The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available. * Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean) * No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property Area Information: Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants. Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

Stay in room 310 for 2 weeks,The place is beautiful.Recently renovated ,furnished well and the kitchen has every utensil.We had our Christmas dinner and the Unit has beautiful views from both porches.The washer makes a lot of noise when spinning.We had a wonderful time.Will definitely come back.

My family has been staying at the Anchorage for over 15 years. The location is wonderful. It’s close to so many attractions, without the business of downtown. The unit itself was clean and updated, as well as nicely furnished. We love the size of the property because it’s not too big or overcrowded. The proximity to the beach is one of the best features, in about a minute, your toes are in the sand! We love it here and will continue to come back year after year 😀

Our vacation rental experience was wonderful. From the ease of renting the property to the customer support and assistance. The property and condo itself was very nice. We loved the location and everything about the inside of the property. Very comfortable, clean, very well equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Overall, it was a great stay and would highly recommend renting again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Anchorage I C10. The unit was newly renovated and in fantastic condition. The kitchen was well equipped and clean! The beds were not so comfortable but they were adequate. I bought a few things for the unit. Bath rugs and a basting brush for the kitchen. Lisa was extremely pleasant to work with. It was good to see that our old favorite was so well kept up. The residents and guests we met were very friendly. The upstairs loft bedroom had the best view because you were above the palm tree. I will definitely be back in the future.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Anchorage. We were in Unit 310. It was so nice to walk in to a super clean and beautifully updated condo. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and had a great view of the beach and pool. Everything was easy from booking to check out. Highly recommend!

Our third time at Anchorage. This is in a great location. Parking is easy and access with groceries etc. to unit is good. This particular unit was somewhat disappointing. Pretty run down. Could have a great ocean view, but over grown palms obstruct it.

We like Anchorage and have stayed multiple times, but this condo was not clean upon arrival. I had to clean the entire kitchen. The floors were sticky and the unit had not been vacuumed. The master bed is uncomfortable.

This is very conveniently located and very comfortable! We had a great stay. The chair in the living room had some broken arm pieces and kitchen cabinets were in poor shape, so some repairs/replacements would go a long way, but this didn’t really negatively impact our stay. I would have like more pillows, though. The King and queen beds only had two each, and I had to borrow from the couch to get comfortable. The development was quiet and the pool was great. It’s a short walk to the beach and overall a great place. I had to call on the day of check in to get my email with check-in instructions and door code.

This is the the first time I chose a Vacation Rental over a hotel for our family and I'm glad I did. The property was not ready for the check-in, but they immediately called additional cleaning people to expedite the process. The condo was spacious with great views of pool and ocean from two levels. The beds were comfortable and enough window coverage to be able to sleep in while the sun came up. My only complaint was that the kitchen was dated and worn. There were several broken drawers. Overall, I would definitely come here again!

Great condo. Plenty of space for our group. Clean. Great shared pool (never too many people in it). Great ocean views (especially from the loft). Quick walk to the beach and quick drive to the boardwalk and Broadway on the Beach.

Our experience at Anchorage I was great and we recommend it to others. The location was nice and quite, with the beach right across the road and many attractions within a short drive. The WiFi connections worked for hand held devices but had problems with computers.

The location could not be better. It's away from the congestion of the commercial areas yet close enough to everything and quick to get to. North Myrtle Beach is a 5 minute drive. Our room was uncluttered and clean with ample towels and kitchen-ware. Able beds and seating for 6 people+. We'd recommend anyone to stay here. The walk to the beach is nothing. Views and ocean breeze are wonderful. Pool was great. Parking was great. If I had to pick one thing to fix would be the exterminator coming in while there. Beyond that... great place and I'd choose it over a high rise anytime.

Until the last two days of our stay - things were wonderful at the condo. My husband (who is disabled with Progressive MS), our two adult daughters, and my two nephews had a wonderful time. Condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for us. On Thursday night of our stay we came back at 11:30pm after a late movie to find the elevator broken. My husband had no way to get to the third floor condo. With a lot of help and pain - he made it up the stairs. He remained stuck upstairs on our last full day at the beach. The elevator was broken for nearly 24 hours. Many calls were made explaining that there was a handicapped person stuck in the condo. That did not speed up the process. Contact person for condo was very frustrated and kept telling me it wasn't her fault. I know that but it wasn't my husband's either but he is the one who was stranded. His anxiety level got so high that we simply packed up and left a day early. The ending to our week was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we loved the unit at Ancorage. Immediately you are welcomed in by a spacios, clean, relaxed environment. There is a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, linenes, towels. Pool was beautiful and very quiet. Both of our bedrooms had balconies that overlooked both the pool and the ocean. We slept with the sliders open and listened to the ocean. The unit is located in a nice suburban neighborhood with private beach. We enjoyed heading to the beach in the morning where it was very quiet and not crowded. We will definitely be back!

Good overall. I noticed that the island in the kitchen was moved from the wall. There were a couple of holes in the wall when we arrived. One in the Kitchen by the window. Overall the place was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. I have already recommended it to a friend who is going for a week in November.

We had a wonderful stay at the Anchorage. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was lovely. You might want to make sure, however, that you have children stay in the loft area. That spiral staircase was difficult to navigate even for two young adults. It's very narrow. And there's no bathroom up there. Otherwise, everything was great.
