This is our second stay in this beautiful condo. Richard and Amie are wonderful hosts, who take the time to check in throughout your stay. Oswaldo, the property manager is nearby for assistance you may need.
We would definitely rent here again in a group setting.

Our group of 6 couldn’t get enough of the 180 view of the ocean and mountains of Puerto Vallarta from this amazing place. It was clean and very spacious and had almost everything we needed for a perfect 12 day stay.

The property is beautiful with an amazing view of the bay. The king size bedrooms are spacious with good lighting and closet space. The only thing I would say that may be a problem would be the music that is played next door from 1-8 Friday-Sunday. We did not mind it, but it was the same type of music each day. The staff at the condo were polite, helpful, and attentive. My family had a great time!

This was an amazing property to stay at for a week with good friends! The views are great and the Condo is beautiful. We would all definitely visit again. The owners were very easy to talk to and very helpful.

Our condo was great. Although we did have 2 different issues with the air conditioning things were addressed and resolved.
Our only real issue with this property was with security while in the pool. You were allowed to drink and even eat while in the pool. But only if you were touching the concrete on the condo side if the pool. You was not allowed to carry a drink to the infinity edge and look out over the ocean. It wasnt like we were trashing the place. It just would have been nice to relax looking out over the ocean.

Such a beautiful location right on the ocean. We practically lived poolside and on the glass balcony the entire time. The views were spectacular and the convenience and access to the ocean was amazing. We loved the beach club right below the condo and went there twice while we were there. We did have to close the sliding doors when we didn’t want the loud music so we could have a conversation in the living room. The breeze off the ocean was perfect! Our adult children were amazed by how beautiful this place was… I would stay here again. Aimee also provided us with so many recommendations and personally reached out before and after our stay! They are great hosts! Thank you Aimee!

We have been to Puerto Vallarta many times but have never stayed in such a perfect place. The views were unbelievable. The condo was great with so much space. The staff of the complex was outstanding and help us with all of our needs. We will be back again.

The view from our condo was spectacular and the location had great access to everything we wanted to do and felt very safe.
The staff at the condo were so helpful and friendly. Such a welcoming crew and atmosphere.

We loved staying at the condo, and had a great experience with the owner and the property manager. Richard provided tons of tips prior to arrival, and Oswaldo was available whenever we needed to ask a question. The photos perfectly demonstrate the beauty of the place and its views. We loved it, and hope to return one day.

We loved our stay! Plenty of space, lots of amenities. Night club noise can be annoying but overall it was a great week! Property managers were very attentive and helpful. Service on the beach and poolside is great.

Everyone we dealt with from owners, manager, cleaner, we’re all very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The owners were very communicative and Oswaldo was responsive. The location/property were lovely. If it wasn’t for the very loud music Fri to Sun it would have been perfect. The owners did warn us so we did try to plan to be away those days. It’s just a shame that it’s so loud.

We had a great week at Peninsula Condo in Unit 6-A, Tower 3. The weather was perfect – sunny and mid to upper 80’s every day. The condo has awesome views of the city, the bay and the mountains from it’s wrap-around balconies. The condo is very spacious, with lots of seating and plenty of room. 2 of the bedrooms were huge with their own balconies, with the other 2 bedrooms being smaller. 4 bathrooms made it very convenient for everyone. The hosts Richard & Aimee as well as the property manager Oswaldo were all very helpful, and checked during our stay to see if anything was needed. The pool is amazing, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. We had food & drinks from the pool area every day – everything was delicious and very affordable. Luis provided excellent service ! We definitely hope to return and would stay at Peninsula Condos again !

We came here over Thanksgiving break, the weather was perfect. We been to other parts of Mexico, Caribbean and Europe and this was my favorite vacation. The condo was fantastic. The location was perfect. You are away from the busy streets. condo is centrally located. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We went out to different towns for meals and they are short taxi rides. The best part about the condo is the view. We hung out on the patio a lot, watching sunset and sky divers literally land right in front of me on the beach. The pool is also beautiful, the food at the pool is actually quite good and affordable. The peninsula condo is very quiet and peaceful. There were plenty of seating by the pool. The owners and staff are very responsive and extremely helpful. Betty( very lovely and hardworking lady) came clean the condo every 2 days( included in the price). It was so great able to meet the locals , practice my Spanish and see different towns. We will absolutely return again. Thank you Richard and Lynn for hosting us.

Worst experience possible, and the property owner knows about the problems. They know about the issues with noise (not from the nearby club) which is why they don’t send any details about the place until after you book. We couldn’t sleep through the night due to the loud music, which the owner knows about and told us to call the cops. If you know it’s an issue, why not tell people before they rent? Calling the property manager on site was useless since they never answered the phone! Had to communicate with the property owner in California. They offered a $20 massage as compensation. Horrible experience, terrible service, waste of money. One roll of paper towels for 7-days, broken dishwasher and no soap or scrubber to clean dishes with. Had to go buy it from the store. They have an empty water dispenser in the home which you have to buy bottles for? Spider webs throughout the property, inside. Then they charge extra to clean the place, even though it wasn’t clean to begin with . I shared the pictures with the owner and they said sorry it was close to the bed, we will have it cleaned before the next people arrive. I regret staying here for a vacation, it is not a relaxing place!

First of all the owners are extremely kind. We had to
Change our dates due to flights being cancelled a d they were so accommodating. It was very helpful the list of recommendations for eating and tours that they left for us. Property manager was so nice to deal with. The poolside service was excellent and grounds were beautiful. Our only complaints were comdo was not entirely clean and the beach club below was unbearable. Loud music for 3 days for 9 hours was annoying. For a few hours its ok but after 8
Hours it’s just annoying. Other than that, the condo is nice. Owners were a oleasure to deal with.

We were very impressed with the property. The panoramic view is fantastic. Amy, the owner, was very nice and stayed in touch to be sure we enjoyed our stay. Property manager Oswaldo and his brother Armando took care of the few minor concerns we had immediately. The property is in a great location close to restaurants and stores. We definitely plan to stay in the unit again.

My group of friends and I stayed for one week and could not have been more happy. The condo is magnificent and views are stunning. All of the staff at The Peninsula were gracious and welcoming. We spent several days just enjoying the pool and beach. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset was amazing. Location was perfect and close to restaurants, shopping, and a short ride to the airport. I would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

This condo was perfect for our family of 7! The bedroom and bathroom setup was ideal for everyone to have their own space. The location is great- close to the airport, several restaurants and stores within walking distance, and a quick Uber or taxi to other locations. We took an Uber to Walmart to stock the fridge which was great with little kids (ages 4, 6 & 9 months). The concierge was very helpful with booking massage appointments, and calling for transportation. The condo grounds are stunning, and the pool was a dream. We spent a majority of our trip hanging by the pool, swimming with the kids, and getting food and drinks delivered! The staff was fabulous. The sunsets were beautiful, and were a highlight each evening. Security at the gate was very conscientious, which made us feel safe. Communication was great with the owners even before we left! We had the most wonderful family vacation, and would return in a heartbeat!

Fabulous condo!
We truly were 100% completely satisfied with this beautiful property! The location is perfect. The balcony wraps around the entire unit with access from the living area on two sides and 3 of the bedrooms. Stunning views, dolphins in the water right outside the window! Convenient to all of Puerto Vallarta, great concierge service, close to the airport. Would stay here again when we return!

This property is stunning. As others have mentioned, it is even better than the pictures. The views are breathtaking and the cross breeze when the sliding glass dooors are open is SO refreshing. The location is perfect. There are plenty of delicious and affordable restaurants close by or a 3.00 Uber ride away. The city and people of Puerto Vallarta are beautiful.
Tip for Manager: Wash top blankets on beds after every stay. If I HAD to pick a negative, there were small stains on the blanket and sham covers in Primary bedroom.
Other than that, this condo has ABSOLUTELY everything you need for an amazing stay. There were rafts and beach toys, beach towels, paper goods, pots, pans, dishes, some spices, etc. already in cabinet along with coffee filters, sugar, etc. laundry detergent in laundry room. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. Oh! One really cool thing is that the skydivers land right in front of your balcony! It was so neat to watch them come in every day. RENT THIS CONDO!!!! There will be ZERO regrets.

All of the building amenities for the building are incredible, and actually a bit undersold for the listing, if you get this condo, TAKE ADVANTAGE - groceries, chef services, spa, etc., etc. Also, the food/drink service at the pool is remarkable good AND affordable!
If there are any drawbacks, it is that the building is EXTREMELY secure, to the point of being an occasional nuisance, however - a very secure building is hardly a drawback, just be prepared. Also, there is a pool club next door that keeps the party music going pretty strong from around noon-9 around the weekends. It didn't bother me at all, but the bass pumps pretty deep and it is just something to be aware of if you are particularly sensitive to these kinds of things. I traveled with my 70-80 year old parents and my 4 year old son and none of us were particularly bothered by the dance music and they never ran the music very late. So there's that.
In short - I would stay here again and again and again and again, we really enjoyed ourselves and appreciate how communicative and helpful the hosts were!

Amazing family vacation
We loved this property as is was perfect for our large family. Beautiful place, amazing grounds, great security and friendly staff. The owners were awesome with communication and were always available to answer any questions. We highly recommend! We cannot wait to return!

Lovely apartment with amazing views
At first glance, it is a beautiful place and Richard (the owner) as well as the property manager were very warm and welcoming. The apartment is gorgeous - although sadly some other renters were a little rough on the place - and it is showing some signs of needing a bit of a break. The condo development is beautiful and the food - while basic is fresh and delicious! The service is also great as are the pool and beach. It's a little noisier than I would have liked with the beach club next door - especially on Saturdays...Honestly, the place was not super clean... when we took over and the housekeeper was there for 3 hours after our check in time - I felt bad for her, so I suspect we either cramped her style - or the folks before us were late leaving and left a mess. But it was a lovely week and the weather was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous property. The views are jaw dropping! Close proximity to shopping and grocery. There's a delicious beach restaurant next to the towers...we went almost everyday for lunch, $5 pinacolads! The spa was a highlight, we booked multiple massaage appointments everyday. Excellent security and emaculate pool area and lobby. On-site concierge was super helpful booking excursions and recommending restaurants. We used Uber constantly, it was an easy and cheap way to get around. We cannot wait to go back!
