The property is just as it shows in pictures. Very nice corner unit with nice views. Secure covered parking was nice .. great location to music row. It rained most of our trip so Uber was always easily available within minutes to Broadway !! Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing time in Nashville! We did use Uber to get around, mainly due to hot weather…but even so, quite a walk for us to Broadway. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend!!!

We came for our final weekend getaway before school started to see George Strait. The condo was wonderful! We enjoyed the location and all the amenities that came with the condo such as corn hole and the quaint courtyard area. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Overall, we had a great stay. We used the pool as well as the gym. Unfortunately the overwhelming smell of garage is a turn off. You can smell it as soon as you step off the elevator and gets worse the closer you get to the trash shoot. The floors were still dusty and covered in lint when we arrived. There were cobwebs on the kitchen Chen light fixtures. That has to be the loudest dishwasher I’ve ever heard

This was our third trip to Nashville. Two co dos and a hotel. This condo’s location was perfect. Condo was clean and exactly what was listed. Bonus- Beyoncé was at Nissan Stadium and from the balcony we could hear her concert.

Pictures dont do it justice. The view of the bridge & the skyline is incredible.Didnt even need to go to rooftop terrace but it is cool up there. The unit had what we needed.Extra bedding for pullout sofa (foam mattress so better than most). There was an air mattress if needed & air pump. Neighborhood store was one block walking. Binder had great suggestions, organized, easy parking. Safe, secure. We enjoyed watching the street fill up with firework spectators from the balcony. Owner was quick to respond while booking. Afraid to say how great it was for fear it won't be available when we want to go back!

The property is nice and quiet... with the exception of the scrap metal yard that the balcony faces. It's a short rideshare trip or about a 15 minute walk to 1st and Broadway.
The pool looked nice and relaxing, however, we weren't able to use it as it was closed for the week due to a pump issue. Also, it's located at a nearby building across the street.
The only complaints were that there is a major ongoing gnat infestation in the entire building. This made it uncomfortable to be in the unit, as they were in and on everything.
The towels and washcloths in the unit were old and stained.
There is no ice maker or water dispenser in the refrigerator. If you're carless, it makes it difficult to get ice unless you walk a few blocks to the gas station.
Lastly, there needs to be room darkening curtains on the windows as it made it difficult to sleep once the sun started to rise.
The property management company was easy to reach if there were questions.

Property was walking distance or short rideshare to most of Nashville. Residents we came across were friendly. Apartment was clean, in a quiet area of town. I would recommend staying here to others.

We booked for a bachelorette party, and it could not have been more perfect!! It was within walking distance to broadway, and no more than a 10 minute Uber everywhere else. It was so easy to come back between activities, the building was quiet and clean, and we had a gorgeous view of the river!

We loved the condo. It is located close to Broadway the main entertainment street. Very walkable! Accommodations are well appointed and equipped. Beds were very comfortable. It is perfect for 2 couples. We loved the River view.

Easily able to book, host was communicative and explained things well for check in. Close to Broadway but we ubered as it was cold our entire trip. Nice views (train is loud early in the morning- but we are early risers!). Beds were comfy and the space was cozy and perfect for two couples traveling together.

We were visiting Nashville for a Bachelorette party. Our condo was an amazing location. Walking distance and short Uber rides from Lower Broadway. The host was helpful with many things. Everything was in the condo they we could have possibly needed. Will be coming back to book this Vrbo condo for our next trip to Nashville Y'All!!!

This clean and modern apartment was the perfect choice for our two nights in Nashville. The views of downtown and the river are amazing! It had everything we needed and more. Checking in with easy. The location was close enough to walk to the Broadway area but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Although there were issues with the lock, the
management was super communicative and quick to reply/resolve the issue. Would not recommend for more than 3-4 people as the hot water runs out, but that was the only imperfect thing about the stay. Everything else was great!

This property is stunning!! Beautiful views, great location, very spacious, secured parking/buikding. Loved the corner unit with all the windows. You can walk easily to Broadway, or Uber for about $10. It was also easy to access from exit without traffic congestion. We will stay again and recommend to friends! 5 stars!!!

Beautiful condo within a good walking distance to everything you need to get to with out having to Uber everywhere. Apartment was clean spacious & had all the amenities required for your stay. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time & the property was a great location for us. I have a few suggestions: more face cloths—1 per person to be used 2 days is not enough. Better pillows—ours were flat & bleh. Pillowcases that fit the pillows & clean the rust off shower bar & TP holder. Thank you!!

Very stylish condo within walking distance to Broadway, as mentioned in earlier reviews, the garbage chute smell is present in hall but not in the condo, very nice furnishing and great location, would use again on next trip.
