NEWER LISTING: Welcome to 3ONE8 Manzanita; a newly remodeled, private home retreat in Manzanita, Oregon. 3ONE8 is the perfect escape for couples and small families who enjoy high end furnishings in a casual and modern setting. Interior amenities include acacia hardwood flooring, new kitchen appliances, All-Clad cookware, Ceasarstone counters, Ann Sacks tiled bathroom with walk in shower and heated marble flooring, dimmable LED lighting, Hansgrohe plumbing fixtures throughout, Spectrum Wi-Fi, newer contemporary furniture and other high end finishes. It's hard to find a vacation rental in Manzanita, or on the coast for that matter, that isn't dark, dated or decorated by your grandma. The interior layout, designed by TVA Architects of Portland, is open while still intimate. Both bedrooms feature new queen size beds, new carpeting and the larger bedroom has a ROKU Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV. Main living area is dynamite and has terrific flow - it's one big great room with great light and views to the golf course in the back yard. Another ROKU Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV is in living area. You also have your own backyard complete with private patio, dining area, fire pit, bbq grill and golf course views. Our favorite part of staying at 3ONE8? Sipping fresh coffee on the back patio in the morning and watching the birds and squirrels play in the pine trees and watching the golfer's terrible tee shots into the 6th green. 3ONE8 was a great place to relax and enjoy the Pacific Northwest. It is an easy walk to any local destination and the ocean beach. The modern kitchen and bathroom are very nice. We will definitely come back to 3ONE8 and enjoy this comfortable place in Manzanita

3One8 was for us the perfect place to relax during our roundtrip from Vancouver (Canada) to San Francisco. The house is perfect and has everything you need to relax. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to Cannon Beach.

A short walk from the beach and the shopping area, this property is a great place to spend a beach vacation. The rental is decorated in clean, contemporary lines. We loved the bright colors that make it a great place to be even on a cloudy day; the kitchen is well stocked with equipment and it was soo clean! The owner has been fantastic answering our questions. We left some pillows and Bret was gracious enough to return them to us. At the risk of having to compete with more people for available dates, I highly recommend this place.

Bret has created a truly wonderful place to stay in Manzanita. It's close to the beach and shopping area, but very quiet. The house is fully up-to-date and wonderfully decorated - clean and stylish, not kitschy. You know how you go to places and there's one very old frying pan and maybe a shaker of salt? Not here! It is stocked with everything you need. Bret is very proactive in communication and everything went so smoothly, we know this is going to be our go-to-place on the Oregon coast. This is really one of the best VRBO experiences we have had.

Bret is a cool guy with a very cool place. In a perfect spot. Affordable. Place has everything you need and is very well organized and laid out for the space. We've stayed in rentals all over Manzanita and this is as clean as a beach rental gets. Much appreciated, Bret. We will be happy to return!

Bret was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, and his house was exactly as advertised. Backing up to trees, with a daytime view of a golfing green was nice, while at night the backyard fire pit was a great feature. We even saw deer in the backyard on our first night. A short walk from Laneda Avenue, the main shopping and restaurant area of Manzanita, the location was perfect for exploring this beautiful beach side town. The street takes you right down to the beach (about a 5 minute walk). We spent a lot of time exploring other areas of the coast as well, and Manzanita is fairly centrally located, which allowed us to explore from Ecola State Park (north of Cannon Beach) all the way down to Pacific City (original home of the Pelican Brewery). Definitely recommend it. Oh, and the heated bathroom floors are as great as advertised!

Clean and quiet. All appliances work great, washer and dryer are like new and very clean. Golf course in back yard adds to an entertaining and quiet atmosphere all throughout the day. Check in was easy and owner checked in on us to make sure everything was good or if we needed anything. Close to the coffee shop and restaurants in town. This place is a duplex but the backyard is not shared, it has a nice privacy fence, I would reccomend staying here for the location and the cleanliness.

Everything about our trip to Manzanita was wonderful! Bret, the owner, was helpful from the get go. His place was clean and just right for the three of us. I loved being close to walk to town, the beach and the grocery store. We also took our bikes which was fun to ride on the beach and a paved trail at Nehalem Bay State Park. Can’t wait to go back!

Great little spot, exactly as described and per photos. Bret happened to be there doing some work next door on the home, so there was some banging and scraping, but he did his best to keep it to a minimum and compensated us for the noise. I would highly recommend 3ONE8 to anyone looking for a well-kept & thoroughly updated cozy rental with a location that can't be beat!

I have been renting vacation homes in Manzanita for more than 25 years. Some have been unsatisfactory and some have been OK. This home raises the bar. It is in a wonderful neighborhood that is close to everything in Manzanita. In addition, it is a short walk to the beach and the backyard is fantastic, right on the edge of the beautiful golf course. The location is only beat by the home. The owner has thought of everything, including air filters! All of the appliances and plumbing fixtures are first rate and the home was impeccably clean. Communication with the owner was fantastic. He really cares about his guests. We will be back. This will be our destination for any trips to Manzanita. I can't recommend this home and this host enough. Daniel

I have stayed in several other vacation homes in Manzanita and this place takes the cake! First the location is great! Close to town and a short walk to the beach! The house is comfortable and extremely well stocked! Any thing you ever need is here at the house waiting for you! We enjoyed making a fire in the backyard and also enjoyed watching the golfer stroll by on the course behind the house. Brett is a wonderful host and made the whole process easy as can be!

I just spend a week at 3ONE8 as I recently wrapped up a work project in Portland. Walked to the beach, got some exercise in, checked out Cart'M, went down to Barview Jetty one day to my favorite taco truck on 101, watched it snow yesterday on Super Bowl Sunday and cooked in every night. Oh - yes I am the proprietor and couldn't resist leaving a review because I honestly love this place.

I live in Manzanita and rented this property for visiting family- they loved it! The cheery interior and interesting art was a constant topic of conversation. My mom especially enjoyed the verdant morning view across the golf course. Downtown is just seconds away, but you feel like you are tucked away in a park setting. If you like to cook, you'll have everything you need to make a memorable meal!

I stayed here from June 19th to 22nd with my son and 2 grandkids. It was perfect. So close to the beach and town. You could walk everywhere. No need for a car except to go home. The house was clean and well organized and a lot of attention was paid to detail. It is a smart IKEA designed house. The bathroom so nice with a wonderful shower head. You won't be sorry picking this property. Also the back glass sliding windows looked out to a golf course!

I took my family out of dodge for the weekend. Despite the rain, we grabbed the pups and grandma and had an adventure. We were able to check in a little early so my son could make his nap schedule. The house is super cute and happy and VERY clean. I loved that there was a dog towel waiting at the door and a blanket for them to snuggle on. Also loved how the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, etc. Shower has great pressure. Cadet heaters in every room were a nice touch as well. What else did I love. Oh. The location. That was the best. We could get to the beach and town in a quick little walk. Being that it was rainy, as soon as it cleared we'd rush out and have a day. The town is really cute. Good food. Nice merchants. We really had a wonderful time and I recommend this place for sure. I'd love to see it in the summer. I bet it is incredible

Just got back from a fabulous weekend in Manzanita and stayed at this fantastic cottage. It's beautifully remodeled and steps away from Laneda where all the shops and restaurants are, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Super private and quiet, the attention to detail in the cottage is unlike anything I've seen through VRBO or AirBNB: heated floors in the bathroom for chilly mornings and a full kitchen with all of the important appliances. I would stay there again. I usually go to Cannon Beach but Manzanita is my new beach getaway!

Just loved this property. Stayed with my husband and daughter. The place is immaculate and the kitchen is chef-grade. The backyard is simply wonderful for sitting around the fire. Jut minutes from the beach and the main drag. Bret, the property manager, is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Manzanita.

Manzanita is a hidden gem on the coast-close to everything but not as hectic— with THE beach. And 3ONE8 is the perfect headquarters. Cozy, modern and perfectly situated just barely off the beaten path -everything you need is a short walk up a charming street. Walk back from the beach, start a fire in the fire pit and enjoy the evening. Awesome beach getaway.

My family and I had a great M-F stay in this house for our 2016 Spring Break. We loved the location! The shops, restaurants, beach and city park/playground were all easily walkable with our kids (getting around on bikes was even more fun). The house was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with better kitchenware than we usually find in rental homes. Manzanita is a great little town with easy access to other attractions up and down the coast.

My mother in law and I stayed here while I attended a conference in town. We found this place to be very clean, with charming decor. The heated bathroom floor was a wonderful surprise as well. It was a quiet, refreshing place to stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit manzanita.

Our family of 4 loved the week we spent at 3one8 - it suited us perfectly - a quiet street, only a few mins walk to the ocean and all the lovely little places on the main drag. The house was decent size and really nicely kitted out (much more modern and stylish than the other options we looked at). The outside area is also lovely - with great views onto the golf course, a sweet fire pit and good BBQ. Manzanita itself was gorgeous - amazing hikes nearby and generally a very chilled and unspoiled place. Bret was very helpful and communicative too. Highly recommended
