Beautiful property Excellent location

This was our second year staying at Naples Cay. The previous year, we rented a similar unit. I would describe Naples Cay as a peaceful, family-oriented community with a beautiful private beach. The pool and fitness center are maintained meticulously. This unit is well-appointed. The view is gorgeous and it is kept in spotless tip-top condition. It was well equipped with supplies like paper towels, laundry detergent etc. The Nespresso Virtuo machine was an especially nice touch. The host(ess) made sure everything from check-in to check-out was a breeze. Communication was frequent and thorough. It could not have been better. One final word of caution about Naples Cay that has nothing to do with the host or this unit: Summer is renovation season and the buildings have been undergoing renovations for two years. Loud heavy construction equipment, work beginning early in the morning, closed parking lots, and heavy dust are the norm. None of these things detracted from our stay. But if that's the sort of thing that might bother you, you may want to check on the progress before booking a summer stay. They were minor inconveniences that were more than offset by the beautiful unit, the gorgeous property, and the wonderful host.

We adore Naples Cay and this unit accommodated our family just fine. The hosts were helpful and easy to contact. The short walk to the beach is my favorite part. I would absolutely love to visit here again and recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Very clean place. The owners r very easy to talk to n work with. People that work there are great n friendly. Very close to All stores. Very easy to get in n out . It over looks the pool. It’s literally 1/10 of a mile to the beach. I mean to the water and beach. It’s right there. Beautiful sunsets. We saw Dolphins while we were sitting on the beach. Bottom line, book it. It’s worth it!!!

Not only is the best pool in Naples out your back door, but your own private beach access is only a few hundred yard away. The condo was clean and comfortable, with super fast high speed Wi-Fi and direct TV. Two bath rooms was more than enough for the 4 of us and the check in process was a breeze. We can’t recommend this condo enough, you couldn’t possibly be disappointed with anything.

Beautiful setting! Its a perfect respite from the cold winter.

Just wonderful. Very simple decor, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. I don’t want to say too much because I want it to be available for us next year!

The property was clean, kitchen well equipped, view out of this world and beds very comfortable. The owners provided beach toys and chairs which made our stay so enjoyable. Beach access is so quick and easy and sunsets were magical every evening. Perfect spot if you are looking to spend the day at the beach

Beautiful grounds and location

Owners were very helpful, kind, and quick to respond. The place is in a great location in Naples with quick access to the beach, pool, tennis courts and restaurants. Very secure development so great for children. Owners provide beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and a beach wagon for all the amenities. Will stay again.

Great unit. Updated. It is actually 3 BR but third room no closet but it has a day bed with trundle, TV and dresser. Large Master. And other bedroom two twins. Located in private area of condos. Nice quiet beach area compared to others. Good sand wash off area. Great heated pool. Easy access to things on property. Storage unit has great trolly with beach chairs, umbrellas etc. First floor still has nice view of pool and ocean but with kids in particular nice to not have to run up and down elevator as you can take the stairs. Nice updated bathrooms. Kitchen had items you need. TV in rooms if needed. Amazing workout room one floor below. Great vacation property. One suggestion if you like nespresso order large pods ahead of time as there is a machine but no pods and no local boutique to buy. We have allergies so just thought to others -ask if you have sensitivities for washing linens in unscented detergent and no dryer sheets. And remove all the sachets from drawers if possible.

Naples Cay is a wonderful facility in an idyllic location. Unit looks out over nice pool and the ocean just beyond. 2 minute walk to beach, beautiful pool and great workout facility. Unit comes with everything needed for beach. Condo was nice but not overly clean given price.

Check in was easy. Location was ideal. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. This unit and the building was equipped with everything you would need. From beach towels to beach chairs and everything in between. Great workout facility too. The views of the pool and Gulf from the Lanai were beautiful. Being on the first floor was a plus because we seldom used the elevator but being up another floor or higher would have provided a better view of the property. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. You also will not see a sunset from the Lanai for a few more months according to the property manager but the walk to the beach to view the sunset was so close and worth the walk. The pool and hot tub was great. Water temperature was perfect in both pools.A few suggestions if staying for more than a week. Purchase extra toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent on your first visit to the grocery store. You get a starter kit but it doesn't last long. Also bring or purchase a few sharp knives. We struggled cutting avocados, tomatoes, limes, lemons, etc.We had numerous conversations with the owner Delia and she was always prompt to respond and full of great information. Delia was a delight to work with.Great neighbors and always friendly. Staff was attentive too.We'd love to stay at Naples Cay again but not sure we would be able to swing it. We realized after a few days of talking with other owners we got a very special discounted rate due to Covid. Either way we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the unit, property, location and WEATHER :)
