We came into town for my brothers bachelors party and this house was perfect. We were out on the town most of the time so the property was exactly what we were looking for. The host is super friendly and stayed in contact with us the whole time.
The response time to any message was immediate, I would recommend for sure.

Very close to French Quarter. Newly remodeled. Very clean. Free parking on street in front of the house.
The house is probably old, so the floor tilted a little bit. And the wall electric circuit was not able to handle the electric heaters. Not a problem for warm days.

This property has great potential but needs some major TLC. The experience started great! Issac accommodated our early arrival and let us check-in early. The neighborhood is slightly more depressed than “mixed-income,” and the house is located across the street from what appears to be desolate auto junk yards. When we entered the home, it smelled of old, mildewed furniture. It would have made a world of difference to be greeted with some clean, nice scents. This prompted us to do a walk-through and after, we wished we could have left and stayed some place else. The doors were not flush to the floor leaving a huge gap between the bottoms of the doors and the floor. We literally watched insects enter the home through the front door and side door. Speaking of insects, there was a live cockroach measuring about 5 inches long scurrying about inside the cabinets in the kitchen. There were exposed holes in the floors. The bedding/linens, towels, and furniture throughout the house was all mixed-match giving the home a very “pieced together” vibe, not vacation. It looked like a garage sale property. I recommend some uniformity here. The linens and towels should have some uniformity, and to be thoroughly cleaned with bleach and saturated detergents. For example, a bed had a brown fitted sheet, blue flat sheet, one white pillowcase, one yellow pillowcase, and a black comforter. They were so bad, we Shipt ordered bed linens, throw blankets, and towels because those present were far below standard and we were afraid to use them. Another downside is the lack of air conditioning! The living room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom were extremely hot! It made it uncomfortable. There also was not paper towel available and one roll of toilet paper. We ordered that and had it sent to the house as well. Very disappointed for the price.

Great location and comfy
This is an easy 9 minute walk to French Quarter and all the fun. Yet, it's far enough away to provide a quiet evening. Beds are very comfortable. Isaac and staff are very fast at responding.

This was a great place and location. We attended a wedding and all the venues for the weekend celebrations were easily reachable. This duplex is roomy, exceptionally clean and left us wanting or needing nothing except for water pressure in the downstairs bathroom sink. We will definitely keep this as our go to choice of lodging when visiting New Orleans. Property owners are very easy to deal with and very accommodating Thank you and God Bless.

We had a great time in Tulane. My only note would be that it would have been nice to have access to a broom or vacuum for checkout.

Landlord was easy to work with. The home is huge with plenty of beds. Might not be a great spot for couples. In order to get to the kitchen and bathrooms, you have to walk through a bedroom. Just something to keep in mind. Had a great weekend!

We had a wonderful time; only suggestion would be that it would have been nice to know that the street cars weren’t running. But location was still nice, easy walk to Bourbon Street and Convention Center.

Great place to stay
Perfect place to stay, just a short uber ride (or longer walk in nice weather) to the French Quarter. Recommend.

Great location right outside the quarter!
My group actually booked this place just days before a weekend trip after some trouble with Airbnb. Isaac helped me every step of the way and the instructions were clear and delivered promptly. The house was perfect for our group for the weekend with lots of beds, kitchen supplies, and backyard area. We will definitely be staying here again!

This rental made my birthday
My group and I rented both units and we had a BLAST. It was perfectly located by the rail cars that will take you to Burboun street. This was my first time in NOLA so I thought that when I read the reviews they were joking about the walking distance (because I hate walking) but it really was RIGHT THERE! The only thing I would recommend is that you must rent both units. The walls were VERY VERY thin, like I could talk to my brother from my room and he was next door. So, if you aren't with the party next door you will have to be super mindful. Other than that it was a blast! I would def rent from Isaac again!

GOOD HOSPITALITY
This property was a great time to celebrate my brother's bachelor party! Plenty of room and plenty of beds. Issac worked with us on a price for both units and it was great to have them. Thank you very much. Only 2 blocks to walk to the trolley that drops you right into the action (Bourbon Street and the Casino). Only had one issue with theft (jeep spare tire stolen) which could have been to our ignorance. Thanks for the good hospitality.

Perfect for large groups
This place is perfect for a large group due to back yard space and plenty of places to sleep. Location was perfect as well allowing us to either walk to the trolley which is only 2 blocks away or get a 10 minute Uber to the french quarter. Isaac was very easy to get a hold of and was very hospitable. At one point there was a leak in the vent however it was quickly addressed and not a problem for the rest of our stay.

Isaac is awesome. Will definitely return!
Awesome host. Amazing location and place. Isaac was helpful and communicated properly the entire stay. Due to construction being done to make the place even better, he let us have 4 extra guests at no charge. We rented both units for bachelor my party and it was the time of our lives. 5 stars for sure.

Best Birthday Ever!
Thank you so much for offering your home to us! My first time in NOLA and it was great. We had a great time! We had everything we needed. It was in a great location, close to everything. Slept everyone comfortably. I really enjoyed my birthday.

Perfect for Bachelor/Bachelorette weekend
We had a large group (20 people), so we rented both units. Everyone in our group was satisfied with our choice. The location was no more than 15 minutes away from great food, bars, tours, etc. We used several modes of transportation (walking, biking, uber, streetcar). If you choose to walk, stick with a large group and be aware of your surroundings. The house was very spacious and clean. We had an amazing experience overall. We would definitely stay there again!

Easy transaction and great location!
This home was perfect for our party of 8 bachelorette party! Not only did the house have everything we needed, it was a super short Uber ride to Bourbon!

Beautiful, spacious classic New Orleans home
I booked Issac's home for a bachelorette trip for 8 women. There were enough beds that 4 of us fit very comfortably in the 2 queen sized beds upstairs and the remaining 4 each had their own bed downstairs (1 of the beds on the first floor could easily fit 2 people). We loved the decor of the house and the overall cleanliness of the house. We also really appreciated how quickly Issac responded by phone when we had questions.
The house is 2 blocks away from the street car that drops you on Canal street (where the action is) which you should definitely take while in NOLA. Cabs (Uber/Lyft) are cheap; its about a 15 drive to the French Quarter. The neighborhood is a bit unpolished, but nothing alarming. People say hello and keep it moving, so do the same and you'll be fine. There's also a Whole Foods, which is 5 blocks up. We did some light grocery shopping since the house has a fully equipped kitchen.
Additionally, this house is actually 2 houses co-joined. We discovered that the people living on the other side were a group of guys celebrating a bachelor party. Pretty cool coincidence! Not sure if Issac realized this, but we all agreed it was a nice addition to the experience. They ended up coming over for a bit one evening. Overall, if you're looking for a home away from home while New Orleans, especially if you have a large group, this is the perfect place to stay.

Lots of Room in close proximity to entertainment!
Stayed in the duplex for a bachelorette party weekend with 10 ladies and we had plenty of room! Lots of beds, extra mattresses too! The kitchen is quite large which is nice for social hang outs.
A few negatives but nothing to big:
Pull out sofa is broken.
Water makes a horrible noise in the kitchen.
Location is a little be rough.
Overall the party was happy with our stay and would suggest this place to others simply for convenience to Bourbon Street and other attractions!
Owner has been very helpful throughout the book in process and very quick to answer questions!
