Awesome location!! Beautiful private beach. Breathtaking views. Literally just steps from the beach. Only complaint is condo wasn’t what I would call clean however not a dealbreaker. I would most definitely recommend this property based on location & owner is very responsive & pleasant. We’ll be coming back soon.

This was the perfect location for a week at the beach with my family and enjoy my five month old son’s first trip. We loved our accommodations and the proximity not only to the beach but also to some of our favorite restaurants like Black Bear Bakery and George’s.

Pros: - Can’t beat the location. It’s right on the beach and not very busy at all. - Very clean condo and updated - parking was super nice and within steps of our door - plenty of kitchen basics, including ice packs for our cooler for the beach - covered deck area for relaxing - beach toys/chairs - paved trail for biking/walking/running The only thing I would change is the long drive home and the water pressure in the shower. However, every condo/unit we have stayed at in the past has had just okay water pressure. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to come back next year!

The beach was perfect. Access was super convenient and got front row everyday. Condo was nice. Some beds, counters, floors still had some sand on them. I think the upstairs unit may have had an issue with plumbing as we heard the maintenance guy talking to others about an issue. You could definitely smell something in the unit the whole time. If you are there for the beach this place is tough to beat.

Excellent location and even better view!! Easy access to the beach and the kiddos loved the bunk beds. Only had a few rainy days but Loved sitting out on the back patio without compromising the ocean view. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this super cute condo!! The location was absolutely stunning! The location of the condos A++! A perfect spot inbw Seaside and Rosemary. We dined in Seaside one night and Rosemary the other night. I can’t get over how perfect this view is from the back patio! Definitely would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation! It was stunning!! Thank you for a great stay!!

We loved our stay at this place. Sheila was so responsive and helpful. Walk down stairs right on a non busy portion of the beach. Toys in the beach box out back for kids to take down to the beach. Roku TV worked great, washer and dryer worked fine, only complaint would be the shower drain didn’t hold water well for a bath, for the littles. Super pleased and would definitely recommend. Truly was a great stay.

This condo was perfect for our few night stay in the 30A area. It was a short drive to Alys, Rosemary and Seaside, One of the favorite things about this property is it being directly on the beach- which was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing that I didn't love was the sliding glass door doesn't "lock", they just have a piece of wood you put in the track so that no one can open it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for a couple's trip!

You will love this bright, comfortable first floor beachfront condo with a lovely outdoor deck. Great views, amenities, and private beach area. There is a brand new huge Publix grocery store a few miles away with everything you need. We also enjoyed the “Big Chill” only one mile away. It consists of an outdoor court and stage and a number of restaurants and shops surrounding it. It is normally set up with picnic tables. Great place for the family. They have weekly activities such a movie night and a farmers market every Thursday morning. As noted by others, there are about 70 steps to reach the beach due to the high dunes, but all the properties are like that. We have never been to this area in Florida and thoroughly enjoyed it — can’t wait to come back again!

A few things to tighten up to make a 5 star rating 1) floor cleanliness - some bug parts -dead roaches 2) slider door has gap - problematic when hot 3) soap and TP a little sparse for 2 4) bed really comfortable but squeaky 5) living room furniture dated and not real comfortable 6) toaster oven needs replaced with better toaster Shower/bath great - fridge outstanding Loved the deck to sit and enjoy afternoon sun when too windy/ chilly on beach Nothing really that bad! Loved it while we were there

I was so impressed by this unit! It was exactly as pictured and was very clean. We took our 3 and 5 year old and the space was perfect for our little family. We tried the bunkbeds but they ended up preferring sleeping together on the pullout sofa bed. It was nice to have the additional option! The best part by far was the quick walk down private stairs onto the complex's private beach. The condo had all the amenities needed to cook. And the washer and dryer worked great! We loved being close enough to several fun restaurants but still far enough from the hustle of rosemary and seaside. Perfect location with a very kind and responsive owner. We will be back!

If you’re looking for an amazing view each day, easy and quick access to the beach all right from your porch, then you’re going to love this place. My wife and I enjoyed drinking our coffee and taking in the breezy view each morning. The walk down to the beach takes less then a minute in case you need to go back up to the condo for a quick bite to eat or to grab another drink. Being right there on the beach is the way to go because you don’t have to bring all of your gear down and feel like you’ve got to be stuck there all day. You can easily come and go as you please. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We love the area as well. It’s the perfect spot for families. You can run and bike and the HUB is just a short mile away. We definitely recommend this place!

We met the owners last year and decided to rent their unit for this years vacation. What a delightful home. Everything was in great shape, well stocked and the decor was nice and “beach”. The view takes your breath away when you walk in the door. Accessibility to the stairs and grill were a total Bonus for us. We will be back!!! The McCanns

Walk off the deck to the stairs to sparkling white “sand” and emerald green water. Condo was clean and comfortable. We went sightseeing on 30A (end-end) and dolphin cruise in Panama City. Next time we will spend our time at this beautiful location.
