About this apartment rental
Two-bedrooms apartment on the second and last floor of a beautiful Florentine building (lift is accessible right after two flights of stairs of ten steps each). Each room has its own en-suite bathroom.
Privileged view on Brunelleschi's dome, so close that it seems you can touch it. The wooden ceiling beams make the atmosphere cozy. Ideal launch into all directions to discover the city of Florence. From Piazza del duomo you can easily reach on foot the main points of interest of the city, starting from the baptistery, the new library of the Oblate and the Opera del duomo museum.
Grocery is just on the other side of the road, a restaurant is next door and a cafe is thirty meters away.
Internet connection is unlimited and included in the rental price. You will find the wifi password on the router, under the television.
Of the four historic neighborhoods, facing each other every year in the historic Florentine-football tournament, we belong to the "Verdi" of San Giovanni.

This was a beautiful, spacious, and extremely centrally located apartment, with good restaurants nearby and a couple of small grocery stores. Our hosts were very kind, patient, and flexible, especially when we ended up arriving a day late due to the cancellation of our connecting flight. We had some issues with the wi-fi, but that was the only problem we ran into, and our hosts bent over backwards to help troubleshoot. Everything overall was great, and it was fantastic to have access to laundry machines in the apartment. It really is VERY central and close to the Duomo, so there is a bit of street noise on occasion, which was not surprising. I would stay here again given the opportunity.

Fantastic apartment in the perfect location.The hosts were very accomodating and helped us with requests during our stay.Would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends who wish to visit Florence in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are accommodating and helpful. The apartment is as pictured. Everything you need for a family of 4. Clean and inviting in an amazing location. Thanks again for an great trip!

I will start with the Pro’s
-Location was excellent
-Easy check in process
-Nice walk from the train station
-Very spacious and roomy apartment
-Water pressure decent
Con’s
-This apartment needs some love and care
-EVERYTHING is just old and worn out including the sheets, blankets, and towels
-Glasses were all chipped and afraid to drink out of them for fear of cutting our lips
-No frills, no water, no snacks, no coffee, shampoo etc.
-Could not use the 2nd bedroom, the mattress is so thin that the bed springs can be felt if pushed down on.
-Apartment location is extremely noisy, most nights until 4am!!! Maybe it was because I had to sleep on the couch for our entire stay.
-Coffee maker has not been cleaned in quite some time, my husband had to clean it to be able to make coffee.
Overall, the apartment has so much potential if only it would be upgraded with some new bedding and towels. Some extra little things for guests would also make it so much better.
