The property was just as described. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, pots,pans, bakeware, small appliances, etc. Anything you’d need for a weeklong stay. Unit was very clean and views from both balconies were beautiful. The king bed was too soft for my taste, might have been memory foam, but comfortable. Guest room mattress seemed a bit old but my teen had no complaints. The location was in a beautiful, quiet area and close to all the Myrtle Beach fun. The beach was right across the road and a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was great, and is literally on the beach. It was beautiful and convenient and when you bring two teenagers with you, having separate rooms made it so much better.

30th Birthday Trip
The stay was Amazing! Clean Relaxing Steps from the Beach it was nice to wake up to the sound of the Ocean! Condo was clean!! Instructions were simple, the Hosts was great ... Communication was quick and very helpful. The people in the community were welcoming & friendly. Very Peaceful & relaxing. Not far from anything. & they have a elevator which made it so easy to bring luggage up. Will recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for home away from home with a beach front😊

Nice place
The condo was nice and cleaned however we booked this condo because it stated the pool was heated. The pool was closed the whole time we was staying. Therefore we had to book a room at a local resort just for swimming

The property was filthy. The pictures made the property seem much bigger. It was small. The Dinnerware was disgusting. There was food in the pullout sofa. The chairs at the dining room table were gross. We spent the entire first day sanitizing (because obviously the cleaning crew doesn’t do it). My wife literally ran the dishwasher 4 times that day to clean the dinnerware because they were not clean. In a single phrase extremely disappointed and disgusting

We have stayed at the Anchorages many times. We have always been very happy with the condos. This year was different. We were expecting and extra clean condo due to the virus, however it was not at all. There was pizza sauce or something up and down the staircase. I don't believe the floors had been clean at all. They were gritty and our socks were filthy. My daughter when around the condo and cleaned with disinfection wipes. We were told we would get some sort of a refund but it's been 3 weeks and i have not seen any refund. The pool area was clean and the grounds were nicely kept.

Beautiful, Private area in a bustling area
This vacation property is situated in a very private area across from the ocean. The grounds were clean, the property was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you need. I will note that if you are traveling with an curious toddler, you will have to keep constant watch on them as there are several fragile decorations placed throughout the property. The only true complaints I have are: 1. The beds are on the firm side, and will probably give side sleepers some aches. 2. The elevator did not work and this unit is on the 3rd story, making it difficult to handle your luggage when unpacking/packing

I wasn't going to review but I don't want anyone else to experience what I did. My daughter and her family arrived earlier than I did so I was forewarned of the dust before I arrived because I am allergic to dust mites. All of the artificial trees and plants in the rental were full of dirt and dust. They are not even needed, especially the huge ones, because there are real beautiful plants & trees by the balcony. ALL the base boards were dirty and dusty as well as under the bed, the TV cabinets and the carpets. My husband vacuumed before we unpacked and found empty plastic bottles under the bed. The sofa smelled of urine. The unit was very cluttered and not well-maintained. Overall, very unsatisfied!
I had to call the number on my check in letter for directions and the person was very helpful. The location and view was perfect! The drive to activities and attractions was good. I am sorry but I would not recommend this unit to anyone unless it gets professionally cleaned and the clutter gets removed. I have pictures but there is no way of downloading them to this review.

We totally enjoyed the place. Turned out we didn’t need the three bedrooms as family could not join us. However my husband and I had a great time. I must say though that I think the furniture is way too big for the space. It would also be helpful to have a list and direction of local restaurants, attractions and shoppinga areas.

Overall experience was awesome. The pool was nice at the condo also. Everything from the outside to the inside was very nicely kept and well maintained. The beach was impeccable and super nice and also very clean. When we arrived the condo itself was super nice and clean and ready for us When we arrived. Overall experience was superb we had a great time and enjoyed everything about our vacation. There was a ton of things to do close by and in fact probably a lot more than I can list. We will stay again

This was our first time at the Anchorage1 but will not be our last. The rooms were big and clean. The grounds were super clean and the pool was very nice. We have stayed at several places in MB over the last 40 years and the so far is my favorite. The staff went above and beyond. It was just what we needed for our great grand son first trip to MB. Great place for a family vacation.

Our experience was terrific. Our condo was nicely decorated and clean. Rooms and beds were wonderful and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well when needed, a few of our days were breezy so open slider doors provided nice ocean breeze and we could hear the ocean waves. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The grounds and pool were very clean and beautiful. There was ample parkimg and the cargo carts and elevator made trips to the car quick and easy. We will definitely be back.

It was a good condo, with everything we need. There was a problem accessing internet however. The wifi wasn't available in all the rooms, and it was really slow. Sometimes it would go offline. It was so bad, we had to drive to Starbucks to get a good signal to do something for work. Other than that, it was a good location.

Overall rental was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Air conditioning was not on upon arrival, which made unloading and setting up on the 3rd floor extremely hot and unpleasant. After several phone calls repairs were made and the issue was fixed.
