The location, windows and decor say it all for this loft smack in the middle of downtown Salt Lake City. This top floor, 1100 square foot spacious one bedroom is the crown jewel of the building. Huge arched windows, a vintage fireplace and professional grade 6 burner gas range is great for entertaining or a quiet relaxing dinner at home. This condo is located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City literally close to absolutely everything! You are only 1-2 blocks away from Gateway, City Creek, Temple Square, Vivint Arena, Capitol Theatre, the Utah Symphony, as well as numerous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. And only a three to five minute walk to the Salt Palace Convention Center (only a block away). The SLC International Airport is only 8 minutes away and can be accessed, if needed, through UTA’s Trax located across the street. If traveling with a car, there is a gated parking lot next to the building with a dedicated covered parking spot for the duration of your stay. For all the skiers out there, this Condo is only 25-35 minutes to many of the world's most renowned ski resorts such as Canyons, Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude. The Warehouse Condo was built in 1910 and was originally operated as a grocery warehouse that was later converted to a toy shop called Twirl Town Toys. In 1997 it was again converted into loft condos. The uniqueness of this building will not go unnoticed. With its red brick exterior and rustic brick, timber and exposed ducts interior, it has a very cool industrial feel. The pictures of the Penthouse loft are accurate. We spent a week at the loft. The loft is comfortable, and well stocked. Nice having a washer and dryer. We did not have any problem with noise from neighbors. The counter is high and hard to reach dishes. The bakery across the street is a must try as is the restaurant next door. We enjoyed Salt Lake City, the loft is in a good location for walking, with gated parking we felt safe.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great except there needs to be some more soundproofing in the bedroom. We could clearly hear the conversations of the folks next door ((who admittedly were talking loudly)

The building itself is a little run down. The condo was immaculate though! We loved our stay here and loved the safety of parking the car inside of the gated parking lot.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Property was close to restaurants and a great bakery right across the street. Downtown and all Salt Lake City was within walking distance for us. The kitchen counter and vanity were indeed high as others noted, but it was very well appointed. Property owner quickly responded to our needs.

The apartment was lovely and the host was communicative throughout the process. We loved the area and it was very walkable. We stayed on a weekend so there was outside noise during the night but we were happy with our choice and would stay again.

We had a lovely time at this apartment. The only detractor was the absence of an elevator which was boarded up and we were on the fourth/top floor. The counters are all very tall, which I loved, but a bit too high for my husband. Lol. It’s very close to all things downtown and easy to gets out/in town. I’d recommend…if the elevator is working!

The condo was very neat and clean. It had a lot of character to it. It was right in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City and very close to all sorts of restaurants and entertainment. The owners were fantastic and very responsive whenever we had a question. The elevator was broken and they offered to reimburse us 100% for our stay, but we chose to go anyway and we are very thankful that we did. They did give us a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling into the Salt Lake City area. If I go back to Utah I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful space with well stocked kitchen. You have the materials to cook in the space and easy access to some amazing restaurants. Parking out back was great. Spaces are a little snug for larger vehicles but no problems.

I loved my stay here it’s beautiful part of town and a good distance to walk around to things. The place was really clean. You can hear in the bedroom the neighbors next door there is like a crack where the two walls meet so we could hear every tv show and conversations but overall a very nice place.
