Watch the sunrise while lounging in bed - The bedroom and living room each have sliding patio doors which open out onto a 20 foot balcony. The views from this 3rd floor unit are stunning. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom features granite countertops, custom cabinets and a tiled, walk-in shower. The living room has vaulted ceilings, computer station, flat screenTV with bluetooth speaker, and stunning views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, in-room safe, and a flat screen, smart TV. The complex also has 2 heated swimming pools, beautiful landscaping, free WI-FI and cable TV. Coin laundry facilities. Come relax in paradise! **NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. DOGS ONLY, WEIGHT LIMIT IS 25 POUNDS** We do not rent to "spring breakers". The condo was amazing. It had everything you need for a long vacation to a short weekend trip. The views are breath taking. We stayed and it was chilly- but the pool was bath water warm which was perfect. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future!

Perfect location towards the end of the strip. Gorgeous view and just a few steps to the beach. Very clean, condo has a little bit everything needed for your home away from. Karen is very responsive to messages. She even checked in to make sure I had everything needed an that there weren’t any issues. This was a nice little get away. 😊

Can't beat the location right on the beach. Quiet, private, and best equipped condo we've ever stayed in. Lovely and practical design. Karen was immediately available for the few questions we had. Tiki property as a whole well run.

Condo is very nicely equipped with cooking dishes and utensils, as well as anything you might need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, towels, ice-chest). We found the bed comfortable, (pillows a little too firm for us) and my husband and I fought over "Grandpa's chair" - a very comfortable recliner! The location is right next door to the Marriott and it was nice to be able to walk next door to Bar Louie or Claytons for drinks and food. Karen, the property owner, checked in with us to make sure all was good and was a great communicator. The condo complex is well kept up and the grounds were nice. There are grills available, however they require charcoal so we didn't use them. It was very easy to just walk down a few steps to the beach - PERFECT location! We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

If you need a tropical vacation with oceanside views, this is the place to be! As a return customer I highly recommend this property. The property is clean, well maintained, and within walking distance to many ocean side establishments. Morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise is a must! The owners are very responsive and went above and beyond to assist us with usually late check in circumstances. Always a great experience at this property!

Listen, if you're looking for a nice little get away spot with some sun, surf & sand, this is it! The accommodations were everything described. Because this place is right next to the beach, I was able to watch the sun rise every morning from the comfort of the balcony while drinking my morning tea. Take the opportunity to walk along the beach and watch the birds dart in and out of waves as the water gently roll onto the sand and recedes back into the surf. One day, we watched four or five dolphins hunt Spanish Mackerel about 50 yards from the beach. Let's not forget the golden opportunity to decompress with some hard earned beach time! My husband and I loved bobbing around in the surf, "working" on our tans and playing with our grandchildren. Karen's place is clean, tastefully decorated, welcoming, and close to everything. Please don't miss an opportunity to make this your next stay. You will not be disappointed!

Everything was great. We enjoyed the cute and clean condo, and the little extra amenities such as some little coffee packs and tea bags, and the closet full of beach stuff. Karen was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

The balcony is the perfect afternoon chill spot! Feels like you’re on the beach as you sip your fancy umbrella drink!! Was a partial workout stay. WI-FI was excellent. Overall great stay. Mattress is getting a little long in the tooth yet wasn’t horrible. Oh, kitchen was super well equipped as well!!

My family and I absolutely loved every minute of the stay! The views are phenomenal, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable and quiet. I don’t know what kind of insulation this place has but I can’t emphasize quiet enough which was very important with two kids trying to sleep at night! Bar Louie can get very loud and is right next door to Tiki, but we didn’t hear a thing. The room was clean and plenty of towels were provided which I underestimated just how many we would go through! I will say the pullout couch is probably only suitable for kids’ backs and not adults, but the actual bed is great and plenty of pillows!

Exactly as described...beautiful views from the balcony, very short walk to the beach, outdoor bars close by, umbrella and chairs for rent, awesome sunrises, and less populated beach within walking distance. The condo is cute, clean, and comfortable. There is music from the bar next door but can only really be heard when you are near the front door. Clayton's is extending a pier nearby...not sure how that will affect the noise or light levels in the future. But the fireworks from the pier on Friday night can be seen perfectly from the balcony. Very relaxing stay and the communication with Karen was always prompt...she does check on you to see if you need anything.

We've stayed at Karen's condo multiple times over the last 10 years or so. It will continue to be our go-to accommodation when in SPI. You can expect a clean unit, all the amenities, a responsive host, and a spectacular view. You can't go wrong here!

The owner really thought of everything! We had all the makings of a perfect beach trip right there. You really only need to bring your clothes and food and you’re ready to go! The room was exactly as described and the views were wonderful. We definitely plan to come back!

Our Tiki stay was excellent. We really appreciated everything they did for us. KS was amazing and made sure our stay was perfect. She went above and beyond helping my husband get something special in order before we arrived. She even checked in on us after finding out how difficult our trip getting there had been with the airline. The front desk staff were super sweet and made check in a breeze. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Might be our new favorite spot on the island and we’ve been staying on the island almost yearly for the last 15 years.

Communication was exceptional! Karen went above and beyond! View, beautiful! 30 second walk to the beach and heated pools, what more could you has for? Dollar-general and grocery a few minutes' drive away. I slept better there than at home. Nice and quiet when we went. This will be my go-to place anytime I come down that way.

Perfect condo for our relazing trip away. Loved spending our down time on the balcony with the beautiful view. Condo was very clean & had everything we needed. The beach closet with chairs, etc .. was so convenient. A wonderful asset to staying here. Great location with food/drink options in walking distance. Communication was easy and the info book at the condo was nice to have. We tried several of the suggested restaurants and they were great! Would definitely stay again!

Karen the owner was quick to respond to questions. The condo was right on the beach and had the best views and people watching during spring break. Lots of food and drink options on the island, overall it was fantastic beach vacation spot!

The condo was beautiful & the location was perfect, directly on the beach. The Tiki Complex was well manicured & quiet. The only drawback was having to go up & down 2 flights of stairs, as there is no elevator. However, being on the 3rd floor the view was amazing. We would stay here again!

We usually stay at the Tiki's every year, but never had we stayed in a beach front. Oh my God, beach front is the way to go. To be able to sit on the balcony, drink coffee while listening to the waves and watching the Sunrise is so breathe taking. Very peaceful and relaxing. This unit had everything you needed. We will definitely rent this unit in the future.

The property is clean and the location is great. The apartment is located right on the beach and three restaurants are within walking distance. Two of those restaurants are pet friendly. The apartment has plenty of dishes, towels, and beach goodies. Overall, this was a great place to stay.
