Large appartement with large rooms. Very well situated. Well equipped. We could use the garden and the pool. And the owner made the BBQ available for us. Prompt responses from the owners.

Very old apartment, the wooden floor is cracked and makes noise with every step. The shutters on the windows dont close fully.

Very nice hosts, fantastic quiet neighborhood, excellent value for money. Several groceries (Spar, Hofer, Billa) are close by, so are local train (S80) and tram (60) stops. Kids particularly enjoyed swimming in the pool.

It did not disturb us at all, but people with sound sensitivity may keep in mind that there is a railway track a few dozen meters away from the property.

The pool was very clean.

The property was probably vacant for a while before our stay, as it appeared that the most recent dusting was some time ago. The wood floors were a bit creaky and the wifi was intermittently weak.

Location of Apartment Lainz is perfect for families with little kids, we walk to park near by every day, neighbourhood is very quiet, people are friendly and like to help. Hosts are such a nice people, always there to help out, it was our third stay at their apartment and as usual it was PERFECT!
