This was a great house! Very beautiful and clean! I would recommend. We did not have enough towels or dish washer detergent. Owner was very quick and responsive.

This property was perfect for our stay. We had 15 women in our group. We came from South Georgia to go to Biltmore house and Oak Grove Inn. This house was perfect location to get to both places very updated very clean property manager keep in touch with us very safe neighborhood, we would definitely stay here again.

They each got their own rooms, so there was a little bit of quiet time for all.
The pool table and ping pong table kept everyone entertained when we were at the house. (although the pool table is either warped on top, or seriously unlevel)
We had everything we needed and the bottle of Biltmore was enjoyed, after the grandsons went to bed.

What a lovely property to spend a long weekend with my girl friends! The beds were very comfortable, the house felt like home, and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!! Only wish we had stayed longer. Thank you!

Exceptional Home!!
What a fabulous home! Wonderful for a large group. It was clean with many thoughtful touches. Almost everything you can think of was provided. (Hair dryer, toiletries, towels - for bath and hot tub, games, kitchen necessities, etc. - and a bottle of Biltmore wine!) We loved having coffee on the back deck each morning. Helpful information on the house and the local area were provided. Great location. Quiet, but close to everything we wanted to do. Dave was so kind and provided excellent communication. We loved our stay here!

Beautiful spacious home in the mountains.
Perfect house for a large group for the weekend. Hot tub was an awesome feature along with the fire pit. It has so many extra linens and towels that you won’t go without. Only about 10 min from the airport and 15 to Sierra Neveda brewery! Downtown was a short drive away (25 min) and the house is in a nice neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful. Would recommend this house again!!

The property appears small from the front, but inside, there is more than enough room for a large group. The property was very clean and was well stocked with almost anything we needed!

Great house, perfect for a weekend with friends/fam!
We loved staying at this home! It has everything you could ever want while on a getaway weekend - hot tub, fire pit, ping pong, pool, TVs, and plenty of spacious rooms for all to stay. And just a short drive to downtown Asheville!

Nice house with everything you’ll need
I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The host, Dave, was so communicative and attentive. The house is packed with almost everything you can think of or easy to get. We enjoyed the heated floors during our December stay as well as the hot tub. The porch was so perfect for morning coffee. Thank you so much for hosting us and making our trip smooth and memorable.

Almost perfect
Unfortunately I cannot give a 5 star rating. We spent our first full day there cleaning the house. The dishes/utensils we were trying to use were not clean. We had to load all the silverware and dishes and glasses and cups into the dishwasher and run it to feel good about using what was in the cabinets. The sheets had not been changed from prior guest in two of the beds for sure. Therefore we were washing sheets as well. The bed downstairs reeked so badly of BO we had to wash the duvet cover as well. The floors throughout the house were filthy. We ended up sweeping shaking out rugs and mopping the bathrooms, bedrooms and the kitchen. We swept up skads of hair. The refrigerator had a funky smell from something that had been spilled in the bins and bottom shelf. We got up as much as we could and left what was frozen to the bottom shelf. Was wondering if this was just a one off due to poor performance by the cleaning crew for some reason.
On an up note the location of the house as well as the layout were awesome. We had 3 couples so everyone had their own zone. The hot tub was awesome. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet.
If it weren't for the cleaning it would have been perfect!

Excellent location just south of Asheville with very easy access to the Biltmore, Hendersonville etc
Great layout and place to stay. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted. It felt like you were out of the city because of the wooded area but it is actually so close to everything.

Perfect weekend getaway
This property was beautiful! It had plenty of room and everything was up to date. The place was clean and nestled in the mountains. The hot tub was wonderful and the deck was nice to sit outside and sip on coffee. My group really enjoyed the trip and not one bad complaint.

Marvelous house and location!
The house was perfect! It was nice to have one bedroom and bathroom downstairs as well as the game room and additional living room. We found the deck so relaxing in the evening. Anything you possible need is within a few minutes. When in the area again, we will definitely check on this house availability.

Amazing property for large groups
This House was awesome, while a little farther from Asheville than expected with difficulty catching Uber, it still was the perfect spot for our group. With all the amenities it’s hard not to have a good time here. Would stay again. Hosts were great at communicating and so helpful, inviting and accommodating the whole weekend.

Lovely, comfortable and clean home with great amenities!
Although we had seen the pictures, we didn’t know much about the area and were somewhat nervous about our stay. From the moment we stepped foot in the home we were thrilled. Every detail has been thought of, from the beautifully appointed home, comfortable kitchen and dining areas, plentiful towels and toiletries, to available umbrellas in case of bad weather. We were three families with kids and were extremely comfortable and did not feel crowded in the home. Plenty of entertainment available for both kids and adults. The kids enjoyed running about in the woodsy yard. There is fooseball, table tennis and billiard table in the bottom floor. The kids enjoyed making s’mores on the patio.
The layout is great as the bedrooms are separate enough to provide privacy and each family had their own bathroom. Everything in the home felt new and clean.
As for the neighborhood, it’s a quiet area with very easy access to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. The communication from/with the manager/owner was also great!
All in all we were very happy with our stay. I applaud the owners and property managers for clearly caring about our stay!

Great base for a group visit to Asheville area
Our group of 9 adults had a great time at the Arden house. The home is about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville and 10 to Sierra Nevada. The house has great entertainment options with TV and living spaces both upstairs and down and we enjoyed playing pool, ping pong, and hanging out in the hot tub (8 person.) The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. There were extra linens, blankets and towels-just really well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could need including coffee, cream, sugar, and most spices you’d need for cooking. The property is in more of a neighborhood setting than we expected from pictures but the location, size, and price made this a great place for our getaway.

Great long weekend gateaway in October with friends! Very clean place, very responsive owner, and short drive to all the Asheville area has to offer! Airport very close if you are flying in.

Good find!
We enjoyed our 3 nights here! You can tell it has been recently renovated and is well maintained. Stocked with all the essentials and even some extra touches. There were eight of us staying and it was very comfortable. You could have more for the pull out couches. We used the fire pit which was great but the hot tub was down waiting on a part which was a bummer but it looks well maintained also. Our host David kept in close touch with us by texting and was very professional. Good location to everything. Would highly recommend and will probably use again on our next visit.

Perfect place for our business trip!
This property was the perfect place to house myself and my team of 6 co-workers! Plenty of space and some really nice extras - i.e. hot tub and pool table. It was close to two customers we needed to visit as well as to the location of our customer event in Asheville and the airport. Couldn't have been more perfect. There was only one small hiccup with one of the bedrooms that the owners addressed immediately. It didn't negatively affect our stay and the owners went out of their way to correct the situation and make up for the oversight. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in the Asheville or surrounding area - both for personal or business travel. 5 stars!
