Located in South Padre Island, this attractive condo for $269 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our condo is nestled in the tropical grounds of The Tiki Condominiums. A spacious condo, with an open concept, and restful beach décor. Pet and smoke free. Remodeled throughout condo including two ceiling fans. The kitchen has a seven foot granite island with seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, and the conveniences to accommodate four guests. One spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, chest, two nightstands and a chair. Murphy Bed (Queen) in Living room, this gives privacy for two separate sleeping quarters. Two Smart TV's , one 50" in living room & one 32” in bedroom. Blackout drapes to help keep the sun out on a lazy morning. Beach towels, bath towels, sheets, and pillows are provided. Cable (Direct TV) six channels of HBO, ESPN and WIFI. Balcony with seating for four, and a deck box including some beach gear. You will find our condo in the last building closest to the beach, but not beach front (just steps from the beach). In the picture section there is a picture of a property grounds map, a RED ARROW indicating the location of our Condo. On-site laundry facility. We are a Smoke Free and Pet Free condo. NO PET ALLOWED! Deposit will be forfeited if pets are in the condo. Check-in is 3:00pm and Check out is 11:00am. SPI Permit # 2015-205913

Beautiful property with green vegetation in the inner courtyard, around pool. Close to beach and pool. Loved being right by the fireworks at Clayton’s. Loved the layout of the condo with the large kitchen island, large sectional with electric recliners, and the murphy bed. Perfect use of space. Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for 4 nights/5 days and what a perfect stay! This host has thought of everything and keeps in constant contact to make sure you have everything you need. The condo is spacious for four adults with a bedroom and the Murphy bed. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept great. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and has much storage for food that you bring to prepare. The pool was clean and we enjoyed that it was open till 11 to swim in during the evening. The fireworks on Friday and Saturday were a plus! My favorite part was the 90 steps it took to get my feet in that beautiful sand to experience the water. This condo and it’s owners were absolutely wonderful. We have found our new getaway place no doubt. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for giving us a vacation to remember. See you soon!

Beautiful condo at the Tiki. Kenny and Sherrie are great hosts. They communicate well and provide everything needed to stay for a few days. There were lots of kitchen amenities we have not seen at other condos at the Tiki, and extra towels! The condo was updated nicely and had a dehumidifier. Hope we can stay again!

Me and my family really enjoyed our time in South Padre. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our group. It was an easy check in process. We loved being able to go to the beach so easily but yet not too far of a walk after being out. Sherrie was great when needed for anything and was always quick to respond.

This was the perfect getaway condo on SPI. Access to the beach is just a few steps away, and everything is well-planned out and efficiently designed. The decor is absolutely adorable and the furniture is comfortable- the beds are dreamy! It's so CLEAN. Thank you, Ken and Sherrie, everything was so perfect.

Our trip was fabulous and this condo was perfect. Our teens didn’t want to share a bed, but one slept on the couch, which was perfect. Access to the beach was our favorite and we would definitely rent again. It had everything we needed and the owners were accommodating and responsive! Would rent from them anytime and anywhere!

My spouse and I met up with other family members in South Padre Island for short beach vacation. I made my reservations through VRBO while the rest do family made reservations directly through the condominium complex. I had a very pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable, and thoroughly modern condo - which was not the case for the rest of my family. It was great to have access to the beach towels and other beach equipment provided by the hosts - it made packing for a long trip that included a flight much easier. There is a very nice grocery store on the island for picking up daily essentials. Note that you will need to supply your own coffee filters (basket style) and all of your own condiments toiletries, other than hand soap and dish soap. I really appreciated that the condo listing was exactly as advertised (just steps to the beach) on VRBO. Also, the hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful.

This condo is very lovely! It has everything you need from dishes and cookware to beach chairs and sand toys. It’s steps from the beach and also has nice pools on the property. The condo was nice and quiet. We never once heard our neighbors. The beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

Me and my husband are use to going to Destin, Florida for our vacations. We wanted to plan a beach vacation that wouldn't break the bank. Although it's not the emerald coast, we were very satisfied with this listing! With direct beach access 😎 this location was fantastic! It's one of the last condos. So it was near all the shops and food but not in the middle of all the fuss. The room was cozy and well kept! We were really able to enjoy the attractions like the turtle rescue, and horse back riding on the beach at South Padre Island adventures. We have decided we'd like to return again to this same spot next year!

This was the best beach lodging I have experienced. Can’t say enough about the qualities of this unit. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that was not as comfortable as this condo, and the nightly rate added to the joys. While there is not a direct view of the shoreline, it is only a few steps away. The balcony provides a great view of the courtyard and the sound of the waves breaking can be clearly heard. And there are plenty of great restaurants/ bars close by if you’re not interested in cooking. Looking forward to my next visit.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness plus the updated and beautiful furnishings of the condo. It was very comfortable and in a great location close to the beach. Since I am a birdwatcher I booked this unit to coincide with the peak of bird migration. The condo was very close to the prime birding sites. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and right by the beach. Everything was provided. The owners were easy to communicate with. There were lots of fun places to eat and enjoy the weather. It was a quiet time of year which made it very relaxing for us.

The property was excellent and cozy for our family of four (2 kids) We were there for a week, and spent most of the days on the beach and/or on the lagoon (kiting). Will certainly come back again!
