

Great location but many facilities were poor given the cost.

The hotel location, close to Times Square, is very convenient. I also enjoyed the walking tour organised by the hotel. The room was small but quiet and the gym was well-equipped. A glass of prosecco was offered when I checked in.

When I arrived after a 15-hour journey, the room keys I was supplied with didn't work, so I had to return down five storeys to get this corrected. The wifi signal in my room (509) was weak and almost unusable. I was not handed my bill when checking out. Later, when I received it via email, I found I had been charged for an expensive item I had not purchased from the minibar. The hotel has now issued a refund. There were no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room, The grab-and-go breakfasts were of poor quality, and there was minimal seating in the breakfast room, so you had to eat in your room. An in-room guide to the hotel's facilities would have been helpful.

la ubicacion ,el personal y la comodidad de la habitacion.

la atencion, sobre todo la de una niña que habla español y tb una señorita que estaba todas las mañanas en la recepción y un portero que estaba el dia que nos fuimos que fue el 6 de Septiembre antes de las 3 pm muy agradables y educados todos pero destaco en forma especial a estas 3 personas que se destacaron.

creo que tal vez el desayuno podria ser un poco mas variado pero igual el tenerlo es un plus importante , volveria sin dudas.

too pricey I feel

Service of Camille Carlos were exceptional where they gave attentions to my concern. breakfast was generous. Gatsby feel room.

the construction pillars exactly outside my window 204 where waking up where you see the workers exactly! would have been a nice room coz of the sunray.

Superb

It was spotless and comfortable every day after we returned to the room. The location was also great. Breakfast was excellent--opened at 7 am--could be a little earlier, though. Wonderful staffs.

You need to pay for the bottled water in the room if you use it.

Amateurish receptionist makes you doubt what you get for what you paid

Location is great

We booked 2 rooms but when we checked in after our long flight, we were given only one room (with twin beds) …until later during the night, I checked my reservation at 11pm which was indeed for 2 rooms and asked the reception to correct their checkin process. They did correct and apologize but frankly it is a first in My life I am given one room for the price of 2. If I had not doubled checked my files at 11pm in the night, we would have slept cramped in a double twin room and paid twice the price !!! Really ? Then, I got a second room on the second floor facing a wall. Is it really what i paid for ? What is superior vs delux ? Frankly when you lose trust in the checking process, you lose trust for all what the hotel is providing. When the receptionist can not do a proper checkin of a customer, something is wrong. He had one thing to do right: give us 2 rooms at the right level of quality standard.

Exceptional

The location was excellent. You could walk to Central Park, Met, Empire State, and the Rock while shopping along 5th Avenue. The Iroquois without question was so inviting, clean, and service top notch. Breakfast offering was very good.
