Large apartment house "Roger", 5 storeys. In the district of Obernhäusern 500 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position, in the woods. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, 12 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Brücke zum Steg" 260 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 750 m. Mountain railway 600 m, ski rental 350 m, ski bus stop 260 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked. Access via a pathway with steps (70 steps) or, by lift and 34 steps to the entrance of the house.

Balcony 8 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Excellent apartment, clean and tidy. Modern facilities, comfortable and roomy. Two minor criticisms, a few light bulbs not working, and no cutlery basket in dishwasher.

Comfortable modern apartment. Great support from Interhome when minor maintenance required. Wonderful balcony and good ski room. Weird that so much cigarette smoke from other apartments constantly drifted into our area.
