We stayed in this beautiful house for one week with 8 adults and 5 kids. The location close to San Gimignano is perfect. The entire estate is modern, impeccably maintained, and equipped with everything you need. The pool and garden are absolutely lovely. The landlord is by far the best we’ve ever had - always ready to help with anything, even ordering pizza!

Villa great for exploring Tuscany with large well cared for grounds. Good level of facilities eg dishwasher, washing machine and crockery etc. Good pool with plenty of seats/umbrellas. The villa could do with a bigger fridge or another fridge as we struggled and there was only 8 of us. Ceiling fans in bedrooms missing but really needed. The tv here is setup purely for Germans and the wifi is next to useless, but not a big deal in reality. Hosts friendly and helpful - Thankyou

A lovely villa in a fabulous location. The villa has spacious grounds and a great pool with a poolside seating area covered by two large parasols. The surrounding countryside is full of vineyards and trees. The villa itself has plenty of room and some great outdoor terraces and balconies. The only thing missing is air conditioning as it can get very warm with the shutters closed overnight. WiFi kept going off
