The location was great. The heat was stuck on way too high even after adjusting each room to 60 degrees when you would walk in the kitchen it felt like your feet were on fire. We had to open windows to cool the house down and being next to the highway the noise was so loud nobody would be able to sleep. The beds and pillows left us with back and neck pain.

We originally expected 8 adults and 2 teens -10 people - however I adult and 1 teen didn’t make the trip -8 people. The hide-a-bed in the loft was totally unusable - the fabric covering the metal frame was ripped to pieces and could not even hold the mattress which was paper thin. The mattress on the living room hide-a-bed was well worn. There was no way this unit could sleep 10. By chance we brought a queen blowup bed so we could at least sleep 8.

Experience during our stay
The cabin was nice, the Neighboorhood was good it wasn’t far from Main Street. The floors were warm and the fire pit was nice , we would have liked to know about the broken oven handle and the tubs and sink didn’t drain well. The sofa bed up stairs was broken and we had to put the matress on the flooor . Other than that it was good time

Great view but watch out for the heated floors!
Property was in a great location; walking distance to town, slopes, sledding, etc. Very clean and spacious but the heated floors and the heat in the bedrooms was uncontrollable. Kids slept on the couch just to be cool during the night.

Great Retreat near downtown Breck
Simple 3 bedroom condo, easily accomodates 5. One of the bathroom tubs didn't drain properly, but not the end of the world.

Road Noise
We would have preferred to be a couple blocks closer to the action, or right in the middle of the shopping and dining area on Main St. The road noise outside of this location was a problem, especially since there is not air conditioning. Our choice was to be too hot in the evening, or to try to sleep through the road noise.
The condo was very nice and very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing!

Property was beautiful. Only issue is the noise from the street with the windows open. Very clean. Lots of space.

First, the pictures are a good representation on the townhome. It is very nicely decorated with the approriate amenities. Minor glitch with the main TV in that the picture would go out but turn off turn on & you were back in business. Nice location to restaurants & shops (less than 1/2 mile). Kitchen is equipped nicely. The only flaw is that it backs up to Main St & Boreass Pass which is a busy intersection & since there is no a/c leaving the bedroom windows open at night can be a bit noisy. We were prepared by bringing a fan so it all worked out. I would stay there again in the future.

The unit was really nice with everything you could possibly need; comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, hot showers with good pressure, every kitchen device you can think of, easy to work the TV, very clean, and great views of the mountains from the deck. The only complaint I had was that every bedroom faces the highway running behind it, so the road noise makes it really difficult to sleep, especially during the summer when you prefer to have the windows open since there is no air-conditioning. I would definitely rent at this complex again and with the management company (very easy check in and check out), but I would try to get one of the units away from the highway.

Great location!

spacious and all the comforts of home
Property was comfortable, had lots of room to spread out, and all the comforts of home including games for entertainment and even warm humidifiers for those of us not used to drier climates. Close to town but away from the crowds. Would give a 4 but had a few minor issues the property has probably already corrected.

Didn't stay in property at Corral as booked. They moved us to Village Point 301.
We enjoyed our stay at Village Point 301. Nicely laid out condo with private hot tub on balcony. Private single car garage was a huge plus also. Only down side is there isn't a bathroom on the main level so you must climb stairs up or down to use the bathroom which isn't a big deal.

Great location; clean, well equipped unit
We had a great stay in Corral 301W. It was very clean, extremely well-stocked (with the exception of no potholders) and a great location. We were here Thursday, Feb. 29 - Monday, Mar. 4 and were very pleased. Only a few suggestions/complaints: get rid of the terribly uncomfortable wood bench and replace it with a comfy chair; the hot tub is too far away and since it is outside, it wasn't used. The view isn't quite what is shown in the picture to the left. We were unable to see the mountain due to the size of the trees. - not that the trees weren't beautiful!! We had more snow than we have every experienced in previous visits. Overall a great property and a great stay. We would stay here again.
