About this condo rental
RIGHT ON THE BEACH - BEACH FRONT - Standing in the master suite watching dolphins in the surf below is an amazing experience. The 9th floor creates the perfect vantage point for a spectacular view. New shaker cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances make time spent in the fully equipped kitchen a more pleasurable experience. Pour a glass of wine or mix a cocktail to drink while relaxing on the balcony. In the condo, the living space blends modern with comfort to create a spacious, inviting home away from home. Enjoy a 70" flat screen TV complete with iPhone compatible sound bar, DVD player, Cable, HBO, and is Netflix/streaming compatible. The condo has a dedicated, secure, high speed WI-FI service that is not shared with any other unit. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is additional seating at the bar. The master suite offers a plush King bed and 32" flat screen TV, as well as access to the Gulf Front balcony. The 2nd bedroom also has a King bed with new mattress and a 32" flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Our condo boast a private washer and dryer, large pantry and storage closet. Mingle with the other guests while grilling steak or fresh gulf coast shrimp in the fabulous new grill area next to the heated pool, or go down to the private beach. Additional amenities include a well equipped fitness center with a sauna and steam room, and private pickle ball & tennis courts. While beach chairs are not provided, you are welcome to bring or purchase your own, or rent the on-site beach service. Sorry, personal umbrellas are prohibited, with the exception of baby tents. Emerald Towers is situated in the heart of Destin near many restaurants and 'The Back Porch' is just a short walk down the beach, and a few hundred feet past that is the Henderson Beach State Park with over a mile of natural beaches - great for longer strolls or jogs. The condo was amazing. Comfortable beds, decorated perfectly. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful clean private beach. We enjoyed our stay completely and would return. We could not get enough of the amazing view.

This was just perfect for our family of five! The condo was exactly as listed. Great views from the balcony and master bedroom, we saw dolphins everyday. The beach and pool never felt over crowded, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view is just amazing. Plenty of dining and entertainment nearby. The beach service was great, water was a little cold for kayaking but that's to be expected this early in the year. We're already planning a return trip!

We stayed here for 3 months and loved every minute of it. The building is recently updated and the unit was renovated last summer. It is large for a two bedroom, lots of room. It was very clean nicely furnished and supplied. Loved waking up with the gulf outside my window. Watching sunrise and sunset over the water is incredible. The only bad thing was having to leave but we have already booked for next year.

We found condo #905 very clean, kitchen fully stocked and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the oceanfront balcony pretty much every morning. The noise level of the neighboring condos is super quite and office people pleasant to talk to. Todd responded immediately when contacted regarding access. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon.

Most all went very well less the loss of AC from the Friday we arrived until Monday late A.M. but that was not the properties fault, AC can go out anytime and of course it did on us upon our arrival. The property owner did everything in his power to fix the issue but of course being Friday night and the repair man hasn’t the correct blower motor what the hell can you do? Property owner Todd gout his people on it first thing Monday and all was well.
You really need directions on how to use the TV and which remote should be used.
Extra light bulbs would be a good idea.
As for the bathrooms. May we suggest some type of anti slip for the bottoms of the tubs which can tend to be a bit slippery as well as a grab bar or two for the wall

The condo was absolutely gorgeous with everything we could possibly want or need during our stay. It was super clean with a spectacular view and right on the beach. The owners were quick to respond with any questions. We could not have asked for more in a place to stay for our vacation.

We couldn't have been happier with this property. Communication with property owners was outstanding. The upgrades were an added pleasant surprise. Everything is clean and cozy. The home is fully stocked with anything you could ever want or need. But the best thing is the unobstructed view of the beautiful Emerald Coast, second to none. If I ever go back to the Destin area, I want to stay here. Thanks to the owners for making this a magical getaway.

The condo is much more update than in the photos. It is bright and airy. Beds were comfortable and owners did well to utilize the space they have with storage and organization. The pull out couch is located in the living room and with no curtains it did make that room very bright in the mornings and was hard for the kids to sleep but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Condo was beautiful, it had been updated and completely remodeled compared to the photos on vrbo. We had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen. The only issue we had was that we rented a power wheelchair for my mother in law for the beach but there was no access to get the chair to the beach. We arrived late on Saturday so the front office was not open. Once the office opened on Monday we were able to get a code to the access walk from the neighboring resort and were able to get the chair to the beach. All in all I would definitely recommend the condo and would stay again!

We absolutely loved your condo; it was beautiful and location was wonderful! The photos were prior to all your upgrades and it is stunning. The only thing I would mention is to have more comfortable balcony furniture as the view from the 9th floor is so pretty; it would be nice to be able to sit for awhile. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us for the week~we will be back!

We had a great time and condo is great with the exception of kid sized furniture on condo balcony, no working ice maker and master bed needs replaced (unless you like a soft mattress topper) We have stayed multiple times at Emerald Towers and overall really like the place.

Clean, roomy and beautiful
Check in and check out was very easy. We arrived early morning and were able to use the pool and beach prior to check in. The condo was immaculate and plenty of room for us. The pictures are outdated as the unit appeared to have been updated. We were lucky enough to see the dolphins from the balcony every morning. The price for the beach chairs and umbrella was a bit steep but overall, a wonderful place to stay, highly recommend.

July visit to Destin
Our room was amazing. Very clean and perfectly decorated. Our only issue was the ice maker in the unit didn’t work but we made do. Other than that we have zero complaints. Love the complex and the unit.

This is right on the brach and is perfect for 4 adults 2 ice king beds! It was very quiet and people were nice! Would have rated this a 5 but front desk messed up our keys and they were turned off when we got back from dinner! Thank goodness for Joe in security. The other thing was the people at the condo next to us were smoking pot on the deck so it stunk up our deck but these are small things the owners can’t control! I would recommend this unit and stay there again!
