Decent condo, location is perfect for skiing, restaurants, shopping, transportation.
Did not see posting for parking rates($50/night), but seems to be an issue throughout village.

The unit was in a perfect location in Lionshead. Easy lift access and proximity to great restaurants. Unit is as depicted in photos...maybe a little dated, but great value. The anteroom was a huge plus for storing gear. Would rent again:)

First we had no instructions of where the actual building was located. We walked and walked looking for it. When we found it the elevator was broken and it appears it has been that way a long time. We had to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The condo is in a great location.

Good Location
The property isn’t extremely nice, but the location and close amenities was really ideal. You’re right next to the lift as well.

Very happy with this unit. The location cannot be beat. I prefer Lionshead vs Vail Main village for ease of access to the gondola and ski school. My only complaint is that there is no hot tub, which is sometimes a necessity after a long day of skiing in cold weather. The mini kitchen had everything one could need. There is no designated freezer but if you are there in the winter you can just put your frozen foods outside. Would stay here again.

Well priced and not outlandish like much of Vail. But still great with all the amenities you need, and a great price in a perfectly central location to the village.

This condo was clean, updated, and literally a 3 min walk to the lifts! We liked the little extras of coffee packets and small shampoos & soaps that the owner provided. Plenty of dishes but only a microwave in this unit. We found we really didn’t miss not having a stove. The king bed was firm and comfortable. Montauk’s Seafood restaurant down below the condo as well as Bart & Yeti’s Bar and Restaurant. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Overall the location of the property is excellent. But,the property is very worn Iand very dated. The fixtures are from the 70s as well as the interior kitchen bathroom and generalize architecture. The location is excellent but this is basically a Motel 6 about the size of a large bedroom.Do not expect any luxury items or interior. In addition there is no free parking you have to pay $45 a day for parking and it’s first come first serve- this is very tedious.

Amazing Location
I have been to Vail many times over the years and this condo is located in a great spot. Short walk to lifts and even better, everything is close. Short walk to breakfast, coffee shops (skip Starbucks...check out Yelp reviews- they are accurate), dinner, shops, etc. Everything is a very short walk. The condo is small and intimate. The pictures are accurate. We were not in the condo except to rest and sleep. There is too much to do outside of the unit. It was extremely cold during our stay and snowed constantly, but the proximity of the condo to everything we wanted made the temperatures bearable. The check-in process was extremely easy...one of the easiest we hav experienced with any rental. We deducted 1-star due to the hot tub not being operational. After first full day of skiing, we checked in with the front desk for the location of the hot tub....we were told it was not working. We asked if it was just that particular day or on on-going issue. We were advised they had no idea when the hot tub would be working. The staff acted as if it was an on-going issue. This was very disappointing for us. We look forward to skiing hard during the day and soaking in the hot tub at night. My wife & I are already planning another trip to Vail for late March, early April and this condo is on our list for a repeat visit.

Quaint little condo in the middle of Lionshead.
Older property in Lionshead but an excellent value. Love the anteroom where the outside gear can be parked without coming into the living area. The living space (it is a studio, after all) looked larger than the 473 sq ft due to the mirrored wall. Did I mention the great value? Slept 3 comfortably.

Great location
Nice property with a great location. It's a pretty short walk to the lift, and it was nice to be right in the center of Lionshead. The building and property are somewhat dated, but everything seems to be maintained well. We would stay again.

Location was everything with this Condo!!
The location was amazing! In the center of everything for Lionshead and not a far walk or bus ride to vail village! The check in and out process was SUPER easy. The only negative was the beds mattress was harder than we typically like.

Convenient Location
The property and unit are a little dated, but we absolutely LOVED the location...just a short walk to the gondola. The management company and the property staff were so friendly & helpful. This unit was the perfect size for us and had an additional room for ski storage. We hope to stay here again next year. Thank You!

Great Place; Fair Price; Awesome Staff.
We rented through Vail Management, Co. they were incredibly accommodating. The studio condo was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. You can’t beat the location or the price!

Better than most Lift House suites, a few things to improve
We have stayed at the Lift House many times over the years, and appreciate the clean and budget-friendly suites. We stayed in 306 which is our favorite because the outer entry vestibule is the perfect storage area for ski clothes and boots. This also results in more room for people to move around in the (small) living area. The nicer kitchen table, new fridge, and coffee "station" are nice upgrades. Unfortunately the lack of the typical Lift House shelving and drawers for clothes that divides the room means zero privacy between the bed and foldout couch, which is not good when children or unrelated guests stay with other adults. Not having that shelving unit also means there is not enough storage for clothes and personal items. The armoire in the entry vestibule is not enough. On the plus side, the newer showerhead and selection of tea and coffee was a nice touch. I also appreciated not having to check in and out at the front desk. Lift House is still our go-to place when the family-owned condo is full, and we will be back.
