My husband, daughter, & I enjoyed our 5 night stay in this beautiful condo. We were in town for a conference at the Orange County Convention center which was conveniently close by! The condo was very clean & had everything we needed. I especially was thankful for the laundry room so that we could keep our clothes washed etc. The beds were all very comfortable & overall everything in this unit was perfect for us. Our only complaint is that the AC was set on a schedule somehow that would bump up to 75 degrees most of the time. We prefer the temp inside to be at least 72, especially when we are sleeping. So, therefore it felt stuffy at night while we were trying to sleep. Which made us not be able to sleep soundly though the night at times. Thankfully there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The AC would automatically switch to 71-72 degrees during part of the daytime hours and then change itself back to 75 in the evenings and morning hours. So, if it would have been able to stay at 72-73 degrees it would have been perfect! Other than that one issue, we were very pleased with this unit and the entire resort area. Everything was well maintained.

We entered the room on night one and found food and dirt in the couches and on the floors. There was some kind of ant type bug crawling all over the dinning table, floor and other surfaces. We called Casiola and they couldn't send someone for 24 hours. We left town and stayed with family. After received an email that the unit was cleaned and Terminex couldn't find any insects we returned to the unit at 1AM. A rug was vacuumed and bugs were still everywhere. We called again and Casiola started getting aggressive. Bottom Line: we didnt stay a single night in the vacation home and Casiola refuses to refund our money. Vrbo classifies this as a "minor issue" and will not help us with the refund. Wish I could upload photos of the bugs we had... Before you do business with Casiola check them out on the Better Business Bureau. They have an "F" rating. I advise everyone steer clear.

We really enjoyed out stay here. Great view on the deck. Everything you need to cook they. Loved the pool and pool bar. Great arcade area for the kids too.

The walking path is filled with nature, The shopping center is very close and has good pizza and burger places , including a supermarket. Property management responded to property repair quickly. The outside terrace has beautiful view of the lake, and the unit has everything you need.

The unit is completely as described and the pictures are extremely accurate. The unit is very well appointed and updated. The only issue is the shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced and the guest bathroom tub holds water when showering. Overall excellent rental.

Enjoyed our experience with renting this property. Was well equipped with linens, kitchen items etc. Didn’t have dish soap, but did provide dishwasher detergent. Also, the code provided to enter the property didn’t work, but they were quick to provide an alternate that gained us access.

Perfect for a business traveler and/or a family. Everything in great condition and the location is amazing. There is food, groceries, bars, everything you need in walking distance. I cooked steak and eggs every morning in the kitchen during my stay. High recommend.

Had a great time with the the family. View was awesome check in and out was smooth. Would stay here again. The Shower stall in the master was getting a little mold. Other than that everything was excellent.

We initially stayed at this condo back in May and were completely blown away by how amazing it was. This is why I was so excited that it was available for our most recent trip and wanted to stay there again. It completely exceeded our expectations for a rental. The location was amazing, literally being 5 minutes from Universal, 20 minutes from Disney, and 10 minutes from White Castle (very important). I would recommend staying here to anyone. It is kept very clean, the price is great for the size, and had timely responses to any questions I had. % stars across the board

The condo was beautiful and very clean and the vista kay property and amenities were awesome and pristine! Great location! Easy to get around and close to all the parks! We’d definitely stay there again!
