Located in Saint Simons Island, this lovely condo for $856 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome home to High Tide B! We have owned High Tide since late 2014 and it has been our pleasure to host guest from all over the country at this beautiful property. Unit B of the High Tide is a 2 Story Condo with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. It offers incredible ocean views as well as convenient access to all of the island's most popular restaurants and attractions. This property is located on the beach with a private lawn out front for sunning, grilling and dining. If you tire of lounging on shaded porches or walking on the beach, a short ten minute walk will find you at the village where you can enjoy a number of restaurants and enjoy a stroll down the famous Saint Simons Pier - you may even spot a big catch being reeled in! A walk in the opposite direction will take you to the famous island restaurant duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap. The first floor of Unit B is one bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a full kitchen, dining area, living room and a porch off of the living room that leads directly to the lawn and beach. The master and second guestroom are both located on the second floor, along with two en-suite bathrooms and laundry room. There is another porch located off of the master that looks out over the ocean. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions and the house is wi-fi enabled. The High Tide complex is a 3 unit condominium with separate entrances and porches for each unit. While High Tide B is a stand-alone unit, it can be combined with Unit A & the Penthouse to serve as the perfect location for reunions, corporate retreats, family vacations and gatherings. Parking: Unit B includes TWO parking spaces. Street and public parking and cannot be guaranteed. Ryan Saunders, our property manager, takes excellent care of our guest and lives right around the corner. This property was so perfect for our family and our time there. Everything about this house is amazing, from the views, the rooms, the beds, the bathrooms, everything was exactly what we wanted. The host was super easy to communicate with. He was very understanding, and made our stay that much better because of how great he was to work with. We will def. rent this property again in the future!

This unit is spacious and well appointed! Conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. Great beach walk. Good Parking. Only downside was the unit above which you could her the renters walking and moving about. Otherwise EXCELLENT VRBO!

This condo on the beach was GREAT!!!! Way better than expected. The trip was 6 adults all over the age of 55. The location for walking, biking was great. Place was super clean and had all the items needed for our stay. Ryan was a great communicator. The beach views were to die for. Book this place for a great stay at St Simmons and surrounding areas

I have stayed at several VRBOs over the years. This was one of the best! “Little” things that made a big difference: actual pump hand soap in kitchen and bathrooms, extra TP/papertowels/trash bags, nice pots/pans, well stocked kitchen, amazing location (on beach, walking distance to restaurants and light house), gorgeous views, comfy beds, absorbent towels. Ryan was responsive before and during trip. Can’t wait to book again!

The Hightide is wonderful. Lots of room to enjoy the magnificent views. Ryan is one of a kind manager… he is nearby and very professional and always in touch in case you need anything. He made our fabulous weekend at Hightide very special. The units are very nice and clean and lovely views with direct access and views of ocean and beach and easy walk to pier, restaurants and retail. Thank you Ryan!!!

This property is so nice! Very well maintained. Great communication with the manager! Well stocked and great location and views. We have stayed here on several occasions and never been disappointed. Our family has grown so we will have to get a bigger place next time but this place is perfect. The only thing they need to change is a better walk way over the rocks to the beach. Very hard access to beach for older people and small children. You just can’t beat Ryan for great management.

Girls trip 2023 was a reuniting one. I needed a place that would cultivate an environment of reflection, reconnection and peace. This was it!!!! The VRBO was everything we desired. The wonderful backdrop and scenery of ocean front property was a great place for deep meaningful and fun conversation. We rarely left the home or beach because if offered everything we needed. Ryan was amazing with communication and checked in with me to make sure we had everything. There was a binder in the main living area that offered some of his favorites on the island. This stay felt so effortless and made it easy to relax and enjoy. I would highly recommend this VRBO and I would love to plan another trip here.

We recently had the pleasure of staying here for our 25th wedding anniversary and we must say, it was an amazing experience. This was our first VRBO experience and we were a little apprehensive at first, but as soon as we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. It was beautiful, spacious, clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the views were simply breathtaking. We spent most of our time lounging on the balcony, enjoying the beach and watching the dolphins who swam by twice a day! What impressed us the most was the attention to detail. The owners clearly put a lot of thought and care into creating a comfortable and welcoming space for their guests. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. While we’d love to keep it a secret, we highly recommend it to adults looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We highly recommend this place for a relaxing quiet calm vacation. The interior is stunning with spectacular views from both floors. It was spotless upon arrival and had all the amenities we didn’t know we needed. The kitchen is large fully stocked with everything you need to cook full family meals. Large refrigerator, separate ice maker, coffee pot and coffee, toaster, many cutting boards, knives, dishwasher, kitchen island. It’s very easy for more than one or two people to be in the kitchen at the same time. It’s a great set up. The living room is spacious and the furniture is comfortable and perfect for relaxing. There is a large tv and fireplace and plenty of lighting. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and bedding. At night it is very quiet in this neighborhood. Great for sleeping in! Each bedroom has its own bathroom with plenty of towels and travel size items. The main bedroom upstairs is absolutely spectacular with a balcony and rockers on the balcony. Main bathroom has an amazing walk in shower. Laundry upstairs is easy and convenient. The porch off the living space had a nice dining set and oversized chairs and ottoman to relax on. The grassy backyard has several Lounge chairs which were very sturdy and convenient. Ryan also has a gas grill for use in the backyard as well which is so nice. You are right on the beach. Ryan made sure we had beach towels and chairs. They were very comfortable. Easy to just pop out and go for a walk a swim and just to sit and relax. We were given two parking spots. We actually didn’t use our cars much. We walked everywhere. Dinner, shopping, sightseeing, etc. we felt very safe at this property. Ryan is an excellent host! He is extremely prompt replying to any questions or comments you may have. Ryan is also super accommodating to make sure your stay is the absolute best. Don’t think about it. Rent this gem. We are coming back next spring to stay here! Thanks Ryan!!!

High Tide B was amazing. The view is spectacular! The unit is updated and very clean! Ryan is very attentive. Love having a bedroom on the main level for elderly guests. The master has its own balcony that so comfortable. We will be back.

We love staying at High Tide! The kitchen and living area were even better in person than they looked in the pictures. This unit has had lots of updates. I was very impressed with the beautiful renovation of the master bathroom which was done in white marble. The master bed was extremely comfortable as well. The view from this place is always awe inspiring and we did not want to leave!

Having booked VRBO in the past, this property was above our expectations as far as view, cleanliness, with a green grass backyard, that was unexpected and beautiful.
