Great all round house to share for a wkend with friends..

Very well set up to cook some meals, and great size bathrooms, warm beds great all round

The front door had to keep remembering the code or knocking n waiting in the freezing cold for someone to let u in when getting things from the car .

Erica an excellent host; the house is spacious and very well furnished and equipped.

1. Disposable house slippers preferred for hygiene reasons; especially when Covid still exists 2. Code for external fly screen door should have been provided as we were locked out, luckily Erica returned my call quite quickly 3. Towel hooks required in the bathrooms and/or behind bedroom doors ; towel rack in bathrooms only good for one towel each. 4. Pillow a bit too high/firm for me and the grandchildren ; perhaps have some of the pillows in lower profile.

Very good

The house was well presented, modern, clean and had ample facilities.

The house itself was fine as were the facilities, however, even thought the property was rented out for over 12 months it looked like the builders moved out recently. There were small stepping stones from where we parked our cars to the front door, everything was wet with the heavy rain experienced in the eastern states, this made luggage movement difficult, a footpath should have been built.

We loved every minute of our stay and hope to return.

The house was very comfortable, spacious, clean and had absolutely everything you would need for a stay. All the beds were very comfortable and the rooms very spacious. We loved that it was close enough to walk into Katoomba Centre. The host Erica was so easy to deal with, allowing us an early checkin and late check out and answered all my inquiries very promptly. I would certainly recommend this house.

The only thing I could fault about the house was if you were in the bedroom at the front of the house and needed to use the toilet during the night, you would have to walk down the stairs and to the back of the house where the main bathroom is located.

Beautiful Home away from home.

How modern and new the house was, all great facilities and have thought of everything including electric blankets on the beds. The whole house is beautifully designed and decorated. Instructions entering and leaving the house were very clear and owners were a pleasure to deal with. Home is very spacious and close to everything you need to see and do provided you have a car. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to katoomba.

The only thing we didn't like was how hard the beds were and how low the couches were. I was travelling with my elderly mum and sister who couldn't sit on the couches as they were very low to the ground and they couldn't get in or out of them. Water pressure in the showers was very minimal too. But they might be on water restrictions, but when it's the middle of winter and you need a hot shower you had to wait a few minutes to get fully wet as pressure was low. But the bathrooms were big, modern and thoughtful.

Perfect place to stay for our winter getaway.

A beautiful home that was very comfortable, clean & had central heating so was lovely & warm on a very cold , foggy & raining weekend. Comfortable beds, & has everything you could possibly need. It’s located only 10 min drive from Katoomba main centre. Would definitely stay again.

27 - our lucky number

I cannot recommend this house enough! Everything was perfect, thoughtful and so well taken care of. Spacious, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Instructions to check in were easy. Wifi was great. 10/10. We copped Katoomba's wet weather, so we spent Sat afternoon playing games & watching Netflix. amazing.

The vanilla oil aroma sticks were a bit overwhelming. So moved it to the laundry.

Highly recommended

We loved everything about the property. It was big, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The heating was good, and the beds were really comfortable. There is a beautiful deck with a BBQ, which we enjoyed too. Whilst there isn’t a backyard there is a park / oval within walking distance which was good for the kids to run around and play. Also there is a petrol station with convenience store up the street too. The location is very close to the main town center, and main attractions too (few minutes drive). Will definitely stay there again
