This was our second stay here, and we could not ask for a better condo. Everything is just as it says in the listing and we were all happy with it all! Lynn is super easy to work with and always provides needed information quickily. If you are headed to St. Augustine, you can't go wrong staying here. Also, you have to try Crabby's Beachside. It is a 3 minute walk from the door of the condo. The city pier is right across the street and provides some great views.

Our visit was wonderful. The condo was far and above than we ever could imagined. All we needed to bring where our clothes, food and drink. The condo had everything you could possibly imagine from shampoo and conditioner to jigsaw puzzles. Would definitely recommend!

Ladies trip- location was perfect, easily walked to stores, restaurants and very close to the beach. We enjoyed a fully stocked and very comfortable condo across the street from the beach access. Quick response from the owner anytime we had questions.

The condo was perfect for our family gathering. It had everything and more that we needed for the beach and enjoying the city. Super clean and homey. Lynn was very easy to communicate with and helpful when I had questions before our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Lynn’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! We loved the fact that the kitchen had necessary supplies. We also were able to enjoy the pool. It was an easy walk to the fishing pier, beach and restaurants! Would definitely book again if traveling to St. Augustine!

We had a great time staying for my husband's 40th birthday with our family. The condo was clean, Lynn was very communicative, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space, and it's right near Saint Augustine Beach (across the street from the pier) and so many things were within walking distance. We had a wonderful time. I will also say the condo complex had a lot of friendly people and was quiet. I really enjoyed that as well. The time on the back deck was a family favorite!

Condo is perfect! We are 3 friends celebrating one's retirement. Set up was great- all bedding was comfortable. Great amenities. Very nicely decorated too. Could not have found a nicer place! Lynn has thought of everything to meet your needs. Great location near beaches, restaurants and close to historic St. Augustine.

Although we were not there to go to the beach, it was steps away. The pictures online depicted the condo almost perfectly. They could not show how warm and inviting it actually was. We can’t wait to book again.

We enjoyed Ms. Lynn's unit so much. We've stayed at other Airbnb places , Lynn's place had absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay!!! There were even batteries!!! The location was PERFECT! Walking distance to the beach and local eateries. We would love to stay again in the future!!

The rental was bigger than we expected, the amenities were great, and lots of food, drink and nightlife, not to mention the beach, within walking distance. The kitchen was well-stocked, plus beach chairs, towels, and toys… everything we needed for a quiet little getaway with friends! The host was very helpful and friendly!

Overall I was very happy with this rental! The location is great, just across the street from beach access and walking distance to several restaurants. The unit was very clean. The pool on the premises was amazing, so nice to have access to it. I didn’t use the gym or any other amenities so I cannot comment on that. Some things to note: -access to the beach from the Pier Park is closed, so use the 16th street access. -the owner has provided beach chairs and towels, which is wonderful. Just be sure to shake them out good before washing! - there is no shampoo or soap for the shower, so be sure to bring your own. This is not a negative, more like FYI - Lynn the owner provided excellent written instructions on how to access the property, guest parking, etc. it really made it much easier to navigate. -read the instruction well! I dragged my luggage up 3 flights of stairs before realizing there was an elevator LOL (my fault!). - the unit is wonderfully equipped with just about anything you will need during your stay. Plenty of towels, coffee maker, toaster, plates, silverware, mugs, glasses, etc. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in the St Augustine area!
