Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. For questions on this, please call our office. All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Walk out of the driveway and be on the beach trail in 10 steps. Sit in a cozy chair and look either at the fog on the hills or the sunset. This house has 3 floors, so make sure your group can handle stairs.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking dinner and there were plenty of linens! We loved the quick easy access to the beach. Will definitely return.

We loved this cozy home. It was in a lovely place by the beach, a quick walk from the town. The views were spectacular. Overall highly recommended and would stay there again!

I’d for sure come back to this cozy spot! Plenty of dishes and cookware, lots of towels and supplies. Really appreciated the games, puzzles, and toys/books for the children.

The property is well maintained, clean and very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and it was very quiet with just the sound of the ocean (and some rain). Had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The only caution I would have is that there are three levels with plenty of stairs so anyone with difficulty walking or climbing stairs would find it difficult.

When we walked into the house we were greeted with the feelings of a cozy and well loved home. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in this rental and try to offer all the conveniences. They even had boxes of awesome wood toys for the kiddos. The place itself feels very private and offers a relaxing getaway for the family.
