Deluxe condo at 3rd floor sleeps 8 to 10 including children 2,097 sqft corner unit 3 bedroom 2 full bath with Den professionally and tastefully decorated, nice accessories completely equipped, spotless , with all cooking utensils. Linens and towels are provided Bedrooms:Beautifully and newly furnished, this opened floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed and bathroom en suite. The second master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 new full sized beds. All bedrooms have new flat HDTVs. This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds and offers a sofa bed at the Den area it also has a balcony or Covered Lanai Living, Dining: The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a smart HDTV, free wireless internet in all rooms. There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table and chairs to seat 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. Other Condo amenities include: washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and much more. The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park and the newest park, Aquatica. Vista Cay at is located just off Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando’s greatest experiences. Vista Cay is ideal for the family wanting to be close to all the Excitement of International Drive and the Attractions, couples getting away for a while or for the Business Traveler in town for a meeting or attending the Orlando Convention Center. Cleanliness and safety have always been a top priority at Buena Vida Homes. This was the perfect condo. It was super clean and huge. Perfect for our group of 3 moms to travel for our daughter's dance competition. It would have also been perfect for a family. It was bigger than any 3 bedroom condo we've ever stayed in. Had everything we needed. Great location to convention center, walking distance to the grocery, restaurants, etc. Unit was updated and very clean and decorated nicely. The 2 king beds and 2 queens were a huge plus. Will absolutely stay here again next year!

We stayed here the last weekend in April, and the condo and location are phenomenal. The condo is clean, spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were a hit, and the location can’t be beat! There are restaurants and a pharmacy in walking distance, and the convention center and Disney are a short drive. Overall, an excellent experience that I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Orlando area!

Overall we had a very good experience. The property was very clean, nice size for our family of five and very conveniently located to the parks that we visited. We did show up before the 4pm check in and the team was very helpful with getting us in earlier than planned. The condo had all the supplies that we needed for the limited amount of cooking we did and it was very nice that some of the essentials that you have to buy such as garbage sacks, laundry detergent, and toilet paper was supplied for our short stay.The only issue we ran into was our youngest who is between a pack and play and a bed didn’t really have a good place to sleep. We ended up using the pack and play pad with blankets from the room and they slept on the floor. We didn’t use any of the amenities as we were too busy with parks and visiting family. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and if we are in need of another vacation rental we would definitely look to see is this place is available.Thank you.

Although place had a increased price, it was the same as any other unit. Very nice and clean inside. Check in process was intrusive as they wanted pictures of me holding credit card. Very good communication from management.

Condo was just as described. Very roomy. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had an issue with the dishwasher & a maintenance person was at our door in 10 minutes. It was amazing. Great service.

Property was clean and as describe. One issue was clothes dryer which wasn’t working properly..
Monica accommodated our late check out with a fee of $75, she offered a complimentary 12 pm checkout vs. 10 am but we needed more time.
Upon leaving, we brought several bags, which contained food and beverages, close to the elevator, left them to go back into the condo to get more, when we came back they disappeared, someone stole them.. not sure why someone would steal our groceries..
Other than the issues described above we enjoyed the property.

We decided to take the boys to Universal and SeaWorld for the 1st time. The reviews and photos were spot on. We were amazed at how spacious the condo is, it felt like home. Everyone was comfortable, other families were friendly, there is a Walgreens within walking distance. Sea World and Universal Studios is only a short drive away. There is a trail behind the property which allowed me to go on a morning walk/jog which was awesome.

Perfect Location to visit the Parks. The apartment is very clean and big enough for 6 people. If we will visit Orlando Parks, I will definitely book this place again. Everything was very well organized.

Good location, good facilities
Nicely decorated property but would say the appliances were a bit old and the cooling was very, very noisy. Neighbours above made a lot of noise which we could hear through the floors so this was a negative for us. Good location, good access to the parks and restaurants.

The property was EXCELLENT, however, we were unable to use the dishwasher and watch two television sets. Otherwise, I couldn't have asked for better.

Just as advertised. Modern condo. Clean. Lots of space. Nice balcony on 3rd of 4 floors. Overlooks the parking lot so not a great view but quiet area. Close to pool and walking path. Would stay again.

The luxury condo was fantastic, modern, clean and comfortable. No complaints at all. My only suggestions for improvement would be throw pillows, blankets for the sofa, measuring cup and whisker for the kitchen, plus a few additional spices would be nice! Also for property owners it is very disappointing you cannot take your own coolers into the pool area.

Great property that is very clean, has a great pool and bar, as well as grocery and restaurants next door. Its a 15 min car ride to either Disney or Universal

Was Honest was a bit frustrated when I got everything to guide me to the property including the gate code but did not receive the door code phone numbers listed were in spanish only so my family had to sit in the vehicle for over an hour while I send emails & try to find a number that someone would answer instead of a spanish speaking only machine but once I got ahold of someone I think this was Monica she was Helpful and everything after that went well Thanis for having us we were close to everything

Beautiful Stay in Vista Cay
I booked this property for a few of our employees who were traveling for a conference. They had nothing but good things to say about their stay here. The condo was spacious, clean, beautiful, and close to the pool and club house. The location was perfect and they are already ready to go back. Thank you for the great stay!
