The holiday home is ideal both for a relaxing holiday and for cultural trips, for example to the beautiful city of Florence with its numerous art treasures, monuments and museums, or to the nearby historic town of Arezzo, where you can admire a variety of interesting churches or enjoy an impressive antiques market on the first Sunday of the month.
Please note: The bedroom and bathroom on the second floor have an average ceiling height of 1.50 m. Access is via a 500-metre-long gravel track.

PROPRIETE très agréable en pleine campagne, très belle maison et prestations soignées.
Seul petit bémol : manquent certains équipements, matériel électroménager, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux par exemple.
