This pristine, two bedroom, two-story townhome is in immaculate condition with attractive decor, tile floors and fresh paint. It is only steps away from the beautiful Gulf beaches with private beach access. You will find it the most affordable on scenic Highway 30A. Enjoy the proximity of Seaside and Alys Beach without the high price. Quietly situated between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove/Seaside. Beach Treasure is only ten minutes away from Panama City Beach and 20 minutes from Destin. Relax on our beautiful white beach during the day or enjoy the nightlife and shopping offered by Panama City Beach in the evening. Conveniently located to grocery stores (three miles), and superb restaurants all along Highway 30A. Take advantage of walking around Seaside's charming shops, or take a bike and cycle/walk along the 17 miles of bike trails from Rosemary's Beach to Santa Rosa Beach. Golfers can enjoy year-round golf at nearby Camp Creek Golf Club (3 mins away), and children can enjoy the many water/theme parks at nearby Panama City or Destin. Our 1300-square-foot townhouse is a two-story with sleeping downstairs, living and eating upstairs with tasteful beach themed decor. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The master features cable flatscreen TV, queen-size bed, and sunroom. The second bedroom features two twin beds, and TV. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer on the same floor. Upstairs is a wonderfully bright living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a queen-sized bed in pullout couch, 48 inch TV. A deck from the living room looks out towards the Gulf. Beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and has a deck going out to the front of the house to watch the sunsets. A half bath is located on that level also. All you need to bring is your swimsuit, beach towels are provided. We have so much more to offer, but only 6000 words to describe. So, what are you waiting for? Take a break from the stresses of life. We guarantee that once you have discovered Beach Treasure, you will want to come again and again. Very cute townhouse located directly across from ocean access. Due to the dunes, there are many stair steps to the beach, which could be difficult for older individuals. The town house was well equipped with everything, including cleaning supplies. I do recommend adding some kitchen towels for drying dishes. We did have an issue with the air conditioner the second evening making for an uncomfortable sleep, but the property manger had someone at the property the next morning and it was fixed. She followed up to make sure it was working. The location is not from from Seaside, but depending on traffic it could take us 30 minutes. There really isn’t a lot close to this location to bike to- biking to Seaside would be too long. The best restaurant we found was Fish out of water- highly recommend .

We loved our stay! The private beach access was super close and convenient for our family. Easy to run back to for potty breaks. Lots of towels provided and beach chairs and an umbrella -- everything we needed. We would definitely rent again!

Our stay at Beach Treasure was wonderful! The house was clean, well kept and had everything you needed! The location was quite perfect, we rented bikes and were able to ride in to the towns on either side of us for food or shopping. Having private beach access was a huge perk as well! Vicki was very responsive if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here, I am hoping we will be back again sometime in the future!

I was so pleased with our stay at this condo. It worked perfectly for my son and me. It was very clean, has updated and nice furniture, a great kitchen, comfortable beds, tons of beach towels and everything you would need for a week at the beach. The complex is small and I felt very safe. The walk over to the beach is so easy and very short. I also used the sunroom (off of the master bedroom) as my office. It was a working vacation for me. This space worked perfectly for me. The internet was fast and it was easy to get work done, then go and play on beach. What a gem this place is! Loved every minute of our vacation!

The townhouse was exactly as described! It was clean, easy to find, and very close to the beach. The kitchen had everything you could need, and there was a fully stocked 'beach closet' with towels, toys, inflatables, chairs and umbrellas. I was there with my 16-year old neice, and we both had a great time!

Took my daughter and her boyfriend there. This is the third year we have stayed in this set of condos and absolutely love the area. The place is exactly as described. We love that the beach is super close and just a short walk. There is so much to that is close by. The beach isn’t packed like other beaches which makes it nice to relax.

The condo was clean and well equipped. We loved the location in-between Rosemary and WaterSound and biked to both. The beach there is gorgeous and access just across the street. Would recommend and stay again.

Vicky is a phenomenal host! She has thought of absolutely everything and it makes your stay so easy! Plenty of beach towels, bed and bath linens, perfectly appointed kitchen, comfortable beds...everything was great! Having a full size washer and dryer is a huge plus too! Location cannot be beat! A very short walk to the beach with stairs leading down to the beautiful sand and ocean! The beach really was not crowded. Short drive to food, the Hub, attractions, shopping, golf, etc. You will not be disappointed with this condo and Vicky is amazing to communicate with!

We stayed at this complex once before in another unit, and really love this location. While on the north side of the road, the complex shares private beach access with only two other smaller complexes and it is literally right across the street. This unit furnished beach chairs and umbrellas which was wonderful - less to bring with us! You can enjoy the beach and quickly walk back and forth for restroom and snack breaks. And we love this part of 30A, still charming and uncrowded. We will definitely stay here again one day!

We had the absolute best time staying at this beautiful place! We have been here multiple times and this was by far my favorite! Everything about it was perfect. Situated right past Alys Beach but close enough to walk, bike and drive anywhere up and down 30A! The beach was absolute perfection. It was definitely my favorite part... it was NEVER CROWDED!!!!!! I would recommend this 1000000% to anyone who needs a relaxing Florida vacay!

Fantastic location and we loved the setup of the townhouse! Very clean, plenty of space, SHORT walk to the beach, and the beach was NEVER CROWDED! Couldn’t have asked for better weather! The towns along 30A are quaint and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy some quality family time. Bike rental was easy and we enjoyed riding around and checking out the towns. Tons of choices to eat dinner each night and all the food was delicious! We’ll definitely be back for another stay!

We recently stayed at Beach Treasure. The pictures just don’t do it justice. It was immaculate, had great beach decor. The home is stocked with all the necessities of home. The townhouse not only had a ton of space with 2 floors, multiple decks, patio and a great open kitchen/family room, but is directly across (maybe a 3 min. Walk) from the beach. Thank you for such a relaxing stay!

I can't say enough about how pleased we were with this. The location was great! It was very family friendly/oriented, and not crowded at all. Beach Treasure was great. Everything a person could need was there. It was super-cute! I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I just got back from a 4 night stay at Beach Treasure with our 11mo old baby. We loved how easy it was to walk across the street to the beach which was beautiful and not very crowded! Also it was great that there were beach towels, chairs and umbrella in the condo to use. We would love to stay here again!
