Cabin was smaller than the pictures we saw. Still a perfect size if you're a couple trying to have a getaway! Cabin was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was perfect! Air conditioning was working perfectly as well.Cabin is located a 10-15 walk from the trolley stop, currently free in Gatlinburg at the time of this review. Overall a great place to stay :) will be staying here again

Was surprised to find that there was no dish soap to wash dishes but there was laundry detergent when we did not have a washer or dryer. Hot tub was disgusting. It has a really bad odor. Stepped on a large piece of glass upstairs embedded in the carpet. We left the dishes cleaner than when we found them after going out to buy detergent. Porch swing chair was broken so we could not use. Thermostat didn’t work properly. Other than these items, we enjoyed watching bears from the porch and my kid loved the foosball . We liked the closeness to town
